Left out the Minecraft collectible

ordered 2 minecraft large meals so paid extra for then to get collectables but didnt get any at all so paid extra for nothing

Didn’t receive the fries that came with the meals!!!

Popped in as a treat last week. Spotlessly clean, very pleasant staff and well organised. I spoke to a manager at the time to say how impressed we were. He said he'd pass my comments on to the staff. 10/10 and a credit to the McDonald's organisation.

My order was cold and missing a Coke zero drink ( poor quality from McDonald’s)

don't bother ordering from McDonald's if you need it by a certain time because they never manage to prepare food on time. I ordered at 12:30 for delivery for 5:20. It didn't arrive until almost 6pm again

90% of the order was wrong, and had missing items

Food stone cold, multiple items missing. This has happened multiple times when we have ordered from this McDonalds.

Food was cold. Took about 1 hour for order to be cooked and Cappuccino was also not very hot.

From me placing order to receiving was over a hour delivery times kept changing all items cold and one item wrong sent bacon and cheese not sausage absolutely rediculose

ordered a veggie wrap, ended up with a beyond meat burger that was labelled veggie wrap. very disappointed.

Worse meal so far chips uncooked cold. Missing chilly sauce. Big Mac tasted like cardboard. Sorry but this was a put off. Delivery how ever was fine.

Poor service. Poor portion sizes of fries (large but half of that). Missing drinks. Missing items. Had to drive up and get the missing items. Not apology from the restaurant. Staff very dismissive. Go burger king

Food was just warm which is not what you expect when you live 5 minutes away, I would have driven but cannot due to having a diabetic hypoglycemia event. Other than than no issues at all! 👌

Drink spilled, everything was soaked. Don't order a drink unless it's bottled.

Gt delivered a completely different order. When said this isn't my order he took it back. Paid over 13£ which I doubt will get refunded.

Food was Luke warm, when looking at the ticket, the food was cooked 35 mins before delivery.

Order finally arrived after 2h, once arrived wasn’t edible everything was stone cold and like it’s been prepared and sat there! It all went in the bin. Never have a problem but this was unacceptable

The food was ordered at 7.05pm, prepared at 7.12pm, and delivered at 7.45pm cold!

Wrong sources and nuggets one packet of sauce short because you get four with a 20 piece nuggets and food was about as warm as the time outside however driver was fantastic and very polite

Ordered a mozzarella dippers, a raspberry white choc pie, and a stormzy meal because it was the usual stuff I get anyway. I received only the mozzarella dippers and the raspberry pie :( where is my food? the delivery driver told me he was aware they'd run out of nuggets but you could've given me the fries and drink still surely? Hopefully I'll get a refund :/

Hash browns missing again 2nd time in a week not happy

originally said it would be arrived at 18.15 but eventually arrived at 18.40 the all food was cold and the mcflurry has melted and the 2 ketchup packs was both in the mcflurry

Today I stopped to buy 4 £5 meals only to get back to south molton and there was 2 sets of nuggets mixing these was for my grandchildren.. I know they was busy but never happened before.

All 6 meals turned up without the drinks!!!! Food was Luke warm. I don’t normally write reviews but this is the third time that the meals have either been wrong or items missing! I won’t be ordering again!!

Order from Macy’s a lot, nearly every other order they put tomato sauce or mayo on the burger which im allergic to, getting fed up now as I don’t always get a refund due to the high amount of orders they get wrong

Well what can you say… delivery driver gave me a wet sloppy bag with my drink in that he had spilt everywhere, couldn’t even use my straw as was soggy and sloppy what a delivery driver he is always been rude

Instead of immediately calling me when he got lost the driver waited 15+ minutes to do this and then hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to give directions. The food arrived very cold as a result.
