Tasty Chicken in Redbridge

Nothing special but good for quick food while getting in or out of the station. Go to order is chicken tenders. They’ve got nice quick service. Nice and cheap too.

Normally I love ordering from here, but I was so disappointed today. Firstly, I ordered two meals but only one bag of chips was in my bag. Secondly, I ordered BBQ wings, and they were so burnt it was horrible. I've been ordering from this place for nearly ten years and never had food this bad from them before. I hope they are more careful from now on

Some of the wings were pink and not cooked and were now thrown away not recommend ordering from her

10/10 was fresh hot and tasty .. the wings are super nice

My son loved it and he loved the taste of it. Good value for money. Burger was fresh and meal deal was so cheap. He loved the wings too so this will be my new go to

Chicken needs more seasoning, wings were delicious. Gave 5 stars as kept kids quiet which is good sign they enjoyed it.

Purchased twice from here. bought chicken wings and chips both times. The chips were thin and tasted like cardboard but the chicken was good first time around and fresh. The second time (today) it was clearly old and stale, very hard to chew and it was cardboard chips again- I'll stick to Sams...

Ordered 4 Chicken Burger MEALS, which didn’t arrive with chips, rang the store few times, no answers as usual. Not the first time it happened as happened few times when ordering from them.

Food was absolutely cold I’ve ordered my meals with drinks asked for strawberry Marinda and got a orange fanta and an orange tango dk what happened there 😂

Delivery driver stood around in rain on the phone didnt knock ..the bag was soaking wet ..so was the food

Like warm chicken burger with a dry stale bun crumbled apart. The rest of the food was warm too. The wings item on the just eat menu says it comes with fries and drink but they sent no fries or drink. So we were missing 1 portion of chips and 1 drink. The delivery time kept changing first it was 1.50 to 2.10 then went to 2.25 to 2.45 ..

The chips was cold the burger not cooked probably, definitely not order again, just don't understand why this shop owner don't look @ the food quality,customer pay money for the food its not free just don't understand what's wrong with the shop owner.

I am extremely disappointed with the order from the take away. I mentioned in the notes make the food hot and fresh as I was ordering for a birthday and I was sent food which was cold, hard and not fresh, so much so that the food was left uneaten! I am giving 1 star but if I could I would give this order 0 stars. Very disappointed! Would like a refund on the order if at all possible!

AVOID! Absolutely horrifying - reheated food. Do no follow order instructions, completely ignore the choice of drinks you choose with your meal. Burnt fries. Order chesters, better quality! I'm sure management/ owner has changed hence, the poor quality of food and service.

Everytime I order from here I get sent the wrong drink. I am allergic to Pepsi so I chose 7up but I keep getting sent Pepsi and I can’t drink it. If you haven’t got certain drink let it be known. I will not order from here again in fear of ending up in hospital because your restaurant are to lazy to check the order slip.

Every time something is missing in online order and being told next time will get free burger. One person didn't eat and had to go out to buy more food. Very disappointing.

Don’t be fooled by the lower than average prices! The standard of quality seems to be very inconsistent with some food being ok and some outright horrendous. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and found a bone inside. The chicken wings were also old and smelled, dark as if it had been cooked in very old oil. The only positive I would say is the delivery time was pretty quick, but given the low standard of food, not surprised. Save your money and spend a little more for better quality food and higher standards.

If I could give 0 I would, went in on way back from work and ordered a chicken tikka wrap the guy at first tried to over charge me by £2, the. He didn't know how to make the wrap & when he finally knew he tried to do it as a fried strip wrap and tried to say it was the same which it's obviously not. Not a good experience and wouldn't recommend.🙏🏼 Had to wait over 25 mins to get the food which didn't even taste like chicken was really poorly cooked. Went straight into the bin.

Hi Dear peoples and specially families For the awareness I am posting please 🙏 be careful, I have tried many restaurants & chicken shops but I didn’t write any Positive or negative feedback, but unfortunately I am writing first time my bad experience about this chicken shop, just warn to all other peoples, I was give the order 1/2 pounder and bucket of the chicken as staff member he wasn’t sure how he need to make it unprofessional staff all of the food incredibly was rubbish and second very important thing which I saw 2,3 Rats 🐀🐀🐀was normal on the floor 🤮🤮🤮 as seriously was disgusting and still I feel vomiting I was with family when I saw all of these things and standard, state way all of the food we left and gone. As Awareness, and request to all of peoples and specially for families please never Eat anything from this chicken shop. Thanks

Usually I experience good service but on this occasion the delivery driver did not deliver my food. Very poor delivery service.

The fries wasn't cooked well still felt hard inside didn't get the correct drinks and burger was slightly cold

Took almost 2 hours to deliver my food even though Deliveroo says 30 minutes. I had to call several times - at times they picked up and hung up on me and other times they just didn't pick up. On one of the phone calls they were really rude to me and suggested '' i should call the driver'' for my late food, even though that was impossible as the rider didn't pick up the food by that time as it wasn't ready. When the food finally arrived, it was fortunately hot and tasted quite good but they missed out on one of my sides, so i won't give them any points for that. That poor service is unforgivable, and I'm never going back to them again.

Food is somewhat average for what’s expected, but there not a single napkin, sauce, salt or pepper added to the bag. Very poor service. However the delivery was on time.

Nice food, but lie, I order via Uber. I Order chicken tikka BURGER WITH WINGS IT IS DISPLAYED IN MENU, chicken tikka in pitta and chicken popcorn. I get small burger for children, without chicken wings, and small chicken tikka in pitta, stay hungry. Spend 18 pound, for air. Thank you very good food but not match on picture on menu, and not match on prescription. When call they told they don't have wings, but nothing been added alternative or no discounts, or if you don't have you must remove that from menu. Sorry guys!

They forgot 1 piece of chicken and bottle of drink, and got no sauce dips whatsoever. The previous week they forgot 2 pieces of chicken, definitely wont be ordering from them again.

First time we went in tonight. After passing everyday with my 3 children. zahid always waves and talks to the children. So tonight I treated them and what a treat. Fantastic kind helpful staff and super amazing food at Fantastic prices. We will definitely be back for more. If you want super service by wondeful kind caring people. And amazing food at amazing prices this is the place to go.
