My go to place for a drink on my away day for the football, very comfortable place and well kept local real ales on the bar with excellent customer service. Unfortunately due to a promotion I won't be making the trip next season.

Had a beer with friends, good friendly service. Probably only big enough for 30 or 35 people in total but we enjoyed our time there.

There are no food menus on display, so you need to ask at the bar but don't be put off by that. The food is good and reasonably priced. As it is prepared freshly the service is not fast.

I went to tailors as a get together with my friends, we ordered an afternoon tea which came with plenty of superbly made food including sandwiches, salami roses, cake and pastries. It is a lovely atmosphere and the barmaids and kitchen staff were amazing from the moment we arrived and i will definitely be returning soon!

This has to be the best Chinese in barrow, the food is really nice, in fact every time my son comes from Manchester he comes here for their salt pepper chips, I don't think they are on barrow eats but they do deliver if you phone.cash only.

Considering the coffee shop is adjacent to a ruin, I was expecting your average, tourist offering. I was happily surprised. We ordered baguettes, which seemed more like paninis. They were flavorful. I had bacon, brie & cranberry. The flat white hit the spot. And we shared a Victoria sponge cake that was our least favorite. Nevertheless, when you're with good friends, it makes for an even better lunch. Open Wednesdays - Sundays, 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
