Morrisons Market Kitchen in Knowsley

After waiting for 10 minutes, I was still not served. The server continued to walk past me without acknowledging my presence. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, but this time I decided to leave and will not return. The server’s demeanor was so unpleasant that it left me feeling equally distressed. This was the worst dining experience I have had in my lifetime. This was in the Kirkby Morrisons.

Absolutely brilliant supermarket all shelves stacked full very helpful staff all round and very nice place will visit again

Ordered 2 beef dinners and 1 chicken dinner. Only received the chicken dinner, which was not nice. It was all squashed into the box, veg burnt and mash hard. I am now waiting and waiting for a refund for the dinners not delivered. I will never order from Morrisons again !

Perfect balance between quality and price

Honestly the food from here is always great .. but today my order turned up late and cold

instead of coming with chicken, the pizza came with spicy beef.....I couldn't even eat it

How many items can you miss... 2 drinks... gravy instead of a chilli with a beef bowl. Kids fruit. Uber are terrible aswell be intouch in 2 working days see you next year then!

Where is the rest of the pizza? My friends use to take the large pizza and always take the same size of the box. I don’t understand where is the rest! If you order a large pizza, it means large pizza, not regular inside a large box.

The pie was absolutely delicious as was the mash, mushy peas and gravy. The most important thing was it was roasting hot 😊👍 you can’t say that many times for a delivery. Highly recommended. The only bad thing is I’m going to have to try all the other pie dinners now 🫣😋

Wow!!! Full English nearly £8, and was stone cold and disgusting, the beans were so cold they were making my teeth sensitive, I had to scrape the majority of my egg as was still raw and uncooked with clear snot on it, then brings my cup of tea out after I've ate it/ or attempted to eat it, staff need sacking!!!!!!

The cross cut chips tasted awful and cold

Food was absoultly disgusting had to throw it in the bin once it came was freezing no sauce on the wrap just horrible grey chicken want a refund asap

Great selection of food stalls but every time I’ve gone to Char and Smoke and asked for the vegetarian chicken slices which is clearly on the menu board they never have it available which is becoming very annoying. The other options ; jacket potato or halloumi I’ve asked for have also not been available. Haven’t been for a while because I just get told the same thing over and over and just get told to go to the salad bar. 👎🏻

Decided to try the sausage, egg chips and beans and OMG l wish l hadn’t bothered. The chips were overcooked the runny egg was dry as a bone and the sausage and beans were just about edible. The whole meal was only just warm. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this food station if l were you I’d go to the pizza section

Had roast beef lunch. Beef good & plenty, thick slices, gravy thin but good, even if just warm roast potatoes v.dry no mash. Was cold . Had steak ale pie n peas. Pie ok if cold Ordered kids meal mac n cheese lukewarm bit like tonned version missing dtink and fruit Coleslaw didn't turn up ether

Delivery fine. Just you request for something not to be on what you ordered and it comes with it on. Pointless having comments for restaurants

Missing items, beef was dry, chips were soggy as though they'd been microwaved.

Fantastic selection of food. The flavours were excellent. Brisket wrap and the Sri Lankan curry were excellent. Food was a little slow, considering it wasn't busy, but it was coming to the end of the bank holiday, and they may have had extra staff in the day, rather than the evening.

They advertised food that was out of stock. Poor management. And the food was cold ish when it arrived

Asked for no salad on both wraps and got double amount of salad!!

Awful service they accepted my order took payment and didn’t even have the decency to call me to tell me there not delivering it, 2 hours later I got on to just eat to be told they don’t no what’s happened. They should of at least cancelled my order so I could order elsewhere

Breakfast wraps are lovely! Only feedback I would give would be to cut the fat off the bacon. Other than that, they are amazing and good price

No chilli's on the chicken sizzler pizza so sort of pointless but was still nice

Whole order wrong. Gave me 1 item of my order and then half of someone else’s order. How do you forget to give a pizza?!

Great selection of food. Ok prices.. sometimes big ques so check before and maybe do your shopping first. Staff normally quite helpful.

The pizza maker -Yarum, a very nice chap, prepared such a tasty looking delish in a matter of minutes, now.. this is Fast-Food &customer service! See for yourselves the photo. Good price as well! Amazing shop....best in Merseyside because is new.Superb restaurant and great butcher stall.

Tried a couple of the stalls now, yet to be disappointed. Pasta is by far my favourite one. Will definitely be trying the rest of them soon, got to get the waffle pops & milkshake to top it off too!
