They do the most amazing kebabs, shish kebabs, kofta and the salad is good. The service is good too!

Had a donee kebab probably the worst meal iv ever had not even fit to feed to my dogs will not be using again

Order Pizza's, garlic bread, Burgers and Kebabs. Feedback on all is very good, Large portions in the Kebab, burgers cooked well with tasty sauces. Pizza is very good quality as was the garlic bread + 1 free due to size of the order. Would recommend to everyone.

The chicken kebabs are outstanding, delicious chicken, lovely presentation, lot's of salad and Nan. I also ordered a hot and spicy pizza, which was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

We ordered a takeaway a few nights ago based on their menu. The amount they charged was not the same as what’s on their menu. Will probably go elsewhere next time as £3.20 for a portion of chips is a little excessive and then overcharging on top of that makes it very expensive . Not good unfortunately.

Criminals. Went in tonight. Ordered fish and chips. £7 on the board. Asked for £8.40. When challenged they said it was vat. Said I’d never ever paid vat on top of a board price. The crook behind the counter realised he’d been rumbled and just shrugged his shoulders. Will never ever go in this place again. They will over charge you if they think they can get away with it. Avoid these crooks.

Lovely Take Away I moved from Manchester recently and this tops the ones I’ve visited there. Nice owner and staff always nice and friendly when I go. I have Chicken Tikka kebab it’s my favorite with the nice salad, fish and chips nice to, highly recommend this Take Away

Ordered takeaway fish and chips with mushy peas (small size) and donner kebab and small chips, nothing wrong with portion size in fact they are too much. They use dry white on the chips which is a shame so much nicer not using this, chips soggy and the batter on the fish to thick so not cooked enough, shame as the fish was nice and chunky.

Probably the worst fish and chips Iv ever eaten the amount of grease coming out if the food when I got it home was unbelievable 2 fish 1 chicken 2 chips £25.00 is shocking and it made us all bad I think it was just the pure amount if fat in the soggy chip & fish

I have been going to the Tarporley Kebab And Pizza House since it first opened, the proprietor always made me feel very welcome, and the food was always excellent, I must have had over 100 meals there, so speak with some certainty. There were occasions where an order was wrong, but when ordering over the phone to a busy takeaway these things happen, and a couple of times out of a hundred is to be expected. They always apologised and rectified the issue if you let them know. I've had worse issues with bigger fast-food chains. All in all the place always looked clean, the food was good and good value IMO, and I'd still order food from them, in fact, that's tonight's dinner sorted!

In spite of previous bad experience ordered food and returned 25 mins later . Saw 2 large bags on the side , assistant acknowledged me ,waited 10 mins later eventually another member of staff handed me 1 of the bags ... checked order it was short ,then dispute between assistant and staff as item missing . Whole meal cooling unsatisfactory replacement offered whole meal refunded and abandoned ... a waste of 1 hour of my life

Have tried this takeaway 3 times never been disappointed. Best Cod and chips we have had in the area Pizzas generous with the toppings Kebabs really good and tasty Friday nights best to phone order first as very busy proving a great place

Stopped off here on a Saturday evening to get some late tea. Had a chicken meat and chips and a mixed kebab which were all cooked from fresh. I was expecting the chicken meat to be sliced from the rotating skewer but it was cooked freshly on the grill and tasted really good. The portion sizes are really good and sauces given in separate pots which is a nice touch. Personally I think this place has done really well for a rural takeaway as the extensive menu is almost as big as a city centre takeaway. A lot of people are leaving negative reviews expecting this place to stock the entire menu 24/7 which is just not feasible in a countryside setting!

I only ordered a regular doner kebab and chips. It took ages. The chips were greasy and inedible. The doner kebab came without any sauce. Whole meal went straight in the bin. I was served by the owner. Another customer who was waiting also complained and had to be refunded while I was waiting !

just moved to the area and have twice now tried this takeaway. the first time I ordered pizzas which made me feel sick after a couple of slices I don't think they do the bases fresh and if they do they need to change the recipe asap. thought id give it another go and got a chicken tikka kebab but this again was almost inedible. the tiny pita bread I got was soggy and the chicken was so rubbery and was tasteless too almost like I was eating plastic, this is the first kebab In my life I haven't eaten. I seriously think this place needs to do a taste test on its own food which I'm almost certain they haven't done as they wouldn't be serving food this bad to the public, either that or they just don't care. I'm not sure how this place gets any repeat custom and stays in business. please if you overhaul your food and have a major re think on what your serving and its freshness I will happily eat here often as the place looks clean but until then I shall never return.

The staff here are lovely and always have a smile on their faces! The food is nice and always cooked fresh which is really nice, not the cheapest but hey you have little choice in the area. Great menu though!

I wouldn't even give this place one star we came in for some tea fish and chips each me and a male friend I paid with card the card machine wasn't working properly ' the machine not my card' and the tall guy who wasn't even serving us in his 30 s maybe the owners son actually made a comment when I said it should work I have just used it in a garage .. well this is tarpoley people for you.. I asked him what did he mean by that and he just walked of and laughed we got our food decided to sit down this same guys was actually leaning on the counter glaring at my male friend wether it was to intimidate him or goad him I'm not sure .. I wouldn't mind the food wasn't that great chips just warm and greasy .. we are half and left .. I was so shocked we both were this guy was so rude sorry but if you arnt a fan of 'tarpoley people' you have a business in the wrong place! You don't deserve the support of the village treating people like this we certainly won't be visiting again avoid !!

Working on a 12 hour night shift 5 miles away, nipped our to order kebab meat and chips with garlic mayo and a donner kebab with coleslaw, salad, garlic mayo and chilli sauce. Run out of coleslaw... fair enough as happens... however, they must have run out of chilli sauce and garlic mayo as neither meal and any sign of. Unable to return straight back as 5 miles away and returned to work had to eat a dry kebab with hardly any salad and no sauces whatsoever. Ripped off and would advise to avoid!!!

Getting better each visit. Great portions and not far off the best chips you could wish for.fish was massive and very tasty.would give it a five if it was around the £6 mark, but £7 + is a bit expensive for fish chips and mushy peas. Also would like to mention big thumbs up to the owner who has turned it into a great takeaway

We occasionally top our evening off in Tarporley by sharing a kebab from here! We have never been disappointed. Spotless surroundings, good service and decently sized portions. Good variety of Kebabs and Pizzas. The meat itself is delicious accompanied by a generous helping of salad and choice of sauce. Very nice!

Un salto a lo largo de aquí de nuestro hotel ya que no quiere comer allí. Toda la comida era reciente y presentada en una caja con ensalada y salsas. Me esperaba el yogur de pepino que chapuzón hubiera ido con la carne picante encantador pero dieron cabida que no era mi primera opción. me hubiera gustado algunos cubiertos, pero iría aquí si cerca.

Si quieres pescado y patatas fritas es sencillo - ir aquí:). El pescado es una ballena y recién cocinado. Si no te apetece pescado y patatas fritas, el pollo sabe muy bien, desde aquí regularmente la orden nunca tuvimos problemas, aparte de que necesiten grandes pantalones debido a la generosas porciones.

Popped here whilst staying over night at Oulton Park for a track day. Food is nice with a friendly and polite service. Had a couple of pizzas. Would definitely go again when in the area.

Friendly comment the chips tasted like they were cooked in old fat the chicken was not coated in bread crumbs proper but tasted ok not like it used to be it looked like it had been boiled then coatedsparinglywas expecting it to be crispy when advertised as crispy fried chicken definitely not like it used to be very disapointed

We wanted something different while visiting in the area but couldn't decide so we were recommended to get fish n chips from here. Food was okay - nothing special tbh - and service okay too. But, Daniel said it was the best he had tasted so maybe I was expecting too much. Anyway, worth a visit if in the area - maybe next time we will try the kebabs?

Tarporley Kebab has a very good reputation in the village, and around, which it thoroughly deserves. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, go out of their way to ensure every customer is happy, and the food is very very good, for kebabs, pizzas, burgers, chicken,fish, its the perfect takeaway at the end of your working day.

had a late night kebab was a little greasy but that's what a kebab is all about and was a great size the chips should go back to how they used to be made before it was taken over by different management

always good here......get what you ask for and they deliver...(bonus)!! my other half likes to chat the guys who serve him up some wonderful and mammoth meals! great when your peckish after most places have closed!

Walking back to the hotel we came across this Kebab shop. good menu and reasonably priced and good helpings

rang up to order.. quoted a price, when we arrived at the kebab house a different price was stated . when questioning this no explanation was given the guy was incredibly rude and when we said we had stated the price twice on the phone we were told we were wrong.. and we would never get that price that anywhere when in fact better local takeaways provide it cheaper! The food anyway is disgusting and poor only acceptable as drunk food.

We probably use the take away once a month and have only had a good experience. Service is always good with free local delivery. The quality of the food is good from their chicken kebabs to the pizza.
