If this is what you want, you are in the wrong place , only two dishes offered, not nice , go across the road !! Was so disappointed cannot say that they even tried !

I think the chefs only know two dishes, neither of them I would recommend, edible, but exciting! A disappointing meal

Hotel dated and the room required some repairs e.g. the bathroom door was difficult to open and I panicked slightly. The restaurant is lovely and the food good. Service was great.

We dined here recently whilst staying at the attached hotel. The staff were running between the hotel and restaurant so it was lucky we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Saturday night. Food was very disappointing after reading many positive reviews. I had paneer which was obviously fresh yet the sauce did not seem as fresh which is an odd combination. I would not recommend it.

There's a few Indian restuarants in the area ad anyone local will know . All have their favourites, me too. Taste of Nepal is different, not necessarily THE best but up there. It's strengths are the lovely Lady front of house. Very friendly and enthusiastic, not frightened to give advice ( Wolvo girl through and through😉)...then the food cooked by an ex Gurkha very nice man, as they all are if you're on the same side!. Gurkha curry top notch, great flavours melting in the mouth Lamb , delicious .Try the spicy dumpling starter, very very unique.Lamb chops as well.Chilli prawn curry and delicate breads ,think we had a paratha? ??. Anyway you should go and try something slightly different. Only thing they have to sort out? .....is the cd player and I've got one of those in my car so if that's the only gripe, I think it's ok.

We came here after seeing the good reviews online and wasn't disappointed. The food is honestly amazing! Mandy is great too. I would highly recommend Taste of Nepal.

My wife and I recently had a takeaway from the Taste of Nepal at the Bridge Hotel. We were disappointed as the curry was so mild you could hardly tell it was a curry. The lamb was chewy but on the plus side the rice and naan were exceptional. I suspect my experience was a one off as friends indicate the food is normally very good.

We can only echo, what other people are saying, but we"re lucky enough, to be only a 15 min drive away! However, the food is THAT good, we"d happily add several hours to the journey time. Yes, the "lounge" end of the building could be off-putting, but you"re not there to judge that! Sit and relax, in the restaurant. Instantly make friends with Mandy, and prepare yourself for the best Indian food, within the County. Three visits now, and more to come.

By far the most amazing Indian style food I have ever eaten, the keema naan was just wow, nothing like the boring ones that are classed as normal here,it was not a plain naan stuffed with red ish coloured meat ,it was made and cooked in a tandoori by a chef who obviously is a perfectionist and knows how to delight the taste buds, Four of us went and came away delighted what a change a fabulous restaurant, just avoid 'lounge' end they have football on at times, that and children running around was it's only negative, but do note ,this was not in the restaurant, this is part of a hotel building, once inside the restaurant it's quiet with background music,a credit to the chef and staff.

Stopped on route to Norfolk, having read previous reviews. We were not disappointed. Good service. The food was freshly cooked and all our dishes were delicious. Would recommend and call in again when we are next passing. Restaurant deserves to do well.

We dropped in here for an impromptu dinner on Saturday night and what a meal! Mandy our host was brilliantly attentive, knew all of our names by the end of the meal and is genuinely passionate about the restaurant and the food they serve. The food was incredible. All of us were so wowed by the experience that we spent most of the meal tasting each other’s dishes. You can taste every single flavour that has been expertly added to the dish, the head chef “K” seriously knows his stuff. Word of mouth will definitely get this place buzzing in a few months, so go there! This is our new favourite dinner destination in Thrapston and we will be back soon.

The food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiter ama was attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated. Overall the best Indian meal I have ever tasted and great value we will certainly be going back.

I'll ignore the room being a bit chilly because the food was great. A lot of the menu looks familiar but the food is much much better than a typical Indian curry house. The specials of Clean Food No1 and 2 were great. Tasty chicken and a decent lamb dish. One was pronounced the best he's ever had. This place deserves more recognition. Give it a go, you won't regret it

Not a huge choice but all freshly cooked. A nice twist on the usual Indian fayre. Lovely starters and good portions for main. Staff were excellent, very polite and welcoming. Not been open long but getting quite busy so word has spread!

Meal was over priced and very average. All of the dishes were extremely red and did not appear to be particularly authentic.

Visited Cafe Bangladesh earlier this week with a group of friends. Not busy at all but the service was slow. Staff seemed to be concentrating more on their takeaway orders and deliveries than their in-house customers. Good choice of drinks and the popadums were OK. Most of our starters were OK albeit tepid. We waited an awful long time for our main meals even though hot plates had been brought to the table fifteen minutes before the food. Three dishes were returned as they were cold and this really spoilt the evening. Don’t think we will return.
