Take 5 Caffe in Stockton-on-Tees

We regularly order sunday lunch from Take 5 Caffe & we would never go anywhere else! Their sunday dinners arrive hot, fresh & tasty! We have tried many sunday dinner deliveries and Take 5 Caffe easily are the best ones we have ever had. We even prefer theirs over our own cooked sunday lunch!

Walked Into place. Very dark you slid on the floor on parts looked very dirty on first impressions uniforms wear mucky and so was the counter. I didt stay to have food it was that bad

Always lovely food in here. Homemade chips are the best around. Friendly staff too make it a great place to grab breakfast or lunch.

A pleasant cafe with friendly staff and good food. I'm not associated with then in any way but pop in a few times each month. I'm prompted to leave this review for a couple of reasons. Firstly, on a previous visit I dropped a decent pair of headphones which the staff put aside and returned to me. Secondly, because I was hungry I ordered the Teesside delicacy, an XL Parmo. What arrived was epic. A huge Parmo, cooked to perfection with homemade chips, onion rings and salad. I've eaten plenty of parmos in my day but none as good as this. Fantastic! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and want some good quality food at very reasonable prices.

Ordered a large breakfast and asked for crispy bacon, the bacon came barely cooked and loaded with fat I literally got a tiny piece of bacon as the rest was fat. The beans were cold and the mushrooms were burnt. After about half an hour after eating the breakfast I became quite ill. Will not go there again

Have visted this cafe on several occasions and food and service has always been first class Sunday dinners are awesome and they do small and large portions

This Cafe sits in a side street off the High street and near to many other cafe's and it's still head and shoulders above the rest ! The breakfasts are great with real chips served as standard and boy are they good . The Sunday lunches are fantastic and the plates laden with every vegetable possible. Homemade Yorkshire pudding of course and Chicken, Pork, Beef or Lamb is available. The surroundings are clean and modern. The staff are very nice and friendly and the delivery service is a great addition to the dine in experience. I thoroughly recommend Take 5 it's excellent value and definitely worth a visit SOON !

This hidden gem is up a little side street. Well worth a visit. Sunday lunch is amazing. Huge portions, very well cooked and delicious. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. A definite 10 out of 10. Lovely and clean inside

Poped in on Sunday for a beef dinner. Was very tasty and fresh. Beef was melt in your mouth and cooked perfectly!! Great little cafe!!

Breakfast exactly how I ask for it amazing service staff are always polite and helpful the home made food hear is pretty amazing too been hear lots will carry on going

Well, I'm back in Stockton on tees to visit the ever amazing Dom war memorial bar and checked my TripAdvisor list for the area and was reminded of this wee place. Seems a couple of staff changes but other than that, still a Higyne rating of 5 and still shiny clean and decent staff. Food served quickily and hot yet cooked perfectly. Belly is happy as am I. Cheers guys.

Hunted half the morning for an all day breakfast, finally found this wee place hidden in a quiet side st. Was worth the wait, modern decor, very clean and bright, 5 star hygiene rating right on front door. Prices are really, got a genuinely friendly welcome from the young lady at counter and food was delivered to table very quickly and tastes great. Couldn't ask for more, will definitely be back.

Dropped in for a quick bite at lunch time. The place was busy as usual but managed to get a table. Nobody had food and as we waited we realised the food was going to take a while. A 40 minute wait for a toastie and a burger with chips, the food was ok but just too long to wait, we realised when waiting this happened last time and said we couldn't afford to call in again for lunch.

A small friendly cafe with delicious home made food all freshly prepared to order. Two of us ordered the corned beef pie served with choice of vegetables or chips and mushy peas ,another chose parmesan with chips which were home made "proper" chips .We all enjoyed the food and our chat with the owner,Outstanding value for tasty food of good quality ,We will certainly be going there again.

Enjoyed a a late Saturday breakfast with the family. Comfortable furniture, good menu and very reasonable prices. Coffee, Tea and food were all hot and tasty. I had a large breakfast, which was very satisfying.

I was looking for somewhere to eat yesterday, and I spotted this cafe that looked nice. I liked the look of the menu, so I went in. The two women staff were very welcoming and friendly. The place was very clean and they do breakfasts, hot meals and cold meals, as well as things like scones etc. They are open Monday till Sunday, and also do Sunday dinners. I'll definitely be going back!
