Very good although we didn't receive any dips with our chicken nuggets

food is really cold and soggy unfortanately

We ordered 2 large meal deals and they both came without our 2 drinks Bad as packaging even said 1x large Chocolate milk shake and 1x large Oasis Zero .. told delivery driver our drinks weren’t there before he left our door! He wasn’t much help !!! Won’t be ordering again ! Food was also cold had to warm it all up in the microwave…Awful

Chips were underdone, pale, & floppy, without much salt, had 3 double cheeseburgers on the order that looked like they’d been sat on!! Very average

When arrived it was on a push bike when opened the children's happy meals and drinks the milkshakes spilt every where half melted milkshake all food was cold melted mcflurry fit for bin

Everytime I order from mcdonalds there seems to be something missing from the order. Whether it's one of the dips, burgers or something else, there is always something missing.

a whole meal was missing!! the courier didn't have it in his bag!! and the happy meal.was freezing cold!!! shocking service today

3rd time in a row we've had the wrong items or items missing from our order, also food is Luke warm on arrival so nit enjoyable at all.

driver went to the wrong street phoned me to follow up then when he found me my food arrived cold not impressed there how hard is it to find my street 🙄

I asked for black Americano as I have a milk allergy. You put milk in it so I had to throw it away. In future read the order

The drivers on Just Eat are much better than the ones on Uber so far the three or four orders that I have done in a row on this app have all been delivered either early or on time and I haven’t had to worry that I wouldn’t get my order

Absolutely awful. Chicken didn’t taste like chicken had weird taste. Girlfriend’s burger meat was hard and all the fries were soggy.

My sister ordered through just eat twice this week and the first time they sent a single mcmuffin instead off a double and then today they didn't send the extra hash browns she paid for when I rung them up they said obviously i had to go through just eat and that they knew there were a few issues but didn't care really in there attitude told them about the other issue aswell they obviously can't be bothered to do there jobs properly or can't read the orders properly. I would strongly advice not bothering to order through them with delivery apps. It's not the first time my neighbours have had there orders messed up aswell quite a few times.

Delivery time got later, this is the 2nd time recently we order large fries but what arrives is more like a medium fries in a large box, the fries look anemic & not crispy

All the food was cold and was like it had been made hours ago and had just been sitting there. I had to microwave everything which is something you shouldn’t have to do. Not happy.

Every single time we order on just eat from McDonald's there's always something missing. Not just eats fault , the employees putting the order in the bag ! Honestly how hard is it to look at a ticket and put an order together and put EVERYTHING in the bag . What happens in that process?! It's terrible

the delivery guy parked down the road and ignored the fact I was stood behind his car and called me multiple times and it took me 10 minutes to get the food off of him

Ordered twice, first order arrived with a massive delay, food was cold and that was a big disappointment but today the situation got way worse, I have been waiting for order for more than an hour just to get it cancelled. The support have been telling me that I havent been charged for my order but when Ive sent a screenshot proving that I have been charged, support member immediately have disconnected so I don’t even know if Ill get a refund. This place is the worst choice for home delivery. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely shocking, have taken my order and money, sat in the street ( according to the map) for 15 minutes, which can be seen on my ring doorbell. He was probably eating my order. The contact help is a sham and only allows you to write .
