My wrap came unwrapped and made it impossible to eat Chips cold no flavour Expensive

Not enough topping on my mc flurry

So far every single time we have ordered a mcdonalds from this one in roundswell something has either been missing or left out of the actual products, we had kissing cheeseburger for dinners, missing patties for breakfast. I really wouldnt recommend ordering from here cause they clearly dont have the capacity to check their orders are actually fulfilled, now it's a running joke in our house to see what they may of forgotten this time!!!!!

Rude burger only had half a bun then rude about it on the phone

Chap.o. payment window unable to add or start a new order for a drink. Told us it would be 2.79 then tried to charge over 3quid...complained to line manager.

Friendly staff and way better than our local one

Sometimes, nothing but a big Mac will do. Sadly, both me and my partner suffered a bad stomach that same evening. Other than a bag of crisps we haven't eaten anything else that day.

The staff have a memory of a goldfish.....it's like they only hire stupid people. Ordered 9 chicken selects and got 9 chicken nuggets...the selects cost double of what nuggets aren't!!

The cleanest Macclesfield I have been in. Staff were lovely, food was hot. Much better than the other one in Barny!

Typical Macdonald's fare, same as everywhere else. Has outside seating and a drive-through.

I'm not a big Mcdonalds fan to be honest but really enjoyed our Mcmuffin breakfast. Easy to park, clean restaurant and tasty breakfast.

Didn't say here my.car had.brokendown had to wait for a taxi 1am very cold night and was not allowed to stand inside the building whilst I wayed for my taxi I can.understandebeverything the need for security but I could prove exactly who I was.and have a business account with Travelodge Very bad service this is Tiverton.Services where everything closes at night I could have frozen to death

This is twice I have not received my full order not good enough

Barnstaple McDonald's, food was hot, fresh and tasty. Clean restaurant and polite staff.

Food is okay (about as much as you'd expect from a mcdonalds), pretty quick service but teenagers loiter around here a lot and it is fairly offputting. I'd reccomend for a quick meal but not at peak times as it gets very busy 👍

Anyone with allergens don’t bother - they will charge you for the inconvenience of swapping any sauces. While not a major charge, it is the principle of taking a middle finger to anyone with these kinds of requests. I have never had such a simple request of changing mayo to sweet chilli refused for a charge instead. Either lack of compassion, thievery by the franchise owners or pure negligence and lack of training with procedures, such as the Ask Me option from McDonald’s. Any of which is a good enough reason not to bother

Absolute joke, whole order incorrect, even told to wait as one item to be cooked, to then never receive it, from the drink order throughout errors made.. Very poor service This was ordered through the app.. No room for error

Had a quick stop here for lunch while on holiday. Service was quite good. Food was great;warm and fresh the MacDonalds was also clean 4/5 stars

Shocking place staff extremely rude and arrogant

The food is what it is and the customer service seems pretty good. Out of all the McDonald's around my area it is probably the best one

Ordered two mighty breakfast mcmuffins before a road trip ....there was absolutely nothing mighty about it Very disappointing.

Never any sauce pots when I have drive through or delivery and my granddaughter will not eat hers without the sauce, even when I have put an order through saying sauce and ring them to make sure I get sauce there is none, I really cannot understand it because it is everytime not just occasionally

If I could give a 0 I would, currently extremely bodily ill with food poisoning after ordering sweet chilli grilled wrap and filet o fish. Never felt so ill in my life, one positive would be that given the fact I need to lose weight this has helped because I'm never eating mcdonalds again:)

No care put into the food, it's just slapped together! Has put me off buying again tbh!!

If I could do 0 stars I would, food took near on two hours too arrive. And when it did the delivery bloke made up some idiotic excuse, we ordered 4 meals. Not one came with fries. Was all stone cold. Spent over £55. Never ever again McDonalds… SMH…

Unfortunately the food was only just warm, but had spent all day at hospital and was so hungry that we just ate it,

Was sat in a window seat,few other customers. Noticed a window cleaner cleaning windows. He had taken his boots off and was standing on the tables so he cd reach the windows. No one cleaned these tables afterwards. Cleaners socks were disgustingly dirty. He then tried to crowd me away from my table. Ended up in an argument and was told I was already there too long. I went to an employee and told them the story...the employee just stared at me so I left the remains of my meal and went out the doors. This window cleaner then followed me out and was threatening me but I kept my distance and got in my car n left. The employees who I spoke to did nothing. Maybe I shd hav moved tables(?)so he cd stand on them to finish his windows. I'm not making any formal complaints but I'm not going back as my custom will not be going there. I did not see any employee cleaning these walked on tables but noticed other customers coming in as I was leaving and the cleaner in hot pursuit. I did say to the employees that those tables needed cleaning . Not sure if they were. I'm not posting photos as I'm not supporti g this business. I hav no reason to begrudge this business or other personal reason to grind but this was my experience.

Stone cold burger, uncooked fries. I know the employees probably don't get paid more than minimum wage, but at least have some pride in how burgers are put together. It's probably the reason I haven't visited in over two years, and if I'm honest, I won't be back again.

We got straight through the drive through but ended up sat in the car park waiting for out order for nearly half an hour. As with most McDonald's at the moment there were no McFlurries. This particular one has no milkshakes either. By the time the staff had walked all around the car park with several orders our food was cold. Very disappointed.

Please reiterate to your staff that manners go all long way just a simple smile or Thankyou instead of just shoving the food on the counter without so much as a word. Especially the little blond girl on the front counter tonight

Food was ok, but it was so so cold inside, most of people were sitting in their coats. I spoke to two members of staff about it... no action. Next time I will eat in my car, will be warmer.

The McDonald's visit offered the classic experience expected from the franchise, complete with the reliable menu choices. However, I noticed that the waiting times were a bit longer than usual, which might be something to consider during peak hours. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the facilities, especially the toilets, was commendable. Additionally, the staff members were courteous and professional, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere despite the wait.

Due to the fact it was half term, the queue was very long and although they must have been quick in the kitchen, by the time we got our food it was luke warm and the chips were floppy.

Good as usual if you like that kind of food. Go to place when you're on the move but just of late have been disappointed with the lack of milkshake. Clearly a milk shortage in the land of the McDonald's clown

The food we ordered today wasn't as hot as it normally is but it was very busy inside today. The server was quick and polite. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful if not a bit loud.

Did not rate atmosphere as we ate in our car. Food was brought out quickly and was nice and hot. Love ❤️ the big tasty.

I only had a small mcflurry but it was the best one I've ever had, normally you have to search the ice cream for the sauce, I'd be back all the time if I lived closer.

Went there for lunch, quick service- really nice elderly lady walking the floor who was very helpful and sweet. Super clean too!

Very upset 😡 7 year old boy...as got delivery with chips and mc flurry but no drink or chicken nuggets with our order In which was already paid for.. Wasn't helpful on the phone or refund me missing items or solve the matter. Won't be using there services again when it comes to delivery.

Appalling service. Waited at drive through five minutes before someone bothered to respond.

I sat outside with my dog, food delivered to me with speed. A chicken wrap, chips and a large milkshake for under a fiver plus a bowl of water for my dog. Cannot go wrong there! Very tasty.

Good food, got served very quickly, all staff helpful & all facilities you may. require. Also plenty if parking for that time of day. Would recommend highly.

Cold fries, always cold fries. Stop serving cold fries, if you complain and ask for better fries you get some more cold fries.

My family and I were very impressed with this location today! Food and service was excellent. And we were especially impressed by team member Patsy! She was honestly the kindest and most hard working McDonalds worker I've ever come across. She met everyone with a smile, made sure everyone was helped and the place remained clean. She was wiping every tray and even wiped down the ordering screens, which really made us feel like the place was well taken care of. Patsy definitely needs to be employee of the week, as she has been employee of the year for me so far!

Fries were virtually cold, got the drink order wrong.

We both had a bad stomach after our meal caused diarrhea in both of us the Food was not hot enough and we ate it straight away in the car in your car park.

Disappointed, last mcdonald's I had in the UK near Dover was amazing, here not so much. Chicken burger was nuked, hard and over cooked. Chicken nuggets seemed like still frozen in the middle.

Have been using this branch for around 5 years normally ok until over the last year or so orders consistently wrong cold food poor service, it's not a hard job to do so please sort yourselves out, I will not be returning

The food was OK. But everything else was brilliant!

This has recently become my local McDonald's and I have to say I've noticed a huge difference from where I used to live. The staff are always really friendly, the food quality is very good and you get given the sauce with your order without having to remind them. The owner of this franchise has got it right with the choice of staff and training.

Good service and great food. Although I would say McDonald's are all the same, some do have better service, food etc than others. Our experience here was very good and food was as expected.

Its' 22:21pm and staff not allowing customers to enter restaurant saying restaurant is closed and clearly says open to 11pm.

It was OK limited breakfast menu

I never thought anyone could screw up a McDonald's order but these guys stood up and met the challenge head on and excelled. The food was stone cold, forgot a 3rd of the order and did something that should be impossible, they messed up not 1, but 2 apple pies... Save your money and go and buy 1 of those microwave burgers instead of getting anything here.

No shakes again.. tell us on your electronic display before we queue in the drive through. Then have to wait 10 mins behind others to get out to go to KFC.

Handy place to get a bite to eat while shopping in the retail park. Used the McDonald's app to place order and everything was good except we couldn't order happy meals as app said 'currently unavailable' .. When we went in to collect the order other customers were buying happy meals in store with no problems. Other than that, the food was good and the order was produced correctly.

In the area for a family gathering, so popped into McDonald's before going back to our accommodation. The staff were very welcoming and helpful as never been before. It was clean and tidy and very busy as we parked in car park opposite. We'll done.

Very disappointed that they would not take Blue Light, NHS card in this branch. The other branch in town take the card. Was told that only if in uniform or by the app. Not acceptable as I am not allowed to wear my uniform outside the hospital. Sort it out ease McDonald's

Awful experience, went this morning for breakfast ordered a double egg mc muffin, single egg mc muffin and a breakfast roll waited 25 mins , the have 2 women working in the seating area we spoke to the older lady she did nothing but avoid our eye contact, then went to an employer who told us he was on a break in the end went up to the counter and got annoyed with the kitchen staff. When our order eventually came our egg was full of shell!! Terrible service!!

Outstanding!!! I've NEVER been in a McDonald's so clean. ..even the toilets gleamed. Food was hot and came quickly. Really impressed.
