I was missing my chips from my order

once again no sauce for my nugs and no straw for my drink. you guys suck how do you do this every single time

Delivery was fine. Shame about the sauces I ordeeed with my nuggets as they weren’t correct

Im still waiting for order and i want cancel my order om not very happy

Didn't follow orders about food, was cold and soggy, driver that was rude at door. not good service at all

food was cold and chips were so soggy and large drinks where barely even fall was more like a small in a large cup i’m not very happy about im order i would like a full refund please

the "strawberry milkshake" tasted stale

Haven’t ordered from them for ages as there’s always missing items. This time all sauces were missing so defiantly won’t bother ordering again now.

Food was Stone cold and the milkshakes were dia. just froth. Newly refurbished restaurant 2 weeks ago,this is disappointing.

Got the order wrong missed out four items from the order the order was thrown in the box the food was everywhere! Service shambles food inedible will not order from this particular McDonalds again 0/10 on every level

the food was cold, the milkshakes had no ice-cream in and was like froth consistency part of the order was missing. delivery driver was brilliant very kind and polite

I made this order at 18.03 and it didn’t arrive until 8pm. It was completely cold. I rang the store and they confirmed that it had been sitting there for two hours. I complained to the driver but he said it was a McDonald’s issue. Please advise.

Just called in to.pick up meal with my wife used drive through Staff were very polite

It was just okay, nothing more, nothing less.

Drivers are perfect and polite as always , resturant as always has issues

Staff working very hard atm as work is being carried out on the drive through No drive through atm so car park is mental

Many times I’ve ordered now I’ve paid for a normal coke and received watered down Diet Coke, stop scamming people into paying extra for “normal coke” and instead giving Diet Coke

No sauce ruined whole meal and evening, thoroughly disappointed and let down

Please stop forgetting parts of the order. Please read the orders.

We ordered 2 large meal deals and they both came without our 2 drinks Bad as packaging even said 1x large Chocolate milk shake and 1x large Oasis Zero .. told delivery driver our drinks weren’t there before he left our door! He wasn’t much help !!! Won’t be ordering again ! Food was also cold had to warm it all up in the microwave…Awful

Everytime I order from mcdonalds there seems to be something missing from the order. Whether it's one of the dips, burgers or something else, there is always something missing.

Not good. Had several instances where the food was delayed and others where the orders were cancelled.

order pancakes and maple syrup but had no syrup, also order a double bacon and egg mc muffin and had no bacon and the quality was shocking

thanks to are delivery drivers MC Donald's forgot are drinks and MC flurry's but the delivery driver went out his way and went back for us now that's what you call customer service. thank you and great service!!!!!!

The drivers on Just Eat are much better than the ones on Uber so far the three or four orders that I have done in a row on this app have all been delivered either early or on time and I haven’t had to worry that I wouldn’t get my order

Absolutely awful. Chicken didn’t taste like chicken had weird taste. Girlfriend’s burger meat was hard and all the fries were soggy.

How hard can it be to read a list and put the items in a bag???? Yet again, missing items!

Nothing against the driver as it said he had been waiting at the restaurant for over a hour but I ordered my food 2 hours before it had got here and it was cold sort it out been the second time now in a week there’s no need

undercooked chips and a cold burger is all I received for £16.65 could of rang me to find out if I wanted something difrent or just cancelled the order

My sister ordered through just eat twice this week and the first time they sent a single mcmuffin instead off a double and then today they didn't send the extra hash browns she paid for when I rung them up they said obviously i had to go through just eat and that they knew there were a few issues but didn't care really in there attitude told them about the other issue aswell they obviously can't be bothered to do there jobs properly or can't read the orders properly. I would strongly advice not bothering to order through them with delivery apps. It's not the first time my neighbours have had there orders messed up aswell quite a few times.

this twice within a week that McDonald's old station road has now screwed up my order the person on the phone in the restaurant was very unhelpful,i quote I know there's been some issues but won't do anything about it,this is not the drivers fault it's the staff in mcdonalds who are at fault

milkshake very clearly has had a sip taken out of it by driver, appalled that we were given this, son upset and can't drink his drink. would upload photos if they were allowed!

Delivery time got later, this is the 2nd time recently we order large fries but what arrives is more like a medium fries in a large box, the fries look anemic & not crispy

driver called explained can't use that entrance and whst should be 2 min walk to frount door took 10 mins food was cold!!!
