No complain with the food but drink ordered was 1.5L and they packed 2 cans of 0.33L and as much as I can do maths... 0.66 is less than 1.5.

Lovely food tacos nice and crispy

Here is my interesting experience: Visited Taco Bell with me mate on a rainy day, got soaked, but the staff were legends, hooking up with us napkins. Then, my mate had a drink mishap, had us in stitches! But those crispy tacos, banging fam! Top-notch munch! Then they came round and started pouring vinegar everywhere! They said: "time to get vinegary!" Then they started slipping on the pickles so we ran for our lives. Cheers, mate!

Food is good but the staff miss alot from orders and don't mark the food, causing the customer to have no idea what item they're opening. The shop itself is really small and cold, best for take out so you can check the bag before you go home.

Portion sizes were good but food was mediocre at best better to just get a spicy indian takeaway or even mcdonalds since it has more flavour then this place, also not enough sauce packets and no ice in drink.

Disappointing. Everything seasoned with salt and no other flavours present. Cinnamon twist just then tasted of sugar and no cinnamon. For £30 a complete waste of money

A small and convenient fast-food spot. The toilet is understandably locked and requires permission from team members due to the venue's size. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper. On Sunday afternoon, two team members seemed quite exhausted, but this didn’t affect their positive attitude.

Wednesday 24th July - 9:30pm If i could give a zero star rating for this place i would. The customer service was absolutely awful and the two staff members that were working did not even bother to acknowledge us until we spoke to them. The food was cold, not to mention there was barely any of it. I payed £6 for a burrito that had barely anything in it. I also had a taco that was freezing cold and the amount of food that was actually in it was appalling. The place was extremely dirty and did not feel like a nice place to be. They stopped serving food 20 minutes before they actually closed and refused to let my boyfriend use the toilet. I was extremely underwhelmed with the quality of the food but mostly the customer service. Will definitely not be eating from here again.

My wasn't up to scratch. One box of regular fries and 9ne potato wrap. I need a refund. i normally open the parcel to find out the shortfall in my meal delivered by the driver.

Ordered early so it would be first in line for when it opened and had to wait two hours before my food was delivered opened at 11 and delivered at one and it had been left on site. It hadn’t been done fresh.

Ordered a wrap meal with extra toppings, when I got the meal it didn't have the toppings that I payed for and my drink was only filled halfway, very disappointed. Bad job Taco Bell

I have visited before i was team member, it is as clean and best service ever compared to other stores. Food is always hot and make proper burritos. Then i joined to work with them.

The worst Taco Bell, self service screens don’t work, it took the money from my account but didn’t put the order through to the kitchen, after 10 min waiting for someone to come to the counter (quiet day too!) they refused to either fulfil the order or refund. Rude staff who are overworked on delivery orders and don’t care. Basically I was stolen from. Will never use this branch again.

I ordered at 9pm . It said 9:20 at 1st then kept changing and eventually arrived at 9:54 so was freezing cold & the tacos were soggy. The food was sat in the restaurant waiting for a driver for around 40 mins!!

Iv not ordered on just eat in a long time as I normally prepare and cook my own food, I Wasn’t happy with my order first off my drink was missing from my Order plus there was no jalapeños add to my burrito. Also I wouldn’t have called it a meal more of a snack as portions are mini. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Taco Bell, it will also be my last time. 👎🏻

Awful experiences ordering from here. First order was missing half our meal and the second was the completely wrong order. Called up Taco Bell and they said there was nothing they can do. Delivery driver ignoring our calls. By this time (first delivery time given was 7.30, got pushed back to 8.30) it was too late to get from anywhere else. So disappointed as the food is usually okay!

I asked for delivery but it updated to collection. I was unable to collect the food which is why I selected delivery. I did not receive my order today.

I loved TacoBell in America and Hemel's branch didn't disappoint. With a slightly different menu, but the food was just how I remembered and loved. The guy that served us was helpful, friendly and the small restaurant was clean. My only concern was the amount of young teenagers running in and out making noise, while not buying anything. Overal, a fantastic experience. Thank you.

First time eating at Taco Bell, very disappointed at the portion sizes. Taco had hardly any mince, all salad. Burrito thing was all salad, waste of time and money. Won’t be going back here. It’s like ordering a pizza with no toppings what so ever. All the rage but absolute waste of space

Ordered food for delivery during the break and it was a large family meal - only to be delivered ice cold. My husbands first Taco Bell experience was very unpleasant and that was £40 down the drain wasted during our holiday. We were very excited for something other than pizza and burgers and it was very disappointing and simply, something I couldn't afford not to eat. Saddened as I won't be able to afford to eat there again for cold food. :( I did really want to enjoy it and was looking forward very much!

All my food was cold and soggy my taco was in pieces in the bag all mushy my crunch wrap suprem was paper thin with basically nothing in it plus it was soggy and wet. Really ain’t happy

Im quite partial to a Taco Bell but the price you pay for the food you get is quite a rip off imo. Also Missing the caramel sauce I paid for.

Well you know when you order a fully loaded with bacon and cheese on top and you end up with basically an empty wrap and nothing on top! Well that’s what you get here! Pictures to prove it too!

The driver was incapable of reading the delivery instructions. After driving around for 30 minutes, he had the audacity to shout at me, telling me my address is hard to find. THAT IS WHY I GIVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. Driver was obnoxious and rude. No other JustEat driver has had trouble finding the address when they bother to read the delivery instructions
