Food arrived about 5 minutes before earliest delivery time, was hot & all was delicious! Would definitely recommend

1st time ordering from here, food was excellent and they added mushrooms to the chow mein for free when we requested it. Delivery was 10 mins early. Will definitely order again in the future. Prices were a bit more than our usual Chinese but you don't mind when the food is really nice.

Nice big meaty prawns, chilli honey sauce had a kick but not too much, sames goes for the salt and pepper chips.

Very fast delivery! Crispy chilli beef was spot on! Champion curry and chow mein! Sweet and sour sauce let the meal down. Just lacking a bit of flavour.

Really fast delivery, much quicker than expected but my chicken was quite dry and a bit tough in places, and the chips tasted like they’d been cooked in old oil. I wouldn’t order again.

Arrived an hour earlier than requested and food very poor. We’ve had some lovely food from here but tonight and one previous time it was bland and the salt and pepper chips almost inedible with too much salt. Much more than usual. Very disappointing unfortunately.

Was delivered 20min after order time and was not cooked properly. Rang n was sent a replacement but the wrong item was sent so got a refund. Won't be ordering again from here.

Very disappointed with my food tonight the chips where horrible the noodles where nothing what I expected the gravy was horrible only thing I really ate was some prawn crackers and chicken balls I will not be ordering from there again really not happy!

Food seemed good, but was delivered 1 hr 30 after ordering. Most was cold or warm, so textures and quality degraded. Would not order delivery again. Defo a pick up only place!

Awful service, over an hour late, when calling restaurant was told it was en route, an hour later still waiting. Food mediocre. Will not order from here again.

Food arrived half an hour early however everything tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. Everything was tasteless and the onions in the chow mein were as cold as coming straight out of the freezer. Normally love tasty wok but tonight it wasn’t up to the same standard!

Ordered 5.30pm / order incorrect but after phone call agreed to resend correct order. / 20. 52 pm called again and apparently my fault original order not on door step to be swapped. Out 🤔🤔🤔 checked door Bell and doesn’t seem to be problem. 20 55 pm called ok !! Asked fir refund and told only happen if food returned originally sent .

This is the first time i have used tasty wok and i will return here for my Chinese takeaway. The portions are massive and the food was unbelievably tasty and not to forget the delivery was super fast and the delivery driver was extremely polite. Keep up the second to none service. 5 Huge stars across the board from my wife and i. Thank you for a super service.

Order turned up 25 minutes early which was a plus, food hot so again good. The main issue they dont seem to read notes people add to their order. Asked for no chicken wings in box which it did have (not a major issue) but also asked for peking sauce instead of sweet and sour, as in all honesty sweet and sour sauce is vile. Sent sweet and sour, called up to be told it is peking sauce they just look the same.. im aware of that but the taste is very different. Then stated it simply was a peking sauce. Tried to state a couple of times 'it's not' but they simply aren't interested, so I'm stuck with a Munchie box with no sauce... Poor level of customer service let them down on all parts here

This was delivered to a neighbour in the street. When I rang to complain they basically told me I was lying. Why would I?

Food was originally 30 mins late, it was the wrong order, when I rang them, they didn't know how it was mixed up, kept me on phone ages, then eventually agreed to send new correct order out, even tho I asked for my money back instead. I am currently still waiting 1 hour later ......

Great food, a little late but it's Saturday night

Order took 20 mons longer than stated, The Singapore chow main was a huge let down, not spicy and poor quality noodles.. And the salt and pepper chips were bland. its been a while since I've ordered from here .. will be a while before I do again

Terrible didnt get order then asked me to scrape everything back into tubs for driver to pick up and couldn't say when I would get food I ordered re delivered will never use again and would like refund ASAP

They Forgot my special egg fu yung but I got refunded off just eat so it wasn't a problem. Takeaway rang me twice when they relaised but phone was down stairs and didn't hear it. They offered me a new meal free of charge with delivery but like I say, I missed the call. Mistakes happen. Lovley peaking ribs, plenty of meat and the sauce is the best I've had and chips nice and crispy, friendly staff. Wouldn't but me off from ordering again.

Arrived late and inedible. Food was stone cold. Very unhappy with the service as restaurant refused to answer my calls.

Food was lovely but not all of our order was there.

Good was really good. Never had a bad meal from here. Only thing is there was no enough hoisin sauce with the duck. There was only half a portion. Which was not enough for a quarter of duck. I will request more in future, as the pancakes are not the same without it. So if you order the duck pancakes ask for more sauce on ordering

I ordered the food just after 530 and delivery time was supposed to be at 1835 I tried ringing when it was an hour late but phone was engaged so went top the shop to get it didnt get my food till 1955 and when I got home 1 of the cartons of rice was missing....absolutely shocking service but nice food .

Usually order for asap delivery. Thus time I ordered 3 hours ahead as had things to do but wanted a tasty wok glorious takeaway to look forward to. Was a little disappointed when it came late since when you order asap it comes way ahead of the expected delivery time. Still will continue to order as the food is just so good. Thanks tasty wok 👍

Ordered food at 17:50pm, estimated delivery time 18:40pm, actual food arrival time 20:20pm. No apology as to how late the food was.

Still waiting .. was told 25 minutes ago it was with the driver. Must be taking the long route!! First time I have had any issue. Dissatisfied! Expecting the food to be stone cold

But understand in current circumstances and hasnt put me off from re ordering again.

Wasn’t really impressed with my order tonight, had a Chinese from here couple weeks ago and it was lovely. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was very salty, chicken and black bean sauce was salty and wasn’t much sauce, rice was sticky. Salt and pepper chicken was chewy and very fatty. Salt and pepper chips didn’t have much seasoning on. Spring rolls were very dry. For what I paid it was very disappointing. Delivery was on time

The food was over an hour late and the order was wrong, so had to wait longer for the correct food. No refund/compensation offered. They only sent the missing items so the rice which arrived in the first bag was cold by the time the proper order arrived 3hrs after I ordered it!!!. The food when we finally got to eat it was nice. But I will not order from here again. Very Slow

I'm been a customer for a long time, but their delivery times have become terrible. When I call the phone is picked up to only background noise, and my request for a text update didn't get a response for 25 minutes. Finding alternatives.

Food came hot and very delicious. Best Chinese takeaway I have tried around here.

Lovely food, we absolutely love the salt and pepper munchie box and it is the only place we order it from the only thing that let us down was the chicken balls were missing on our last order, so I feel I only had half a meal, hopefully this wouldn’t happen again

Wrong order delivered and not very helpful at all, couldn’t even be bothered to deliver correct meal.

App said collection 18:55. Had to wait another 15 minutes in the takeaway before food was ready. Rather they didn’t give unrealistic collection times, so annoying.

Food was amazing, but arrived 45 minutes late and we only ordered 2 items! This is now the third occasion we have ordered from Tasty Wok for it to be super late. Such a shame because the food is outstanding!

Food was delivered late and was cold on arrival. The order was incorrect but still nice even though not what we ordered.

Couldn't even answer phone to tell us our order was going to be over an hour LATE kept letting it ring through, wouldn't mind so much if they answered and told us they were busy. Told at door food was fresh but chips were freezing cold and like cardboard. Got there so late I was past being hungry. OFFERED £2 REFUND WHICH DIDN'T EVEN COVER THE DELIVERY.

The food was great and delivered in a quick time. Disappointed at the fact of paying more than usual for a bottle of pop that was missed off the order. Would still go back, hopefully next time they remember the pop.

Im not sure why Just Eat add so much money on to the food and makes it a lot more expensive than it needs to be.
