Don't order from this Dominoes. my food never turned up and when I finally got them on the phone, they lied and said the food had been delivered even though the tracking said it hadn't even left. The woman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me when I asked for a refund – A shame as this dominoes used to be fairly reliable

Have been using this Dominos for over 3 years but in the last 6 months the standards have gone down hill including customer service, waiting times, quality of food, attitude of 'some'staff. Take your money elsewhere is my recommendation.

Worst dominos I’ve ever had. Took an hour to arrive and once it did it was barely cooked. They cheese in the stuffed crust wasn’t even melted.

Closed early prior to Google saying open very rude arrogant staff keep laughing at one other and speaking different language

This short guy with brown curly hair spat on my pizza. I found him scranning on the toppings of my pizza specifically the meatballs. He picked them of and started scranning them. I was absolutely disgusted with this and will be reporting him instantly

Lovely food, very fast and great service, in and out in a second, very pleased

Pizza was way undercooked to the extent wouldn’t eat the meat toppings. Veg was still raw. Pizza was cold even though the delivery time was fast.

Can confirm other 1 star reviews are right about the delivery time being more than advertised and yes they will mark your order as delivered well before it’s actually delivered.

Food took an hour to arrive so was lukewarm at best. Two out of four items were incorrect. Called to complain and was told that they didn't have all the ingredients so only provided what they had available - I guess I was lucky they had some ingredients available, or I might have ended up with an empty box! They offered a discount off another order but, as I won't be ordering again, I refused and they finally agreed to refund the two incorrect items. Awful service.

Order regularly from Dominos and very rarely do I get bad service or food. I do normally go and collect my order which might make a difference compared to some of the negative reviews that have been left about their delivery efforts.

Multiple times they’ve taken way more than an hour. Tonight they didn’t even bother to turn up and then no one was there to take a call. Papa Johns never let you down and always deliver quickly. Literally never go to domino’s in Berkhamsted, it’s absolutely terrible.

By far the worst dominos in the entire world, shocking customer service, hours on end wait time and freezing cold food.

Ordered from this branch a few times now and everytime they "complete" the delivery on they're end of the app to keep there delivery time stats good. When in reality delivery takes a minimum of an hour everytime and that's if your lucky.

Pizza was delivered after 80 minutes, phoned and was told it was late but piping hot, not, it was luke warm, last time I will use them.

Poor app, poor food, and poor management.

Website says food is here. Food hasn't arrived. Called up. "5 minutes away sir". 15 minutes later, still not here. Now cancelling through paypal and asking for a refund.

Menu's have changed & deals are worse than they were compared to the last time I got Dominos. Food was good though

Ordered food tonight was meant to come by 11.30 still not come and now the shop is closed so they taken my money but no food has come. How disgusting is this

This place can be great but can be shocking, literally pot luck whether the pizza will be dry with minimal sauce or dripping in it, delivery boy was lovely very polite.

VERY poor service - booked on line advertising 30 mins - after 50 mins checked online and it said that our driver was on his way. When we rang the shop as it had not arrived a rude woman just kept saying that the delivery time is 1-1.5 hours and their online booking system does not work. Over and over again she repeated the same message, Not once did she apologies or offer to compensate for the poor level of service. Never again Dominos Pizza will I order from you in Berko. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star so that I can post this - I would have preferred not to give any stars as we have had no service, other than poor and rude.

This is a floppy disk of pizza. After having to cut it myself it turns out it's a mix of random cheeses in 3 layers on one half and 3 pieces of pepperoni hesitantly left there because whoever cooked this knew that this is not only an abysmal failure of a basic pizza but this is not what I ordered. Disgusting. Staff are pleasant but eating from here will probably lead to an early death and food poisoning.

Had a pizza 14th Feb, expected delivery to be a long while but it was at least an hour. Pizzas arrived by a lovely and polite driver. Pizzas was cold and needed to be microwaved and was horrible so threw away. I telephoned the branch 4 times and no answer.

Utter rubbish - took an hour and a half, the app showed it was out for delivery for an hour and it turned up after 2 chaser calls cold. Never again!

I have never had a delivery under an hour, never had a hot pizza and it is always last. It really is the worst Pizza place potentially in Europe. Latest experience was 1hr 45mins delivery, cold pizza, they didn’t even cut it in slices!! Avoid.

Completely useless. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, over an hour waiting again. Constantly lied to about when it's arriving after chasing.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! £33 for 2 cold pizzas and 80 mins after ordering. Offered credit or replacement, looks like pizza for breakfast then! No point in credit, definitely wouldn’t get used. BTW was told “we don’t deliver cold food sir” WRONG!!

Late, extremely late. I've only ordered pizza here twice 2 years apart one during peek time and this time at lunch and it's extremely late.

I let this go the first time but it’s happened again. The app tells me my order is out for delivery. 30+ mins go by and no food. I have to call the restaurant and the food either hasn’t left the restaurant or its 10 mins away still. Every time this happens I’m going to leave a negative review. The only reason I continue to order from here is because I prefer the taste of the pizza.

Recently ordered a pizza without cheese for a household member who has an allergy towards it, We took off the cheese from a veggie supreme options; however not only was it just tomato and herbs. but it was cold. It took over an hour to be delivered, They don't pick up the phone which is their only way of contacting as listed on their website. as such it is immensely irritating to send through a complaint directly to the shop. This is an horrendous excuse to not improve deliberately ignorant in their nature to avoid getting better; while their customers go to rival companies such as Papa Johns. My personal recommendation is to use their rival if you have an issue such as lactose intolerance otherwise you will end up with a disappointing drab disgustingly cold tomato paste circle. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Always great food, lots to choose from and it's fairly affordable, only recommendation I would add is to improve the Dominos All delivery timing ect. I know this is more of a corporate issue so I'll leave it as that but regarding the actual Berkhampsted store I'd give a rating of 5 stars hands down.

Ordered collect, was in the oven when I arrived guy said he would bring it out to me. 15 minutes of waiting no-one had come out, pizza was sitting on the shelf and half cold.

Rude and never ready when they say

Seriously beware. Do not answer the phone. So if they mess up the order, you cant get it sorted. No point setting a time for delivery, it will leave around 20mins after it is meant to arrive. HONESTLY, save money, hassle, and delays and try somewhere else - anywhere else!!!!!!!! 😁

Worst domino's franchise I've ever seen, The domino's from Sandhurst or Wokingham are much nicer than these lot, and better tasting food too, and a better delivery radius aswell, avoid that franchise at all costs!!!

Over an hour and a half for delivery, turned up cold. It's clear they're trying to schedual too many deliveries into one trip. Canceled the order and cooked my own pizza.

The pizzas never turn up on time normally 45min-2hours late. Also they are normally cold. I need to learn from my mistakes and not use dominos berkhamstead again.

Three times in a row had to call and ask where the delivery is after app said "Delivered". The poor drivers must be frantic because every time they seem rushed for time and the pizza is always cold. Even if you try use a time slot for delivery it's luke warm at best. Sad to see such bad management of what was a great service.

We ordered and it took 1.30 to come and when it came it was cold, the box was destroyed and the guy charged us 34.99 for something that originally costed 24.99

Late, cold, wrong order. Don't let them fob you off on the phone when they say it will be with you in 2 minutes, it's not true! I am never ordering with them again.

I was told my order would be 30 minutes and its taken 90 minutes easily instead and nothing was done about this issue

I cannot stay away from this takeaway for my beloved meteor. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. My pizza is always served hot and cooked to perfection, so no complaints there. Would have been nice to see some seating instead of walking home with it flat on my hand. Not a deal breaker though. The place is tidy and well kept inside, no issues with hygiene or service.

Yet another very late and cold delivery. I should blame myself really as I keep returning and expecting a hot pizza - which this place is clearly not capable of delivering. Every delivery the driver claims to be unable to find our house (which is on a main road!) and I end up having to stand outside in the wind and rain to collect. Deliveries never happen in less than an hour (we are apx 5 mins away) and food is always cold. Assurances are always made that notes have been added to the account to show address - but same issues happen again and again and again.

Just waited over 2 hours for delivery and called 3 times, someone picked up and when I asked them whats going on they said "Where really busy, your food will be with you soon". When I asked how soon then they said they didn't know and hung up the phone.

Absolutely shocking delivery times and no one even answers the phone. Last two times I have waited nearly 2 hours for delivery.

Unfortunately it's the only pizza delivery place around. Always claim that an order is 'on it's way' when it hasn't even been placed in the oven. Arrives lukewarm at best.

Absolutely dreadful service. Made our order over 2 hours ago, and still waiting for our food. We have been trying to call the store, with no answer whatsoever after 20 attempts. No exaggeration. This has been a completely unacceptable experience from such a big brand within the food service industry. If you are considering purchasing pizza from Dominos Berkhamsted, definitely reconsider your choice and order from another supplier. If I could give less than one star I would give it.

Terrible - they are rude and always late. The managers don't care and always blame the drivers. Normally they are 30-60 mins late and get the orders wrong. I would avoid. Customer service zero.

Hands down the worst delivery service in the history of deliveries, always slow to cook, slow To deliver, no communication, had a brief period where service was good but have slipped to very poor again

It took 2 and a half hours for my pizza to be delivered. I rang 30 times to chace the order and nobody picked up the phone once. When it finally arrived I didn't receive an apology and the food was cold. This isn't the first time I have received such poor customer service from here and I won't be returning after this time.

Terrible service - we have been charged twice with no refund, ordered a pizza that arrived 40 mins late and ordered a medium pizza and was given a child's pizza instead. This establishment is in desperate need of a shake up. Dominoes Berkhamsted, please mend your ways!

Took 3 hours on a Tuesday afternoon to be delivered - pizza was cold - not the first time this has happened, happens every single time I order food... but they gave a free Coke, pizza and garlic bread

Pizza here was great, and the service was rapid. If you've ever been to a Domino's before, then you know exactly what you're in for.

Waited two hours for our food and when it got delivered we said there was no way we were paying for it and the man was very rude and he ended up walking away with the pizza so we never even got it in the end! Ridiculous and staff are unable to admit to mistakes and apologise, we will never be ordering from berko dominos again, absolutely rubbish

Just want to say, everybody who thinks to order from here it will be okay for them. DO not bother. Waited near enough 3 hours and food was cold. Pre ordered at 6pm for a delivery at 7:10pm bearing in mind were only 20 mins away . Three hours on ---- we have nothing after calling up to ask we had a common ""5- 10 wait"" which was a load of rubbish. Just don't bother :-)

Over two hours waiting for delivery. Kept being told it would be 10 to 15 minutes when phoning to check. Cancelled the order after two and a quarter hours waiting. Dreadful.

Food can be hit and miss. Staff unwilling to admit to mistakes and have laughed in our faces over it. Will not be going back any time soon.
