Waited over an hour and food missing and cold

was very late food was cold and I didn't eat.

After waiting for half an hour I’ve been sent the complete wrong order .

The delivery driver picked up 2 pizza orders after collecting mine and was stone cold

Food was still hot and came on time 10/10 from me 🙌🏼

The people at this restaurant shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a restaurant the food was an hour late and freezing cold I do not recommend them even if your starving go somewhere else an absolute joke

Driver called me when he left the restraint saying that he was outside waiting for me

Took them over an hour to prepare and deliver my order. Then when it can it was cold and terrible.

Taco Bell is not just a restaurant it’s an experience. You walk in hungry, full of hope and excitement. You walk out questioning your life choices and making a mental map of the nearest bathrooms. But let’s be honest, we all know what we’re signing up for. 10/10, would risk it all again.

waiting time going up and up and up. Poor.

It took over an hour to get delivered, we ordered this at around 7 and it’s just arrived.

app showed courier was at the restaurant for ages and food was stone cold when it arrived. this is after we initially ordered from hornchurch branch but never received the order from there..

Good was ok, nothing great. Service is shocking… waiting ages and then after getting home 4 items were missing from the order, avoid.

Wasn't happy with the 'cheesy chips'. On the interactive menu screen, the picture made it look like plain fries with lots of melted cheddar on top. In reality, it was the seasoned fries with a squirt of sour scream and a splodge of nacho cheese sauce. Churros were pretty chewy and stale tasting, which usually isn't the case. It was easy to order using their touch screen self-service ordering machines. Food came pretty quickly. Self-serve drinks dispenser.

I would say just to add dips on the menus instead of fries with a dip

I've never seen a Mexican food that tastes like Indian food. Embarrassing quantities and disgrateful taste. He made me vomit

Romford Essex every time I order on Uber eat they always missing 2 items on taco and this is third time so I don’t think I ever order from Romford again

The tacos were tasty but on the smaller side, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a full meal. The place has seating, which is convenient if you want to sit and enjoy your food. The staff were very nice and helpful, making the experience pleasant. Alexandra is one of the kindest staff members. Overall, a good spot for a quick bite!

Not happy at all I ordered a crunch supreme meal DEAL with a Pepsi max & never got my drink!!! Tried calling & no answer!

Gentlemen served us on the 8th feb at 10pm. Glasses and smart looking. Cheers, he was very friendly and keen about his food. We told him it was our first taco bell and my gosh we will be going back again for this food, well done guys 🫡 thank you for great food and service. We got a taco meal deal and a few quesadillas added extra sauces on the side. Good job guys 🤩 will recommend you to others 👍

Super small Burito no meal they lie about portions didn't even look a circular look pressed no meat It's a super small.. even I found a something hard almost broke my teeth table so dirty not recommend!

Driver went for an hour drive to Chadwell Heath, I called the restaurant and told them not to give the food to the driver which they did. It was delivered cold an hour late. I rejected the order and filmed it but still got charged. Just eat even lied over email saying that the driver called me numerous times and left the order in a safe place which is plainly false. Don’t bother.

Lids were not secured on cheese sauce and spilled all inside bag. All wraps were not actually wrapped and all contents had spilled. It was so poorly packaged. Really disappointed

The food is okay. Had way better taco/burritos at other shops but ediable still. The service is absolutely horrendous. Staff are rude and lifeless. I asked for extra space and the eastern European gentleman got annoyed for some reason. And started to complain about me to his colleagues in his own language. Shop is small and dirty. Tables were sticky and trash was still on the tables had to move it myself. Total crap, will not be back 😒

I would never order from here again. I craved some mexican and heard of taco bell being nice before. I ordered from just eat. This food gave me bad stomach cramps and upset stomach. At first i thought it might be a mistake. But i ate the leftover the second day and made it worse. My cramps dont stop. Please avoid this place ..must be some serious hygiene issues or something. Shame on this place for playing with people health. Should be closed

Awful … no meat in my wrap when I complained the server told me that it was his favourite and there was the standard 40g of meat. No way was there 40g of meat. I should have made them weigh it. Horrible atmosphere in there with loads of delivery drivers waiting with the ump. Avoid at all costs !

everything was luke warm, the wrap was more like a mini wrap the rice was in a pot that I thought was a sauce was probably 2 tablespoons if that very dry and all stuck together, ordered 2 meals and only got one portion of chips really dissaponting. If you've ever had a Freebird burrito, one from here is like mouse droppings after caviar. The staff do their best, but when your product is so poor compared to other available offerings, they're fighting a losing battle.

We’re missing half of our order!!!!!

I went here today and ordered a soft shell taco WITHOUT sour cream or tomatoes and then when i received my food it had sour cream and tomatoes in it and i went up very politely and asked if they could change it but the very rude worker accused me of lying telling me i didn’t take them out and he said he could make me a new one but would have to charge me even after i told him i was allergic to sour cream he said he would still have to charge me and was very rude about it.

Wouldn't even waste ur money in this store. Basically paying money for a flour wrap, the most smallest amount of meat and majority of the wrap is over smothered with cheese sauce. Waste of money and the service is terrible. Employee people that know how to dish and serve up decent size food potions

Driver requested a PIN code which we never have done before. As we spent several minutes looking for the pin, with the food on the floor in a paper bag, we were unable to find it. The driver didn’t have a clue as to where the pin would be. The food was cold by this time and now sent it back as we still don’t have a pin!!!!

Everything was good except they forgot my ranch that I payed for!

The food is a bit too salty for my taste, especially the fries. The variety is not that big. The portions are quite small but enough to get your stomach settled and also you have the choice to eat 2 different things or add dessert.

By far the most poor experience. Expected much better in terms of food quality. Food was so poor and what you pay. Complained twice in the food provided, nor did the kids want to touch there food, it was just awful to look at. Asked for replacement; nothing, asked for refund and nothing. Tried kur best but more than half the food wasted and binned. Do not recommend, get better food for less elsewhere.
