Well this was very nice indeed! A lady from boathouse booked us in and we were greeted with a smile. Our table was perfect. I love the decor very authentic & the smell yum! The music was a bit repetitive after an hour. The food was delicious & I took some home. The staff were very professional & a lady called poppy who served us was extremely friendly & helpful. 100% be going back there. A little pricey but we on holiday ☺️ thanks

food was atrocious and the curry looked microwaveable and dished out to be restaurant quality, Would not even feed to a rat !!!

Fantastic food and the staff were outstanding. Fraser the supervisor was so friendly and helpful, ensured we were looked after. Could not fault anything.

Well..... where should i start. A group of about 25 adults and kids entered then very swiftly 180'd and left. As soon as we went in the staff were extremely unwelcoming, shaking heads and laughing at the sheer size of the group of fantastic peoples looking to have a fantastic dining experience. The wee chef donny behind the kitchen window, shaking his head as he sh*t it from the amount for food he would have had to cook for our lovely group. We made our concerns and comllaints apparent the manager/owner dude and he proceeded for the next 15 minutes. Begging and grovelling for us to eat in but he was repeatedly told to ram it. Service was slow . Food was awful chicken Tikka curry tasted of curry powder and chicken dry.. friend had refund for hers wish I wasn't hungry otherwise would of left it

Visited here last night. Service shocking. Tables all around full of dirty plates. The food is absolutely awful! Save your money and buy a microwave curry from the supermarket it will taste better and be hotter. Never tasted a Korma or Tikka like it. Was really looking forward to ending my stay here and had pre booked the table for my daughters birthday but can honestly say it was nasty. Save your money! Totally not worth it and service was shocking. Gross .

We (family of 4) arrived just before 7.00pm. There were maybe 10 or 11 other tables seated, and that number didn't increase in the time we were there. Once we were seated it took 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order, and another 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. (a jug of water and a Pepsi, so nothing difficult). Later in the evening it took another 20 minutes for a second drinks order to be delivered (another water and Pepsi). The food took *ages* to arrive. At 8,40 when we asked (again) how much longer it would be we were told that the chefs had almost caught up and it should be no longer than 20 minutes. Luckily, it was half that time, but that still meant that from walking in, to food being delivered, it took almost 2 hours. The food, when it arrived, was fine. Not bad, but also, nothing special (though my daughters enjoyed the paneer tikka masala a great deal). If the restaurant had been busy, perhaps there would be a reason for the unforgivably long wait, but no more than 12 tables were being served the entire time we were there. And certainly no reason for a water and Pepsi to take 15-20 minutes to arrive (twice!) If we come back next year (we stay onsite every year) I'll probably go in, order the food, and sit with a book, and tell the rest of the family to come along and meet me in an hour or so.

Came tonight for mine and my sons birthday. Waited nearly 2 hours for our food.. got a bit annoyed as my 2 year old was getting hungry! Didn't enjoy it either bit disappointed as we came last year and was lovely. Won't be coming again now

Awful food, definitely just reheated as no cooking appears to be going on in the kitchen. Korma like soup with bits of chicken in. Service was ok just serving awful microwaved food. Better off going to Asda and getting a curry from there as more taste and texture.

Wouldn't feed the food to my dog the worst I have ever had far to expensive never again would rather eat out the bins

Absolutely lovely the best Indian IV ever had we had 3 deliverys in the 7 nights we stayed in the accommodation ,can't recommend it enough

you need to get an experienced manager to run the place, an absolute shambles. You still run the place like we are still in the pandemic. Happened twice last year as well? I just ust understand. Get a grip..

Worst Indian I have ever had. Such a shame as the venue is lovely but the food is appalling. Chicken tikka masala tasted like it was out of a jar. Watery with no flavour. Onion baji was burnt outside uncooked in the middle. Nan bread not cooked properly. Please save your money and don’t go here

We ate here a Yr ago and the food was great, we were told we wasn't able to have a take away in 2022 due to just opening and staffing issue's so we hoped this Yr would be different. We visited on day 1 to get a menu and asked if takeaway was available and was told yes. Opening times 17:00- 21:30 for last orders for take away and in restaurant eating. We went back 2 days later mid week and it was chaos, the 2 chefs looked exhausted, and the front of house looked like they were about to gave a nervous breakdown. There are only 2 chefs, 1 receptionist and 1 waiter. This is clearly a management issue. We arrived at 21:10 to order a take away, to be delivered at anytime, happy to wait an hr, even 2 to be honest but was told they were unable to take any orders. This was at 21.10. And there was 3 tables In the restaurant that had people on them. In the 8 days we were here we never saw more than 4 tables full. The ironic thing is the food was really good and still looks really good, it just appears they do not have enough staff. Crazy because the place is a goldmine. We ordered from porthcawl tandoori I stead.

We bought a takeaway from here last weekend and I have to honestly say it was the worst meal we have ever had!! Honestly we eat at Indian restaurants quite regularly and have never complained but we have never had such a terrible meal. We ordered a chicken vindaloo cheese garlic naan rice and chips as well as an onion bhaji to start. The onion bhaji was ok not great but not awful. The curry was full of oil and a dark brown colour verging in black, it’s taste was unexplainable but it was just full of cloves The rice was ok and so were the fries The naan was a mix between an omelette and a pancake terrible. Would 100% never eat from there again Worst £30 i have ever spent 😡

Staying for a few days at Trecco bay started walking into Newton for food none of pubs were serving on a Sunday evening it started raining so returned across park and found this one . Great service and food very fresh naans worth a visit

Without a doubt the worse Indian meal we have ever had. No resemblance whatsoever to indian food. Lamb bhuna sauce was tasteless and watery. I'm not even sure it was lamb, it tasted strong and "livery" . Prawn vindaloo had no taste, certainly not vindaloo....

What do people expect, it's Trecco Bay, not the Ritz. If they want better quality food, be prepared to pay for it.

Lovey staff lovely food Didn't open until 3pm so had to wait. Good variety of drinks. Would recommend the butter nann. The one down side is that they don't do a takeaway.
