Service & food equally disappointing

It does takeaway only. We got 2 pizzas, they were cooked fresh, we’re still hot when we got home. They tasted amazing and had lots of cheese and toppings.

Food is what you expect from a bin, I brought fish and chips, the chips were dry and the fish bites were basically a box of batter, they forgot part of my order and then told me to go to the shop for a refund, the staff are rude and untrained in customer service, then they turned up at my house at 22:10pm to give me a refund when i have young children sleeping, and to top it off they made every excuse under the sun and tried to make me look like the bad one in the situation Utterly disgraceful for a company who claim they support the local area I didn't want to even put one star but Google made me so that I could actally post a review

I've never had any problems with the food or service from Tasty Bites & I have been a very regular customer for many years. The delivery drivers are always friendly & have always been on-time. 👍👍

Just eat said up to 25% discount which I didn't get

tried them once when we really needed some good takeaway (sickness) but it was such a disappointment.. Bloody expensive and poor quality, delivery took ages 🤬🤬 wraps falls apart 🫔 and very small portions.. never again

What arrived as ordered was good. Half the chicken strips were fish; which was not so good

They missed the most expensive thing last time ( lrg fish) and said 'remind us and we'll replace it free' so I added a note on the order, but did they heck! Guess they like losing customers, as Im done with them now!

I didn't get my order and when I phoned the restaurant they was very rude to me so won't be using them again and I would like my money back £24 ..but I bet I don't get it but how would they feel if I went in there and just picked up the food and not pay for it

Proper chips, biggest burger I've ever had, my one suggestion is to make the onion rings a bit crispier. I will be ordering again ! Happy customer.

Great fresh, hot and not at all greasy. Made a nice change to have somewhere that delivers fish and chips as well as kebabs and pizza. Very impressed first time order and we will definitely be back!

We really did not enjoy our food the chips were dry as if they had been reheated & the chicken kebab was probably the worst we had ever had won't be ordering again.

Another satisfying order... Never get anything like this from Zorbas Saxmundham or Tonys Fried Chicken, food is tasty and on time if not earlier :).

Twice I've gotten food from here and twice it's made me feel ill later that day or next day. They microwave chips with cheese, the food is low grade, and maybe on the rotten side of being fresh. It seems they have a lot of competition with having lots of takeaways within walking distance, however, quality of food is definitely not what they're serving. Improve quality, improves star rating. My friend rates this place as 0 stars as he too has had a mortifying experience when eating here.

Lovely food, generous portions and the staff are brilliant, chips where good old-fashioned chip shop chips!! Don't belive the bad reviews. You can't go wrong with this place

Should have taken notice of previous reviews. Haddock was off and the batter could have been used to sole shoes. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Problems like these are not quickly fixed.

Great service and great food as always from tasty bites. Does what it says on the tin. Fish is always a good size, not greasy and the batter is great! Chips are exactly what you’d expect. Chicken strips we ordered were better than the chicken from the dedicated chicken shops in Leiston!!

Worst fish and chips I have ever had asked for cod and no way was that cod even my dog wouldn't have ate it absolutely shocking and £8 as well disgraceful STAY WELL CLEAR

I've been coming to Tasty Bites for a few years now and have always found the staff polite and helpful and the food lovely.

Not happy, normally good overall service but last night pizza was stuck to the box, top quality pizza base but toppings where ripped off due to being stuck to box so as you open it it peels off, really gutted as car smelled divine. If there's a next time I'm going to check everything before leaving the premises.

Ordered haddock and chips but when I got home the fish was a pinky brown, definitely not haddock and although taste seemed OK I ended up with a bad stomach upset the following day. Chips were also not good, very rubbery. I cannit recommend

Ordered food at counter assistant wasn't particularly friendly, ordered fish and chips and sausage in batter, I was asked to wait outside for 10 minutes (covid reasons) thinking I was being cooked fresh food. Got it back to park site and none of it was fresh, the chips were tough and chewy (left soaking in water too long) sausage was hard and obviously been sat on hot plate far too long!long

Had a pizza & chips here last week. Pizza was auful dry, undercooked & tasteless dough but toppings nice. Chips were really white, pasty & tasteless. I think they are a jack of all trades in what food they supply & master of none.

Ordered tonight and the pizza’s didnt taste of anything and wasnt cooked enough, chips are dry and horrible, do not recommend!

Order was late, but arrived hot. Enjoyed the meal. Will order again, but shame about the minimum spend of £20.

We had ordered it for 18:30 then changed it to 19:30. Sadly it arrived at 18:30. But food was delicious as usual.

Food was excellent can't say anything thing bad about it everything what we orderd was there and no mix ups. Only thing I would ask to change slightly is not to have as much sauce in my kabab as some bites was over powering. 9 out of 10 Will be ordering regularly of you now!!

The chips that i ordered felt very old and that it was re-fried. Wasnt edible as it was very hard to chew so ended up throwing it away!
