Tamar Lake Café in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

What a gem! We had no idea where to go for lunch but chose the shed; a great choice! The steak was so good and the sole cooked to perfection. Great wine, appetisers and dessert to boot. Fantastic value and the service was great Thank you so much.

The staff were friendly, the service was prompt, the food was good. It's about as good as you could hope for from a family friendly restaurant at the price that it is.

Absolutely wonderful visit. The cream tea was the best I think I’ve ever had. Warm scones, huge pot of cream and delicious jam, must be homemade. The tea was piping hot and came with an additional tea bag should you like it strong.

An unexpected delight. Popped in for an impromptu late lunch, lovely food and even better service. Many thanks, please don't change!
