Taco Bell in North Devon

this was my first time trying taco bell and i was really looking forward to it but instead i was thoroughly disappointed. i ordered it on uber eats so i didn’t go into the store, although i’ve heard the cleanliness is lacking i haven’t seen it for myself so i can’t really comment on that. the food was not very nice and the portions were a lot smaller than anticipated, i ordered a large fries and the bag was so small i’d hate to see what their idea of an actual small portion is. i spent over £30 on food for me and my partner and we got hardly anything, i’d say we got maybe £15 worth of food as the portions were so small. the food itself didn’t taste very nice either and i’ve been feeling extremely sick since eating it 4/5 hours ago, i’m not sure if this is the poor hygiene in the store or how greasy the food was. i wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t be eating here again. i feel robbed of my money

The order was missing both Quesadillas. This was half the order and 3/4 of the cost. It shouldn't be that hard to pack 7 items for delivery. Will not be ordering from them again

3 items of food missing . Cannot phone the shop to get them to fix it as the phone number on site is wrong! food wasn't very warm either. Waste of time. Wouldn't bother with it again

The order was placed at 3:48 and delivery driver said she was given the wrong address and spent 30 minutes delivering the food. By the time it arrived the food was stone cold!

Something is always missing or is wrong with order!! Never just a one off

food was freezing cold, when tracking my order the driver was in a completely different area, probably why my food was cold.

I was very exited to have my first experience eating at Taco Bell but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointed. The portion size is quite small with hardly any filling. You will get more from Mcdonald for the same financial value.

Food was delivered to wrong address had to go pick up ourselves. Luckily we had a honest person ring my number. Food ended up being cold because of this not happy one bit probably won’t order again. Not the best of pleased you need to step up your game with the deli every people.

Great fan off Taco Bell food, only criticism is when you do not receive correct order.. contacted via email to raise this issue as not the first time..the reply was very quick while investigating..final email was very disappointing as told had to now contact delivery service🤷🏻‍♀️ Felt like I was being passed over, why they could not respond in a positive way.. this left me even more disappointed.. If food is not available then make contact to update, medical conditions govern dietary requirements.. Due to the nature in way it was dealt with or lack off, I leave a negative review.. Food arrived lovely and hot..

Almost every table, station and floor was filthy not like karen levels filthy, im talking “hasnt been cleaned since we opened” filthy. health and safety would have a feild day. The restaurant only had 3 families in there, mentioned how dirty everything was incase the acting GM/ supervisor wasnt aware and he said “we are too busy” If 3 families is“too busy” to spare 20 mins whizzing around then I genuinely feel sorry for any new GM that starts there (they are advertising) they have some serious work to do managing sloths. Kitchen was filthy also and everyone looked.. I dont know, kinda spaced out. This franchise owner needs to step in, a fast food place should not be this quiet or filthy.. Yikes.

Was cold and hardly any filling was just wrap. I won't go to taco Bell again as this is the 2nd time it's been poor quality!!

Taco Bell has never been the best, but this time it was really bad. Burritos were filled with sauce mainly. Almost no meat in them. Tastes like eating a sauce with bread.

The food is beautiful, however, out of the 3 times I've ordered a delivery, the order has never been correct... Collect, don't order!!!

Gave me just what I needed, a spanish/Mexican fast food fix. It was quiet on a Sunday lunchtime. Food served timely and with well presented salad in the chicken taco.

First time using Taco Bell. I thought it was good, pretty cheap and tasted good. Fries were really good! I ordered wrong and they made me a new order without any problems, good service. Would come back.

Constantly cold food whenever I order through just eat it’s getting beyond the joke

Took over an hour to arrive and food was cold

After waiting more than 15 minutes for some supreme fries (It was extremely quiet) I drive home over 20 minutes away and open the box to an absolute disappointment. For £4.29 to get old chips and a measly spoon full of cheese, what a joke.

Not sure why we bothered, Out of the 3 times I’ve ever ordered from here, it’s never once been right, first time the totally wrong order, second time it was cold and missing bits, and this time it was lukewarm and missing all the sauces, you boast how amazing your nacho sauce is, yet you can’t be bothered to put it in the delivery’s? The restaurant doesn’t bother answering the phone, staff don’t give a monkeys, this will be the last time I’m afraid. When you’re spending £40, you expect it right.

Food was pretty much cold when it got here but it still tasted okay. Not many chips in the chip bags either, very small portions this time compared to usual. Howeverd, driver and delivery could not be faulted. He left the restaurant promptly and arrived shortly after.

First time ordering and really disappointed. Delivery time kept changing, food arrived cold chips looked like they had already been reheated!

It wasn’t busy when we arrived but due to the incredibly (almost unbelievably) slow workforce which consisted of three dreary eyed grumps - my partner and I ended up spending the majority of our evening sat watching the three stooges twiddle their thumbs benignly. The food is as expected - luke warm and mostly correct which would’ve been fine if not for the airport length wait. Shame.

Didn’t give us half our order and had to call 12 times until they picked up and then they just said we have to get a refund

AWFUL! It wasn't busy at all, my boyfriend ordered for me and him, 20 minutes go by and no food. He's order 128, a lady goes up and asks for her order 113 to put into perspective how far behind they were with the orders. A family sat down who was in before my boyfriend still hadn't even got their food. How bad of a shop do you have to be to be that far behind? I usually don't complain but when you're drenched in rain, cold, back hurting and you find out your order might take 20 minutes longer in a non busy place, I kind of needed to make a comment.

Amazing food as always, compared the mcdonalds, KFC, ect this is always a healthier option. Good salad in tacos and other food. I recently switched up watch I got from a taco supreme to a crunchwrap supreme ans it was worth it! Much bigger and better. Service was a bit slow but that is rare and there was only one person doing orders. That person was very nice and helpful.

Chips were cold and under cooked as well as the loaded bacon and cheese fries was very disappointing also both were barely seasoned. The delivery driver made me walk 100m down the road in the poring down rain and gale force winds to meet him as he couldn’t follow a postcode and door number that takes you to the front door, only driver that has ever done that.

Third time here and no toilets available. Food was ok, portion fillings seem smaller and only the chips were hot. As a disabled person I must have toilets, so I’m afraid I won’t be back again.

Food arrived cold. Taco shells were soggy - delivery driver was great - friendly. Our house is a bit tricky to find. But taco definitely should be self collected.

The food was cold and over greecy, the chips were literally stale n hard. Not happy. I want to give zero stars.

We didn't know our food was delivered at all, no contact no knock or intercom rung. Has been just left outside on the bench. Started wandering where our order was at 11.30pm. Looked on the app and was delivered at 11.06.Then found it on our bench. The guy who delivered must of been in the SAS as we have a Disabled Assistance dog who is trained to alert me in bed of knocks on the door, fire etc. Our food is stone cold so no meal tonight! Food totally ruined. Have no food in the home and haven't eaten today. Please can you contact us about a refund as soon as possible and replacement of the order. Obviously the food can't be replaced tonight or any refund as you are closed, so more money has to be spent if we can order elsewhere at this time. I don't even want to leave one star, as a disclaimer this food I imagine if not for the delivery escapade would have been of expecptional quality and I apologise for any damage done to your business and agree if rectified to deleting this review or having an admin of justeat remove it, obviously if this review remains as not removed by my request within the next 48 hours, (it should he less) then obviously the disclaimer is void and the onus and fault will stand with the restaurant regardless. This will be posted ditto as a review where available if not rectified I have had the worst day and this was the last thing I needed!

Restaurant allows delivery drivers to collect multiple orders at the same time meaning food is delayed collection, delayed en route and arrives cold

Food was promised for 16:04 received at 16:40 I placed the order at half 5. Shocking for a Wednesday evening. Delivery driver was great no faults with him. Food arrived cold not even warm. My daughter took one bite and spat it out. Won’t be ordering from there again. Complete waste of money.

Uncooked rice in burritos! Bad experience

Been a couple of times as the first experience wasnt great so thought it was only fair to give it a second chance. Sadly the second time was as bad as the first. Poorly organised, food wasnt anything great and the place was pretty grubby.

First visit to a taco bell, good food, good value when buying value box. Slow service, used self serve machine but had to wait 20 minutes for food- only 2 people working but they were trying their best. Back half of restaurant always seems to be closed, so only 3 tables free to use, which when busy isn’t great, management sort out staffing and open the rest up!!

Was pale under cooked the chips way to much price and freezing cold so disappointed never again that was my little girls weekly treat no waste of money

Food was just left outside my house, didn’t even knock on the door.

I had no notification of it being delivered, it was only by chance of checking my phone that I knew it was here. Though it was left outside the door to 19, not 19A.

Tables and floor is Always filthy. Toilets are filthy. Food is pretty meh. It's all just the same flavours for everything. Low quality and quantity of food for the price. The staff are always friendly which is the only good thing! Music is always very loud so atmosphere is awful.
