The staff was very friendly and helpfull. And the food was great. Especially considering it's a franchise.

Ordered food to be delivered this evening and had several missing items. This isnt the first time this has happened. Come on guys how hard is it to read a ticket?! I've worked in food Services, it really shouldn't be so difficult to get customer orders right.

Area manager needs to support this restaurant. It’s generally grubby, the food was cold and I had dirt in my drink. Even the staff agreed that it’s probably from where the pipes in the drinks machine haven’t been cleaned. Won’t be returning I’m afraid!

Part of the meal is missing so I have to go and pick it up myself. A waste of time and money.

The burritos contained more crushed taco filler than actual meat or chicken, which I found disappointing. Although cheese was listed as an ingredient on the taco, it was so sparsely distributed that it was barely noticeable. Overall, the food was mediocre. Would I return? Probably not. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking—none of the tabletops were clean when I arrived, and I did not see any being wiped down during my visit. When I requested salt, I was told the chips were already seasoned, which missed the point entirely.

I recently visited Taco Bell and ordered Chicken Nachos, two Burritos, one Volcano, and one Mini Beefy Burrito. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. I could see the staff preparing my food, and the items were left sitting while waiting for the chicken nachos to finish cooking. As a result, everything was stone cold by the time it was served. My partner was willing to eat it cold, but I expected better from Taco Bell, so I politely returned it to be fixed. Instead of being met with understanding, the woman behind the counter was rude and dismissive. She acted as if it was impossible for the food to have gone cold, despite the obvious poor preparation process and lack of heated countertops. Taco Bell should focus on basic food service standards—timely preparation and proper heating. Rude staff and cold food are unacceptable, and this experience makes me question whether I’ll return.

Me and my daughter and friends were so excited to try here for the first time we came out so disappointed and the children still hungry so went somewhere else after to feed them! the time just kept getting longer and longer and was cold ,you gave me a credit for £5.55 the other day for a different order and as I just tried to use it and cancelled the payment to double check something the credit has dissapeared ,can you please put it back in my account

Delivery was set for around 8:40 but came at 9:10. Could be the restaurants fault

this was my first time trying taco bell and i was really looking forward to it but instead i was thoroughly disappointed. i ordered it on uber eats so i didn’t go into the store, although i’ve heard the cleanliness is lacking i haven’t seen it for myself so i can’t really comment on that. the food was not very nice and the portions were a lot smaller than anticipated, i ordered a large fries and the bag was so small i’d hate to see what their idea of an actual small portion is. i spent over £30 on food for me and my partner and we got hardly anything, i’d say we got maybe £15 worth of food as the portions were so small. the food itself didn’t taste very nice either and i’ve been feeling extremely sick since eating it 4/5 hours ago, i’m not sure if this is the poor hygiene in the store or how greasy the food was. i wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t be eating here again. i feel robbed of my money

Delivery time was pushed back multiple times. When driver did get our order he took way too long to get to our address. We ordered lunch and didn’t get food until dinner time. Driver was rude on delivery too and didn’t attempt to even apologise. Very disappointed!

I was very exited to have my first experience eating at Taco Bell but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointed. The portion size is quite small with hardly any filling. You will get more from Mcdonald for the same financial value.

Food was delivered to wrong address had to go pick up ourselves. Luckily we had a honest person ring my number. Food ended up being cold because of this not happy one bit probably won’t order again. Not the best of pleased you need to step up your game with the deli every people.

Great fan off Taco Bell food, only criticism is when you do not receive correct order.. contacted via email to raise this issue as not the first time..the reply was very quick while investigating..final email was very disappointing as told had to now contact delivery service🤷🏻‍♀️ Felt like I was being passed over, why they could not respond in a positive way.. this left me even more disappointed.. Almost every table, station and floor was filthy not like karen levels filthy, im talking “hasnt been cleaned since we opened” filthy. health and safety would have a feild day. The restaurant only had 3 families in there, mentioned how dirty everything was incase the acting GM/ supervisor wasnt aware and he said “we are too busy” If 3 families is“too busy” to spare 20 mins whizzing around then I genuinely feel sorry for any new GM that starts there (they are advertising) they have some serious work to do managing sloths. Kitchen was filthy also and everyone looked.. I dont know, kinda spaced out. This franchise owner needs to step in, a fast food place should not be this quiet or filthy.. Yikes.

Taco Bell has never been the best, but this time it was really bad. Burritos were filled with sauce mainly. Almost no meat in them. Tastes like eating a sauce with bread.

Gave me just what I needed, a spanish/Mexican fast food fix. It was quiet on a Sunday lunchtime. Food served timely and with well presented salad in the chicken taco.

First time using Taco Bell. I thought it was good, pretty cheap and tasted good. Fries were really good! I ordered wrong and they made me a new order without any problems, good service. Would come back.

After waiting more than 15 minutes for some supreme fries (It was extremely quiet) I drive home over 20 minutes away and open the box to an absolute disappointment. For £4.29 to get old chips and a measly spoon full of cheese, what a joke.

Not sure why we bothered, Out of the 3 times I’ve ever ordered from here, it’s never once been right, first time the totally wrong order, second time it was cold and missing bits, and this time it was lukewarm and missing all the sauces, you boast how amazing your nacho sauce is, yet you can’t be bothered to put it in the delivery’s? The restaurant doesn’t bother answering the phone, staff don’t give a monkeys, this will be the last time I’m afraid. When you’re spending £40, you expect it right.

It wasn’t busy when we arrived but due to the incredibly (almost unbelievably) slow workforce which consisted of three dreary eyed grumps - my partner and I ended up spending the majority of our evening sat watching the three stooges twiddle their thumbs benignly. The food is as expected - luke warm and mostly correct which would’ve been fine if not for the airport length wait. Shame.

AWFUL! It wasn't busy at all, my boyfriend ordered for me and him, 20 minutes go by and no food. He's order 128, a lady goes up and asks for her order 113 to put into perspective how far behind they were with the orders. A family sat down who was in before my boyfriend still hadn't even got their food. How bad of a shop do you have to be to be that far behind? I usually don't complain but when you're drenched in rain, cold, back hurting and you find out your order might take 20 minutes longer in a non busy place, I kind of needed to make a comment.

Amazing food as always, compared the mcdonalds, KFC, ect this is always a healthier option. Good salad in tacos and other food. I recently switched up watch I got from a taco supreme to a crunchwrap supreme ans it was worth it! Much bigger and better. Service was a bit slow but that is rare and there was only one person doing orders. That person was very nice and helpful.

Chips were cold and under cooked as well as the loaded bacon and cheese fries was very disappointing also both were barely seasoned. The delivery driver made me walk 100m down the road in the poring down rain and gale force winds to meet him as he couldn’t follow a postcode and door number that takes you to the front door, only driver that has ever done that.
