Whenever my daughter visits the cool part of London she always insists we go here for lunch. Great, authentic tapas, friendly service.

The place is nicely decorated with Spanish motives. Although a franchise, it has that feeling of a real Spanish bar so difficult to find in London. Alba is a nice and friendly waiter an made our time there worth the visit. Highly recommended!

I went to this place with 3 more people and the service provided by Lorena and Alba was outstanding. Plus the food was delicious, specially the croquetas and tortilla de patatas.

I visited this restaurant with some friends! We had a really delicious dinner with two set deal menu one “Clasico” and one “de lo chef” to share for three was perfect! And we were served from a lovely girl called Raquel! She was very kind and very good to suggest us a super dessert!

Tapas Revolution in Shoreditch has a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness (the guy even commented on how much he liked my fro) and were immediately seated. Service was on point and the food was great too. Personally didn't love the meatballs, but everything else was just divine, divine, divine - especially the Bacalhau (Cod) and the chourizo in apple cider vinegar. Alba was our fantastic waitress for the night and we just loved her. She assisted us so nicely and was just a bubble of friendliness.

Visited with a Spanish friend in December and we both thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. It was busy (normal for everywhere before Christmas) but all the staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. Food was very nice and reasonable prices for tapas in London. Special thanks to our waiter, Kevin who worked really hard and went out of his way to make our visit a good one. Would definitely return.

Called in whilst out on a Christmas drink up with friends. Had the set meals for 5 of us, which worked out about £30.00 each with a round of beers, a bottle of Cava and service, so was reasonable, but we could have all had more food and was not enough for 5 hungry gents. The tapas selection was varied and good, did not wow us, but the Spanish ham off the bone was good and tasty.

A friend and I went to Tapas Revolution during London Cocktail Week, which I'm sure is a busy time, and it was delightful. The food and drinks were AMAZING, but mostly it was our waitresses who made our day. Lorena and Alba were both so fun and helpful, and we left the restaurant in a great mood, all thanks to them.

I really enjoy this place. I loved the sangria and the black rice. Great place with good food and attentive staff. Miguel was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu.

You may walk past this restaurant and mistaking may not think much of it. However, our group of four were extremely delighted to end up here for dinner on a Friday night. We had the most wonderful service from Kevin, Antonio & Abis who each were such a delight. It’s not often you come by genuinely passionate waiters/waitresses, yet alone 3 in one restaurant! We ordered a range a tapas, every single one of them were so tasty. Additionally the espresso martini & mulled sangria were also very good. We will be coming back for sure!

Siamo stati in questo locale in una fredda sera di dicembre ma il clima all'interno era caldo e accogliente.Abbiamo mangiato una buona paella e soprattutto ci siamo sentiti quasi nella nostra Italia grazie ai sorrisi e alla simpatia di Antonio e soprattutto di Alba, una ragazza dolce che ci ha fatto sentire a "casa".

We had a group lunch here yesterday, and Antonio, Raquel and Kevin looked after us fantastically. Food was a nice surprise, I was expecting the same old tapas, but no, actually a little different and delicious. Set menu was excellent value for money imo, Will definitely be back. And thanks for letting us practice our spanish!

Great and full of taste dishes but it would be nothing without service. The best coctails made with passion by Miquel, really friendly and kind table service by Vasile and Antonio and wonderfull and good looking coffee served by Kevin. All of that made my evening more than satisfied. Moreover supervisor Dominika was really helpfull,every person can see, that she care about atmosphere in Tapas.

Came on a busy Saturday and even though there was only room at the bar we had a fantastic meal and some lovely cocktails. Our waiter / barman Kevin was amazing, really informative and attentive. Would definitely come again!

Unremarkable, pretty tasteless. Fried aubergine was over cooked and horrible. Prawns in chilli was nice. When we sat down nobody brought us a menu so we had to take one from the next table ourselves. Otherwise service was fine. Atmosphere was overcrowded and very noisy. Bread and aioli was tasteless.

No conocía el bar, y estaba buscando un sitio donde tomar una cerveza y echar un bocado por Shoreditch, y al pasar por allí vi este bar de tapas. Me atendió un camarero majisimo llamado Antonio, que me comentó era de un pueblo de Almería. Las tapas bien servidas, cañas bien tiradas y conversación agradable. Muy recomendable.

I came with my partner who is Spanish and was served by a delightfully friendly barman named Antonio. We ordered berenjenas, pimientos del padron, piquillos rellenos con setas, pisto, esalada de queso de cabra, arroz negro, bacalao piperrada, pulpo a la gallega, and beers. We will definitely pop in again next time we're in town!

We were in London on a night out when we discovered this place. Great food very tasty, attentive & friendly staff. When our server Miguel realised it was my partners birthday he bought him a cake with a candle & everyone sang happy birthday. Atmosphere was good & we will definitely return over the holidays.

It was ok.. The food was boring it reminded me of Cuban food (not good in general). Chain food (commercialised). Nothing special. A very themed experience - waitress speaks Spanish, Latin music = trying too hard to be an authentic tapas bar.

Locale davvero carino e accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato tanto e bene. Il cibo è sicuramente di qualità. Alessandro, il cameriere che ci ha servite, è stato cordialissimo, competente e molto educato. Durante il mio prossimo viaggio a Londra ritornerò sicuramente in questo locale.

Spent an amazing evening at Tapas Revolution for my birthday. The food was delicious and they handled our big group (35 people!) really well. Alba, our waitress, was fantastic. Thank you very much for a great time!

The food was good here and the happy hour was great, however the card machines wouldn't work because of 'poor wifi' (the waitress said it always happens) and assured me my card payments hadn't gone through so had to pay in cash. But actually the £80 bill had gone on my card several times and the waitress was really unhelpful and said I'd get my money back in about a week. Really disappointed by the service and them clearly ignoring this known problem.

I came here with my husband the other day and we loved it, the music, the food the environment and also the service was great. The waitress who attended us was Raquel and we had a lovely evening with her, will be back again soon!

We have tried to have dinner the 6 of us when we arrived the waitress told us that at that moment was 10minutes waiting time,but afterwards the manager came over and said that it would take an hour for a table in a very rude way, we just left and when we pass by the window and we see many empty spaces..it was very disappointing and we felt like the manager didn’t want us there. Very rude.

I've been yesterday with my family and I've absolutely felt like if I was in Spain. The drinks and plates respect the Spanish recipes, and the members of the staff are amazing! Raquel was our waitress and we had a lovely dinner with her! Thanks a lot guys!

I went out with my friend and we had a really nice time! We're Spanish and we rate the food as superb, very nice good and atmosphere and music. Staff is really friendly. Shoutout to the waiters Miguel and Lorena gave a superb service!

Highly recommend this restaurant. I booked for a large party for my sisters hen do. Every time I rang in advanced the staff were friendly and helpful especially Gustavo. From the moment we arrived we were treated brilliantly and Gustavo came and said hello and as a lovely bonus gave us two bottles of drink to celebrate with. A lovely gesture. One of our party has a food intolerance and the waiter was extremely helpful. The rest of us ordered from the set menu to share in pairs. There was so much food and it was delicious. We all had a fantastic evening and if any of us are in the area I know we will be back. Thank you.

Paella is great! Patatas bravas is a classic and brioche dessert is the main surprise of the menu. Delicious Spanish cuisine experience, highly recommended. Special thanks to Miguel for searching the Spanish song played in restaurant.

A very nice and cosy place to eat. The food was very nice and was served pretty quickly. The staff were very nice and even had friendly conversations with us. I recommend going there if you want a nice meal with a loved one. Our favourite members of staff were Miguel and Alba who were really nice to us! Overall definitely a place people must visit if you haven’t been before to experience authentic Spanish cuisine.

We have come to dinner at the tapas revolution. We ordered two chef's menus. The food made us feel like we were in Spain. But the best was the service. We have been taken care by Miguel and Alba. They have recommended us the food and the cocktails.

Food is really tasteless when you’ve tasted proper tapas especially for the price you are charged. I’ve had better shop bought tapas. The worst part is that the waitress wouldn’t give us a table for two when there were some four seat tables unoccupied because it’s their policy to allocate these tables to larger group even if there was no waiting queue and the tables were free. We were asked to come back thirty minutes later and what a disappointment it was when we did. If you want tapas go to a Spanish restautant.

Wow wow wow, I went there with a friend to celebrate a special occasion. From the moment we walked in the restaurant screamed authenticity. The team behind the bar and serving our table were lovely (big thank you especially to: Dominica, Alba and Marta!) you truly made our evening special, you helped with my Spanish and personally recommended food, it was great to see you so passionate about the food you serve and the country it comes from.I cannot recommend this place enough, firstly from the customer service aspect and secondly from the quality of the food. LOVED IT!

Oh what a night. The service and help from behind the bar to find the right wine and food was fantastic. For us Gustavo helped us have an amazing evening laced with great new wines (for me at least ) which consisted of a beautiful white (Fillaboa), a great red (Navajos Rioja) and a great tapas selection and an absolute to die for brownie dish 'pastel de chocolate y turron' for the grande finale. In the words of a Hollywood legend "I'll be back" hugs and love to the venue

Popped to Shoreditch on the hunt for Omar's Tapas Revolution. Comfy surroundings with helpful and friendly staff. Authentic tapas with a porron of Tempranillo. I made a group booking through the very accommodating Dominica for my wife's special birthday surprise. She thought it was just me and our son going.Alvaro and Dominica were as excited as me about the surprise for my wife and were brilliant when I had to make a change to the booking a few days beforehand.We arrived and literally stepped off the street into Madrid Tapas Heaven.The laid back ambience and Spanish warmth envelopes you, and the whole team including Alvaro worked very hard to deliver a truly memorable and wonderful experience for my wife and our friends. They were typically Spanish as well, in not batting an eyelid at our little three year-olds, and making them feel just as welcome.As someone who fell in love with real Tapas in San Sebastian and Madrid, I cannot praise the standard this team reaches highly enough.We literally tried almost everything on the menu. Savoury and sweet!Beautiful food, wonderful staff, and a genuine escape from London, if only for a few, stomach-busting hours.Thank you Omar, Alvaro and Dominica.

Visited for the second time in the same month. Lovely food, great Spanish wine & sangria. Lorena and Alba were amazing, quick great service and helped me bottle up my sangria when we were in a rush to leave. Also they played our favourite song at the end of the night and my date loved it. Will visit again!

The food was ok but the waitress was rude and forgot to order my main dish so that I had to ask or it 3 times and wait for 30 minutes. She did not apologize or offer a drink during the wait. When the bill came, I refused to pay for the service and she sent another waitress with the amended bill because she was too upset. Only at this moment the restaurant manager came and apologized, but the experience was ruined: my friend and I did not eat at the sane time and we were really disappointed with the service. Other than that the food was good and price was reasonable.

Rain could have dampened the last night of our visit to Shoreditch but instead Irene made sure we were well-fed and had plenty of time to try their creative beverage menu, including the addictive craft beer "La Socorrada" made with rosemary and honey. The food was outstanding - especially the almonds from Mallorca, the aged Iberian ham and fantastic grilled shrimp - and the prices were reasonable. Even on a rainy Sunday there were groups of friends drinking and snacking and a few others like us have a long and memorable dinners. Thanks, Irene!

I would not reconnect this restaurant to anyone! The staff are so rude and the food is tasteless! The food has no taste and the cocktails are weak!!The waiter became rude when we asked a simple question "why was there so much ice in my cocktail" he then started to talk loudly and wave his hands around! He was so rude that we had to ask for the manager! As me and my friends were having a conversation he came over and started shouting at us again and told us he speaks with his hands and if we don't like it that's our problem! I've never been so insulted in my life!! The food is bad and the service is 10 times worse! Don't visit this place!

Is an incredible place I have a good price / quality food but the best is the service by Dominica and Eva they were too nice with us and the variety of tapas it's great , I recommend go to enjoy

Tonight I travelled to gastronomic heaven with Maria from boring Madrid. Alas, Maria is a fine Spanish export, chatty, good English, no matter how hard I tried my broken Spanish, Maria uniquely spoke adoringly English. We been just for quick drink and we have been so happy that we ordered some food.. what an amazing surprise as the food was outstanding more than the usual Spanish restaurant in London !! I definitely recommend to go there more than twice !!

Arrived tonight to celebrate my birthday. Had made a reservation and arrived at 6.59pm to be told we were not entitled to the 2-4-1 Gin offer as by the time the waitress had put it through the the till it would be past 7pm. Really!!!! The restaurant felt loveless and lacklustre, having recently spent a lot of time in Spain the staff here could do with some Spanish hospitality lessons-the faux ¡hola! on arrival is fooling no one. Can't review the food we left and went to Dishoom I would advise you do the same.

Tapas Revolution is a restaurant / bar that blends incredible cocktails with amazing food. I have eaten there on a number of occasions and all the staff are super nice. Eva in particular was very helpful. I plan on drinking many more gins in this establishment!

Have been here a few times and always had a great meal. The gambas in particular are very good.Good food and sangria at a reasonable price.

Pre-Show, spur-of-the-moment choice. We tried three tables to get away from the very efficient aircon and perhaps bizarrely right next to the door was best for us.The tapas were absolutely fine and very tasty, delivered in true Spanish fashion; when they were ready. We particularly liked the melt-in-the-mouth belly pork, and the prawns.Not so keen on the morcilla (black pudding) recipe but again that's only my preference. It wasn't dreadful.The jury is out on the churros y chocolate recipe.... but it's one of those things that is the subject of heated debate in Spain... regional tastes and family secrets..... But hey, I've been enthused to go to the library to get the Tapas Revolution cook book and am making churros at home...All the staff were really welcoming and helpful and yes, we'd go back.

Overall, the food was good. Very well presented and quite tasty. After our meal we stayed a bit longer to enjoy a couple of drinks as there was 241 in all drinks and cocktails. MARIA was very knowledgeable of the house's beverages and made very good suggestions. She was also very friendly. I defo recommend the place.
