Horrible delivery times, often run out of certain items, food missing certain times. I love the food but the delivery services are low tier

the was no chicken I ordered 5 chicken tender meal ×3 got fries and drinks but no chicken at all

Completely wrong order delivered half the food we ordered

Severely underwhelming. Tacos were full of oil, those shells looked plastic and only the beef was cooked in that, only took a bite of that. Guess it was my fault for expecting much😂 if you can’t find any other food stop and you must eat, then go ahead 🚮

I've been there 23:15 they told me is closed and only drive thru but on maps it said is open till 12:00

Order was not delivered so we drove there and re-ordered. We waited such a long time and the food was swimming in oil and thrown into a bag. Would not recommend.

Unlimited drinks, staff is friendly the place was clean and great food would visit more often but it's a drive for me to get here but when I do go it is worth the drive, the one thing I don't like but it's not there vault it's the 3 hour parking I hate going to a place to watch the time so I don't get a parking ticket, I like to just relax and leave when I'm ready

Missing items food cold and was late

A splendid overwhelming wave of aroma washed over me as I entered the premises, tingling my nostrils with the herbs and spices sizzling through the air, my nose flaired. Upon entering further, experiencing the rather peculiar atmosphere, I succumbed to yet another gust of sensational euphoria. Nostalgia. Hearing the shouting, back and forth, the head chef in the back of the steaming kitchen, it reminded me of my time in America. Once upon a time I lived in Compton, the authentic, hectic experience is in itself, a sight to behold. However, this store was able to facilitate the empty void my dear store left behind. The food scintillated in the wrapper, the way the lights glistened of the meat. The combination of meals available, is enhanced with an authentic dining experience. People shouting, pulling at hair, oversized customers and hectic orders coming in left and right. Personally, Em B's review seems like a recipe for disaster. Her mention of her social media following and how she described the, what is most likely to be, an overworked, underpaid teenager; tells me this person has not experienced hardships and seeks short term dopamine boosts. A short fuse and volatile outburst. I wish her the best. As for the workers. I hope one day I see them in the finest of restaurants in Italy. Lord knows they have the vocal capacity to lead a team.

Finally remembered the drinks which is a miracle!! Delivery slower than usual but all arrived and food good.

Missed my chicken nachos from the order and missed the churros sauce

Travelled 20 minutes to try the food, parked up and walked Into the store to takeout, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and stressful, a staff member on shift ‘Hayley’ was being extremely rude and giving attitude to the Uber eats drivers and other colleagues. She would order the delivery drivers around the shop and speak to them in a disgusting manner. ‘Hayley’ would also turn away from the drive through customers and pull faces and mutter things under her breath… After the 25 minute wait for food since the store is clearly understaffed or workers are undertrained. As well as this, some food items were missing and I had to ask to receive them. Don’t get me wrong the food was fairly tasty but we ordered £30+ of food and the portions and sizes where pitiful to say the least.

Every time we order from here they get the order wrong. Always items missing. Pity the kids love going here as getting it delivered is never a good experience.

The food came and was basically refrigerated and I was half missing I’m absolutely livid will never be back, I hope you up your game your an embarrassment to Taco Bell!!!!

Ordered food at 6:20 and it arrived at 8pm, I wouldn’t mind but I only ordered a couple of soft tacos for the kids, then it came freezing cold!.

The delivery time was 22:18, the driver pulled up outside at 22:17 but didn’t knock on the door until 22:26, food is freezing cold and 90% of it couldn’t be eaten.

If I could give zero stars for service, I would. The woman was extremely rude who served us in the drive through and we were waiting for over 20 minutes for one meal. There was no apologies what so ever. We gave her a £20 note and she didn’t have any change to give us so said we would have to find 40pence to give her or else we wouldn’t be able to give us change. We were then short of the change we were owed as well. She gave us our drink then just stared at us and said ‘anything else?’ With a snotty attitude. We hadn’t even been given our meal!! If you don’t understand the skills required for a hospitality job- then just quit and go to a different sector. Bang out of order. We didn’t get her name but she had a head set on and was working on the drive thru.

First time trying it personally, it was delicious but food was cold when it came and looked a bit sorry for itself. Probably due to the distance but it should be accounted for. Also missed one item off which was a shame.

Taco and burrito tasted nice, caramel sauce from churro split all over box tho so some chips tasted sweet which was grim. No cheese sauce with either portion of chicken nachos so poor service overall

Meant to get 2 chirros per meal. One meal got 1, the other meal got ZERO!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered two meals yet only one drink arrives. There must be a glitch on your ordering system. So annoying. Can’t even contact the restaurant to inform them of this.

Worst Taco Bell? Whenever I come to this particular one, the food takes forever. Staff inside have no skills and focus mainly on the delivery drivers. Food is always okay.

Not the one to complain but yesterday got three meals absolutely disgusting warm up chips freezing tacos had tiny bit meat two strands of lettuce and 3 bits of tomato all went in the bin never going the Kirkby Taco Bell ever again

Absolutely vile! Food was disgusting and cold, service nonexistent and the atmosphere: people with their phones on loudspeaker, children playing on the dirty floor and freezing cold.

Missing items of food, which was my daughters full meal. We have ordered before and last time we was missing items, we let that slide and made do, but this time its taking the micky. Not impressed at all

Order was 3 hours total. I had to drive to the shop to check what was going on. They made the order there and then I followed the driver all the way back to my house as he said he had to deliver it and couldn’t give me it.

Dropped by this Taco Bell outlet in Kirkby, been here before, always had a positive experience and so it proved on our latest visit. A modern restaurant, light and airy interior, lovely decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout both inside and outside looking out onto Kirkby Town Centre. We ordered drinks and these were served iced cold and sparkling, we ordered chicken and beef burritos with fries ,excellent, really tasty ,had a great time in here before we moved on, its easy to locate along Irlam Drive and well worth checking out if you're in Kirkby Town Centre.

The food is almost inedible. The service was brilliant. The lady at the drive through was so incredibly nice. Double checked the order, gave us extra sauce and placed into a bag with napkins. Really polite, big smile, helpful, kind soul. The whole place was immaculately clean. It’s a shame the food is so poor. I don’t rate fast food anyway. But the beef is like slop. There was more folded burrito than anything else, and it was all hard and chewy, but the insides were sloppy and flavourless. Outside was also slimy, I can’t even recall what this thing was called. I think it was supposed to be a cheese beef burrito? I don’t even know. Maybe deluxe was thrown in there? More like dulux. The chips were also underdone. Some were al Dante and just about fit for consumption. No fault of the staff. It’s just the horrendous quality of the food. My partner got some taco thing, which she did not rate. I didn’t take any pictures, sorry!
