Good food, cooked well, order right and service was lovely

It's a KFC - great chicken, the best fries of any fast food restaurant and a good choice of sides. This branch was clean and pleasant and we were served quickly.

Ordered and it was provided. Tasted fine.

The food is a bit below standard, quite greasy, not really the helpful of staff when bits missing from orders

Some what difficult to find clean/cleared table

Was surprised to see an English gentleman leave because he didn't know how to use the kiosk to order and the staff couldn'thelp.. However, 10 minutes later an Indian family arrived who also couldn't use the kiosk and the staff were extremely happy to help. Not saying this is a regular occurrence, just what happened while we were eating

Worst kfc in the area. Food was all very cold. Portion size is poor. Beans were mainly bean juice with a few beans in the bottom of the pot. I even changed the first beans as it was mainly bean juice and the second portion was exactly the same. Shame really as it was the only hot item served.

Didn't sell bigmac.. but got a drive through but didn't sell there either

I do feel the chicken here is juicer than a lot of the franchise locations. However, they miss items from my order. Today, we ordered double corn (as beans seem to have disappeared). Got home to find no cob at all. It seems I'm going to have to check everything very carefully if I return.

Absolutely horrible! I recently visited KFC, and my experience was very disappointing. When I approached the counter to place my order, the staff member didn’t take it and instead directed me to the self-order kiosk. I felt brushed off, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy, and it seemed like she just didn’t want to help. When I asked to speak to the manager, no one came over. This level of service really fell short of my expectations, and I hope KFC will work on improving their customer service and training.

Typical KFC getting food served wasn't the fastest given the restaurant wasn't that busy. But standard for a KFC ok nothing special

Orderd from here tonight found plastic and hair in my food so could not even eat it and it put me off the rest of the food , will not be returning , expect better when the prices have gone up

Incredibly slow service despite hardly any other customers. I guess they were cooking to order? At least the food was hot & fresh

Difficult to grade, I asked many times was the order everything we ask for? I was assured, of course, but hey-ho it wasn't. Such a shame, but plz listen to your customers.

Great place to grab a bite, quick service even when busy

I ordered a vegan burger this evening. Previously this has been a decent option. Tonight it was cooked so poorly that the patty had gone completely hard. So hard I couldn’t even bite through it. I’ve been sold something that is inedible. Very poor

Dry greasy bucket of bones. Terrible chicken Terrible quantities. Kfc is dead and has been for a long time. RUBBISH!!!! SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE

The food at KFC is what you’d expect—cooked well and tastes good. However, the staff can be unhelpful and sometimes even rude, which dampens the experience. If I could give this kfc a 0 star I would, we ordered around 10:30pm the food was never delivered but was mark as delivered. because the store is only around the corner from the hotel we’re staying at my partner walked around to see what happened to our order they did nothing to help just said it had been handed over so to them the food was delivered, I’m a pregnant women I’m sure you can understand how stressful this is for me after a long day I just wanted an easy food option now out of pocket £30+ and have no extra money to order anything before we can ring up just eat and sort it with them. Overall just not happy with kfc’s services wasn’t helpful at all and delivery driver isn’t doing their job right considering they never rang to say food was “here” if it even made it we still don’t know.

Smallest rice box ive ever had . Less than half full, and very slow service

Nice gravy, decent fresh chicken. 786 halal..unfortunately they've stopped giving Mayo sachets here..any other dips 40p each..service has gone downhill, but do they care..NOPE

DO NOT EAT HERE. Absolutely shocking food. We ordered 2 zinger tower box meals, both were absolutely terrible. I can only assume they're cutting each breast in half as it was completely flat in both burgers, barely any chicken at all. Overcooked pieces, stale buns. THE WORST KFC I have ever been to. Save your £11 per box meal and eat somewhere else.

This is my own personal experience, went to KFC as it was late and the hotel restaurant was already booked up, the fries were fried brown and didn't taste like any other kfc fries I've had anywhere else, the chicken was not crispy and one chicken breast was still not cooked through , unfortunately I only found this out as I'd eaten most of it. The toilet was dirty my shoes stuck to the floor with every step and the toilet itself was broken and full of everything that people had done, it was disgusting, I complained to the girl at the counter and she just shrugged, couldn't care less. The upshot of eating there, by 2am I was in the hotel toilet being sick and had diarrhoea for two days. Totally ruined my weekend away.

Amazing customer service by Ashton. Served us and treated us amazingly. There is also Halal chicken here. Clean place and customer service in point. Deffo recommend.

Where to start, ordered a kfc on new years eve thinking it'd be good for last meal of 2023, the next morning was horrible turns out I got food poisoning from kfc was on toilet all day thought kfc was supposed to be hygienic obviously not disgusting chicken was so dry and fries was only good part of it I know it was definitely kfc that food poisoned me cause a family friend also ordered the day after and they was on toilet all day too. Disgusting food

Just been paid for larges got small and tryed ringing no answer chicken was soggy and had a funny taste not horrible but didn't taste like KFC chicken not the best at all. An not happy about receiving smalls when I paid for larges

Bad service over the phone food came without item such as wings and the top bun of my burger they were being rude, name calling and said i have to much time on my hands and blocked my number?! i paid £9 for this meal. Wish could leave no stars

They missed always my food items. Today I ordered 1 mighty bucket but didn't received. And guy said that store didn't get this order in last 2 hours. Pathetic service poor staff with zero respect.

I’ve had a very bad experience in this kfc they missed my chips and manger on duty took my order was rude to me when I asked him couple of questions about discount , I had to make 2 transactions because he missed my regular popcorn from reward. And I order 2 mini fillet burger with both mayo and supercharger sauce but when I came home and opened bag there was no mayo in burger.

I wish I would give o star.uncooked zinger burger.

Great food great services value for money

This KFC needs shutting, I work long hours at work and on my way home many times I would pop in to get some chicken, I told the staff taking the order that I dont eat chicken breast, after spending my money and got home it was filled with chicken breast....either the place is not manage right and the staffs are not trained properly but something is wrong....Many times I go there and had to wait outside in the car park because chicken wasnt ready...Seriously...to think they are at a prime spot, right in front of the arena and they are running out of chicken...I encourage my friends not to go there its rubbish....

The was disgustingly dirty and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Ordered at the self service point and the machine was out of paper for the receipts, The order came wrong after waiting around 20 minutes for the food and so had to wait an additional 10 mins for the food to be swapped for the right bits. Will not be going back here again

Very very poor management. The food is salty the toilet was dirty the guy not asking what do customer want the side order bean gravy or sweetcorn. Just giving gravy becauseits cheap and easy . In one word no good . And I ordered eat in but my order packed to take away .

KFC is going downhill every time I go, no matter where I am. Went today and they got my order wrong (didn't listen) chicken pieces are getting smaller, but Prices have gone up. Going to find somewhere else in the future.

Chicken was a dry and looked like it had been reheated , the one staff member I spoke to wasn't very friendly and its probably why shop was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

I only have strips not a fan of KFC but husband loves it. Unfortunately he was upset at the size of each piece of chicken as it was very small, the wings were larger than the breast/legs. There was twice as much meat on a single strip. He spoke to server and although she was lovely and apologetic, said they get it in large bags, so can only cook what they get.

35 mins waiting for food is never good, ended up getting a refund for order.

It's a very dirty place no one cleans I was there 40 minutes and stuff was left on tables and floor to get a seat you had to clean a table and the toilets are disgusting feceas all over

I ordered a family bucket for £21.99 and it was an 10 piece chicken bucket and I got small wings in the bucket. Waste of money!

A great KFC serving the local community

The restaurant was a complete state when we arrived, every table covered in mess. There didn't appear to be enough staff. But the food was OK but again the prices are too high.

KFC is the one for me. There are other fast foods close by but I like me a KFC. Fastest service of life. Hard to understand the server because she was so fast. I had a takeaway and it was great. KFC fries still need some work though. McDonald's wins in the fries department.

Was stood there about 15 minutes in a very empty shop there was about 3 other people in side. Staff looked like they dident want to be there 2 of the staff was stood in the back on there phones. Not a nice place to be

One of the worse KFC in the world... They never give you full order always something missing, food is cold and staff is very rude. Always check your order before leaving the counter and it happened multiple times and I believe they do it on purpose.

My order took 20 minutes to complete and then it was wrong I ordered a 1.99 bbq wrap with no shedding lettuce and a hasbrown and it came with lettuce and hot sauce what was not what I ordered

Usually go here or the city road one. At this one I find drive through service very slow. Today it was super slow and only 1 car in front of me. Was waiting about 20 minutes i order ny sons pain he doesn't have cheese or sauce or anything on his burger. They have messed It up previously and he wouldn't eat it so alot of money to just throw away. Any today I asked for my order which was 39.75. I asked for my sons burger plain. I asked to check at the window before leaving he then disappeared for 10 minutes in which I was just sat there as they put cheese on it. When he eventually came back I told him he took not and brought it back within seconds. They literally just took the cheese off which then peeled the coating off the chicken. I thought I'm not messing so drove away but yes today wasn't great. And as I drove past there was 2 people in the eating area so why it took so long I don't no. Alot of money spent for something that should have been sorted like I asked when ordering. Not great today kfc.

Very good in general The food was prepared in minutes and was absolutely on point as expected. Really tasty and crunchy . Service was good apart from zinger stacker had to go back for as it wasn't ready but they made up for it by bringing it out to our table so all good

The worst KFC I have eaten, our sides were missing, all of the food was cold. The chicken was beyond dry and looked like it had been under the hot lamp for a week. Horrendous, I would not recommend or be returning.

Poor customer service and the restaurant not very clean, Food was ok

The last time we visited we went to the Drive thru, it was a little slow, but food was good. The restaurant is not always tidy, but maybe only like that at busy periods and it is cleaned when staff are available. No other issues, but gave it 4 stars for that reason.

It's finger licking hot place is like a green house!!
