I’m a student and every time I go to this particular kfc they say there student discount isn’t working. Every other kfc I’ve been i have no issues. The staff are not very friendly and I find them to be a bit rude. I only visit this one because it’s convenient at the time . But definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Tried to order from them, took an hour and when we called they were super unhelpful and then proceeded to not answer our calls. Very annoyed as we waited and waited for them and they were useless. Wouldn’t bother from them again

I have visited this KFC after a while. Staff are very police. I have made order through Kiosk unbelievable received my food within minute. Very fast service . Food was supper hot & tasty. Just loved it. Highly recommended.

Look, this is the best KFC I’ve encountered. Their chicken is fresh, crispy and crunchy. I have no choice but to buy from here every time I go past. Nothing is too much bother for them as long as you eat in. I don’t know the experience you might get if you order delivery, but fresh chicken straight to your mouth…. There is just no beating that feeling, you get my meaning (I didn’t plan to make it rhyme.. so KFC HQ you can use it royalty free). Don’t forget to get the hot wings from here too, I buy them by the bucketload. There is free parking and usually some spaces especially when I go at night. Also there is drive thru, but have yet to use it since it is so convenient to just park and go in. They do have touch screens to order from, but it is just as nice to order at the counter since the staff are so nice and friendly if you order with a cheeky smile. We go to KFC, specifically this branch at least once in a week as our kids love it. But last Saturday was completely different experience. Food was great but there was a spiderweb on top of my kids head and they were afraid of it. I just let to the shift manager (I believe he was)know very politely and he was very rude and gave us devil look. We don’t think we will go to that branch again, didn’t like their attitude & service.

I refuse to come back to this kfc again. Make sure to always check that you have all of your food every time. There is one lady who seems like a supervisor/manager (her name is AYESHA) who has been rude and unkind on so many occasions however this time was the last straw. She put through the wrong order for us and when we asked for the correct order she told us that we were wrong and refused to give us a refund because a “cash refund takes up to a week” which is clearly a lie. She is always so rude and has no customer service whatsoever. I have never experienced any of the other workers being rude however many of them will get orders wrong. This kfc was not always like this, possibly it changed management and went downhill after because it seems as though every employee was replaced.

**EDIT** they dong do this anymore and its back to being consistently nice and our go to kfc :) I always come here over Dagenham because I prefer it but recently all we keep getting given is drumsticks. Ordered 4 pieces of chicken and a mighty bucket for one and all the pieces were drumsticks (apart from the wings and fillets) Tonight we ordered a 6 piece family bucket and all we got was drumsticks. It's the cheapest bit of meat to buy so getting well ripped off and also isn't it just common sense to do a nice mix of pieces otherwise it would just be called a drumstick bucket.

I you don't want to waste your money then please don't come here. I had a meal from here like chicken fillet burger and it was soggy and tasteless and same as it is with French fries were soggy.

Please dont come here. Just had a meal from this place ,unbelievable the chicken was all soggy and warm ,hot wings were the same as if they had been there all day ,chips were all dried up ,never will eat in this place ever again ,please don't eat from this KFC unless you want food poisoning,

This KFC is a lot better than the Dagenham, Merrielands branch.

BEWARE of the draconian PARKING conditions. One hour stay only. Got a £100 PCN for staying two hours while dining INSIDE of the restaurant. Where else am I supposed to keep the car while having a meal at the restaurant? Absolutely ridiculous! Cherry on cake, this car park only serves KFC, so you can't even blame the parking owners.

Went through the drive thru ordered my food (Tower box meal with coleslaw and drink) was given the drink and asked to wait in a bay, by the time the food arrived I had drunk the whole drink!

I am a courier driver providing service to you. I went to your branch to pick up the order. I went within my time limit but your one of your staff was rude to me and did not give me the order in front of all the customers. He insulted me and said, "You are late, but I came within my time. It's his policy that if you don't come within the time, justeat automatically cancel the order." There were already some drivers inside KFC, he was saying I will give order from one of them but not you. He wasted my time and also wasted my job. I have been providing services to you for a long time and your staff misbehaved with me saying I have banned you from here how can he ban me? They treated me like accused.Due to which I am mentally and my work has been disturbed.I am attaching the order detail please verify it and taje action against it

I've been to this store twice in 2 weeks. On both occasions I have experienced the same issue. You place your order and you are provided with your number. This number appears on the waiting side and within a minute goes to food ready. You then stand and wait forever for your food to come. Don't believe this is part of KFC protocol. Feel this gives misleading store figures for the stores actual TPI to the big bosses.

Very bad atmosphere. Restaurant was full of children one side and they screamed a lot also staffs played the fire alarm constantly. They should think about the other customers who were sitting there and had their food with that loud sound. Never go there again.

Speedy service using the machine. Was ready at the counter in no time. Ate in and the area was clean. Toilets not so good and maybe should be checked by staff regularly.

The staff are quick at the drive-thru. Got my order with a short wait. I got a mighty bucket for one and a zinger tower box meal and they were tasty.

ordered wrap meal and burger meal but got a whole different wrong order instead. turns out they gave my order to the uber driver and when i went back for my fries which they also forgot, he gave me chicken instead of the fries. how can someone get an order wrong twice.

Just order food using KFC app & meal deal missing gravy. My kid was very disappointed.

If you use the machines to order, then I am sure you be ok as you only have to wait for your food to be served, 5-8 minutes. However if you any kind special need or requirement and need to use the counter then dont bother. The staff will actively ignore you. The know you are their but they wont serve you. I tried the place twice and both times was ignored and had to leave. Honestly, not worth the money you pay for this.

Even though I live a bit far away from this branch I keep making the journey cause the food is always fresh, tasty and hot. some other branches you can taste the staleness in the food but this Rainham branch never as that problem, always great customer service.

I ordered here recently and as soon I finished my order at the Kiosk my food was almost ready for collection, I only waited about 2 mins for the rest of the order to be ready. Fast service and very friendly staff. It has a drive thru but I went in instead as I was still deciding on what to order. Ordering at the counter was also fast.

Drove through this ice and snow, ordered a family feast as usual, no sides again from this KFC "again" no answer via telephone (again) KFC with no gravey is like having a bath with no water, last time at this dump, VERY POOR 😡

Last night I ordered food for my family worth nearly 40 pound. Waiting for delivery patiently as my kids were hungry To my surprise one of the driver confirmed my drop off without any ring at the door so we decided to go out thinking they might have left the food outside. Wow that's the most amazing part, so my both kids went outside check around the neighbours still nothing was delivered. I tried to call KFC and ubereats but no one even pick the call so I drove to the KFC and on asking my food was still there all cold. They were already mopping the floor and closing down. Am lucky enough to have a car. This is not acceptable for a parent and hard working person I will still put this on the media for this unprofessionalism.

I was placing my order and I heard it was the assistant manager was taking my order. She was incredibly rude. She was sarcastic, condescending and slower than a slug. She told another worker to go back and fourth which had no benefit to helping. I had read her name badge and it was something beginning with “m”. Another was screaming at other employees, which slowed them down. She threw me my food on the counter and she was dusting the till, she chucked the rubbish on me. Her name was “uzma” I believe. She then marched away placing her hands on hips.

Bad packaging. No handles Pack 3 boxes of zinger burger box meal in one paper bag, the edges of the box meal tour the bag etc. No one cares. Bring back the handle bags for multiple buyers.

I ask for hot chocolate and received hot milk, generally staff were more busy cleaning up and the one serving couldn't be bothered kept on stirring the milk thinking it will change colour. Disgusted and appalled.

The worse KFC branch i have seen in my life ever. No exaggeration but the staff treat you like invisible persons whilst queuing to place your order. Alll front counter staff are busy preparing all delivery orders as priority and as more orders printout they see to them orders first despite you being in the queue prior. When you try to get staff attention after waiting 10 minutes at an unattended till you get no response from the rude, incompetent and most arrogant staff. And to think I'm going to pay them money for that service, think not as the chicken ain't that great. Plenty of chicken shops across the road with great taste and staff treat you with courtesy rather than like a dog queuing for a meal. If you want to avoid getting worked up then avoid going there.

Drive through KFC is quicker compared to eat in. But the pieces can be really small and the drinks can be plain. It depends on your lucky day. Check your order before you leave.

I ate there a little while ago. Very disappointed with the burger wings. The wings weren't fully cooked and the burger was slightly mouldy, so I didn't finish it and just threw it away.

Hot and freshly cooked takeaway. Store is just on my way to a friends so I pop in when I need some hot food. Today, Wed 7th Sept, I said my order. Person thought I had said something else... she put order through, it was a higher price. I repeated my order, she repeated it as she had heard it. Completely different to what I had said. She had rung through the order by this time. I said it didnt matter (I couldnt be bothered in the end). She went and spoke to another member of staff, but I couldnt hear or understand what was being said. At least the food was hot.
