What you expect from a McDonald's.

Food took a while to come out, and the quality of the food wasn't that great not that hot either. There were a lot of tables that needed wiping down for the next customer to be able to use it. Macdonalds at Tiverton are way better. their food there is always piping hot & it's always really clean.

Arrived around 8:50pm, quite empty so parking was easy, service was good, food including the fries were hot as was the hot chocolate, all in all a good pit stop after shopping.

I give a 4 star on the food based upon the menu and the expectations. The atmosphere I can't really comment on because I normally get takeaway. Although I must comment that I don't like how crowded it gets whilst waiting for orders now that a load of fast food delivery people are also collecting large orders at the same counter. I don't see why all the fast food restaurants don't just rent a combined warehouse and do deliveries from there. The delivery guys would be able to get all the food from the same place, and it would eliminate the hassle and bustle in the actual restaurants.

This place has gone down hill since starting doing delivery's. The food is always wrong and wait times are to long.

lid wasn't put on the drink correctly so it spilled everywhere only had 3 sips left from large hot chocolate. what wasn't the carrier fault. the staff didn't check before packing and drink had fell over in the holder

Missing my wrap and no option to get missing item delivered??

some of my order was wrong and I was very unhappy about it

my deliever arrived on time, but my drink had spilt in the delivery bag, the driver was so apologetic, he and said he would get me a replacement, I was amazed that he actually did and was back in minutes. such a very nice, understanding and caring guy, wish I remembered his name. I'm so greatful of him.

I said “no cheese sauce” not no cheese slices. The chips were awful, chewy and nearly cold.

Online orders seem to have taken priority, my food took nearly 30 minutes to get to me and by the time I got home it was all cold, won't be returning, very disappointed

Don't like leaving bad feedback but the service was horrendous. I waited 25 minutes for my order, people waiting for table service even longer. Team making food and drinks was doing fine just people preparing orders were focused on chatting and walking around fixing earlier mistakes, so the pile of burgers was getting colder every minute. Cold food and no word of explanation or apology for massive delays. So far the worse experience from all McDonald's visited so far.

They missed out an egg, and X2 hash browns on a meal I paid £10 for and then a further X2 hash browns I paid £1.99 each for. Disappointed to say the least.

Lovely guy, but both fries soggy & cold, both burgers cold too

the time of the order was changed 5 times. my small child was very upset and left really hungry.

Have to show courier a code. While they are fussing around the food is getting cold. It states on the bag it’s paid for! A,so barely had a drink as it had seeped out everywhere. Wa# not in its base. Checked where courier had got to on my device. wa#

This store rarely get your order correct and pretty much always leave the sauces off the order.

Shocking second meals ordered in 2 day missing items!

everything was good, but dips never seem to get included in deliveries. it's pointless ordering them :(

Coffee emptied everywhere, all 9ver everything.

Ordered breakfast to takeaway, we received the order in a reasonable time, but when we arrived home there was a whole item (Mighty McMuffin) missing. The lattes tasted sweet like caramel and all the hash browns were soggy and stuck to the paper. Over £20 for 2 small muffins and some soggy hash browns. Would recommend the Roundswell Mcdonald's instead.

First food was cold.. Also I was over charged should been 11.88 was charged over 12 meal price was 7.89 with 3.99 delivery so what was other charges can't get answer they only need travel less 300 yards I'm disabled hence deluvery

No dip or straw was in the bag! How can you get it wrong?!!!

The food was really salty and crammed with tasteless cheese. The burgers were burnt and cold! The chips were also cold.

Once the food left the restaurant it took so much longer than usual to get here and the food is unbelievably cold like I don't mind if it's a little cold as it's a delivery but this is bad. Also no dips :(

Apologies it was this order that I received 2 drinks and none of the food ordered. I then re-ordered through the Roundswell McDonalds the same order but again received 2 mighty mcmuffin meals instead of one of these, plus a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal with an extra party and a wrap. 2 different McDonalds and both orders were either missing i.e. all the food or a completely different meal than the one ordered.

Cold rubbery chips, not the usual lovely ones, burgers nice

Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The young lady who too our order was unfriendly, and unsmiling and did NOT make us feel welcome. Her ungracious attitude continued when handling over our food. I expected better from the brand. NOT a good experience or advert for McDonald’s.

The burgers were all squashed together. Also they were completely cold. The coke was on its side and had leaked everywhere.

Didn't mind the delivery time being pushed back, but when the delivery time went from 17:20 to 18:00 For the food to arrive cold and soggy. Far from a great experience, the food isn't enjoyable at all, especially for the price that was paid for it.

delivery driver unable to find property even though it ismt difficult to find kept me on the phone and wasn't even in the road he said he was in. food became cold. he asked me to leave the property to meet him.

Wrong order delivered yet again

Constantly ordering maccies and everytime they are forgetting to pack my items. My fries haven’t came with a meal again that I ordered which is literally 2/3 things on the list and is forgotten?

I tryed a fillet of fish For 1st time it was nice. I asked for no sauces in the fillet of fish but When I opened it it had sauce. I also tryed the triple cheese burger And I was not happy it was missing a patty and I ask for no pickles in the burger. (it come with pickles)

It took over an hour and a half to be about to order on the just eat app, our food was ordered at just after 2pm but not delivered until nearly 3pm.

I visited this store as a click and collect on a Tuesday around 5.30pm and it was quiet. There is a drive through, 4 click and collect bays and a good amount of pakring. I did a click and collect order to the car and it arrived within a good time. The staff member who brought my food and drinks were very friendly and chatty, which was pleasant as at most other mcdonalds, the staff are usually miserable when bringing out the click and collect items. The Car park was very tidy, even though there were lots of seagulls about. The bins were being changed as we were there also. Food was good and correct items in the bag.

Delivery driver delivered wrong order so I ordered again and he then arrived with the correct order therefore I paid twice!

Sure theres better fast food outlets out there but when you need something to eat at unearthly hours Mc D is there to save the day. And save the day this 24 hour maccys certainly did

Half of our order was missing, the guy clearly had it in his bag but had no idea what order was ours. By the time we realised and went out to see if he was still there, he had gone. Chicken was chewy.

Food was cold, I ordered at 11:30 for 12:00 to be delivered on lunch break, and it arrived at 13:05, times kept getting pushed back, I will not be ordering from here again, I called the store and was told to just turn up at the store with my receipt and they’ll replace the meal next time I am not happy with the service I received and wasn’t offered a refund!

McDonald's is what it is and they do it very well, most of the time. Very popular as always, suitable for all age ranges. A full and varied menu, served quickly, unfortunately on our visit there were no milkshakes, this seems to be a regular problem throughout the chain and not specific to one restaurant. Outdoor seating is available and also ample parking facilities. Accessibility is good throughout although the toilets are quite small.

Food was dry and bland, and they couldn't even remember to put cheese on a cheese burger and seemed surprised when I pointed it out to them and that not even half the issues we had with our food.

my order was fine,albeit a bit cold. However, the courier gave us someone elses order too. I dont know how to contact courier or you guys for that matter. no ones answering the phone

Between the missing items, cold food and completely slow drive thru times, this Mcdonalds has a lot to be desired. Just go to the other one in Sticklepath, 1000x better.

The coke & Fanta spilt in the bag into the 2 McFlurry so got quarter of each drink a soaking wet bag & mclfurrys covered in drink

He split my drink so the entire bag and my straw were soaking wet

order wrong AGAIN asked for no cheese and got cheese so cant eat and other item was missing bacon

no syrup which makes the whole thing pretty useless

Driver tried to have an attitude in the middle of the street because my phone doesn’t always have signal in my home. Although I stated before paying for order on the “notes for driver” that we live next door to a cafe and put the name of the cafe.
