Taco Bell in Havering

Super small Burito no meal they lie about portions didn't even look a circular look pressed no meat It's a super small.. even I found a something hard almost broke my teeth table so dirty not recommend!

Good food and nice staff, soft shell taco was bad but the rest of the food was nice.

The food is okay. Had way better taco/burritos at other shops but ediable still. The service is absolutely horrendous. Staff are rude and lifeless. I asked for extra space and the eastern European gentleman got annoyed for some reason. And started to complain about me to his colleagues in his own language. Shop is small and dirty. Tables were sticky and trash was still on the tables had to move it myself. Total crap, will not be back 😒

I would never order from here again. I craved some mexican and heard of taco bell being nice before. I ordered from just eat. This food gave me bad stomach cramps and upset stomach. At first i thought it might be a mistake. But i ate the leftover the second day and made it worse. My cramps dont stop. Please avoid this place ..must be some serious hygiene issues or something. Shame on this place for playing with people health. Should be closed

Awful … no meat in my wrap when I complained the server told me that it was his favourite and there was the standard 40g of meat. No way was there 40g of meat. I should have made them weigh it. Horrible atmosphere in there with loads of delivery drivers waiting with the ump. Avoid at all costs !

everything was luke warm, the wrap was more like a mini wrap the rice was in a pot that I thought was a sauce was probably 2 tablespoons if that very dry and all stuck together, ordered 2 meals and only got one portion of chips really dissaponting. If you've ever had a Freebird burrito, one from here is like mouse droppings after caviar. The staff do their best, but when your product is so poor compared to other available offerings, they're fighting a losing battle.

Took over 2 hours too deliver food was freezing cold and had missing items I would like a refund as my son is in hospital from starvation

I went here today and ordered a soft shell taco WITHOUT sour cream or tomatoes and then when i received my food it had sour cream and tomatoes in it and i went up very politely and asked if they could change it but the very rude worker accused me of lying telling me i didn’t take them out and he said he could make me a new one but would have to charge me even after i told him i was allergic to sour cream he said he would still have to charge me and was very rude about it.

Wouldn't even waste ur money in this store. Basically paying money for a flour wrap, the most smallest amount of meat and majority of the wrap is over smothered with cheese sauce. Waste of money and the service is terrible. Employee people that know how to dish and serve up decent size food potions

Time for delivery kept moving back and back by time food arrived it was freezing

Driver requested a PIN code which we never have done before. As we spent several minutes looking for the pin, with the food on the floor in a paper bag, we were unable to find it. The driver didn’t have a clue as to where the pin would be. The food was cold by this time and now sent it back as we still don’t have a pin!!!!

Everything was good except they forgot my ranch that I payed for!

The food is a bit too salty for my taste, especially the fries. The variety is not that big. The portions are quite small but enough to get your stomach settled and also you have the choice to eat 2 different things or add dessert.

By far the most poor experience. Expected much better in terms of food quality. Food was so poor and what you pay. Complained twice in the food provided, nor did the kids want to touch there food, it was just awful to look at. Asked for replacement; nothing, asked for refund and nothing. Tried kur best but more than half the food wasted and binned. Do not recommend, get better food for less elsewhere.

Packaging was good, food was warm when it arrived. Tasted so good. d delivery was about 2 mins earlier than scheduled. I enjoyed my meal.

missing items freezing cold food because stupidly put cold drinks in the same bag as food…never again

yet another delivery ruined how hard is it to put correct items in a bag.

went in and ordered a pair of churros which i did not receive and when i asked the staff they claimed there was not much to do about it even though i had paid for it.

Food was great but missing a portion of cheesey fries. Credit process was instant so no biggy.

First time for us at Taco Bell. A really enjoyable meal we will definitely be ordering again.

Toco bell sent the wrong order they didn't even send any food just 2 cans of drink and tried to blame the delivery driver! When we ask them to send the right order they just said no and hung up.

Food was nice but the order was missing items (a pot of sauce and a burrito). Do they even check the orders before sending them out? The bags were sealed so the items obviously weren’t packed.

food arrived stone cold which i then had to warm up the only thing that arrived warm was my drink. i received a taco with a few bits of chicken and lettuce thrown in, the burrito tasted horrible no flavour except salt and and so small. disappointed is an understatement everything tasted disgusting. a complete waste of money!

I was waiting nearly an hour for the food. A twenty minute wait turned into an hour, tracked the driver to see where he was and he was stationary for 10+ minutes and appeared to be in a house? When the food finally arrived it was stone cold - very poor quality would not be ordering from here again any time soon. Would give it less than one star if I could.

The food is good but the place is so grubby and dirty. Muck up the walls, drinks machine with bits of mold on it and dirt all down the side. The floors aren't swept and tables are cleaned. Even the hand sanitizer is grubby. If that's how the eating area is what's the kitchen like? Don't use the toilets as I get the feeling they won't be that clean either. Tacobell staff do better with the cleaning. If I was manager I wouldnt be happy with this!!!

got my order wrong. i ordered a naked chicken taco meal with a soft crunchy supreme and nachos w guacamole. instead i got 2 crunchy supremes with chips and churros. i’m still hungry tbh. want my money back xoxo

The driver spent almost 10 minutes driving around my estate. If he had read the instructions he would have found me earlier. He told me they do not have time to read the drivers instructions. Why bother asking then? The food was cold and I did not get my drink. A very disappointing level of service.

Did not get the quesadilla ordered and was still charged for it, hence why two stars was given for quality. Apart from that the food was very tasty.

Food was late and cold again. Driver picked up and delivered another order on his way to me. Cold chips, cold burritos, the highlight of the meal was the tortilla chips.

Must have had an excess of black beans to use up I got 2 items with them on I didn’t order. Pretty poor all round

My food is freezing and every taco is smashed.

It was alright but the size of the food was too small for the price of it. The quesadilla had a lot of lettuce in it but not much beef. The burrito was full but again it was small and it was slightly bland, not too much flavour. It was my first time trying Taco Bell and I’m sorry to say that I’m disappointed. But we all have to try to know if we’ll like it or not. It’s not for me. If you’re feeling very hungry don’t buy Taco Bell. If you only want a snack then Taco Bell will be alright for you.

Can't rate the food as it arrived stone cold not due to Taco Bell but Just Eat driver. Had my food for 20 mins while he went around Romford multi apping then drove past my house to deliver somewhere else absolute joke I wouldn't mind but there's hundreds of delivery riders clogging up Romford why do I always get a fool

My daughter and her girlfriend can’t get Taco Bell where they live and decided to delay their 45 min drive home to have some here. None of my daughters girlfriends food arrived and the bag must have been upside down at some point as the fries were every and ice cold. Luckily my appetite hasn’t been great after having chemo so she had my small burrito and some Nacho’s. Complete disgrace.

Delivery time okay, food arrived securely packed and hot but was not to my liking. Portion size less than depicted. Churros of no substance; crispy hard outside and chewy dry inside, made with too little dough.

The food is amazing, one of the staff wasn’t commutative as others and there isn’t space inside to eat, had to eat outside and had looks

Loved my experience here, was served by Gertrude she’s such a sweetheart, give her the pay rise she deserves! She’s 100% going out her way to make it a better place for the public which I adore. 💎

Cold food taking 40minutes is absolutely insane

Where to start ? The restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor. The food was awful and the customer service was absolutely shocking. I sent a complaint to taco bell and taco bell replied via there hub which I have no access too. Taco Bell reply via email like the other big companies.

Delivery driver turned up 1 hour 20 minutes after I ordered. Asked why it could so long she walk away with my order
