Pizza Hut Delivery in Havering

Delivery always in good time, food always fine - but every time nearly the drink is wrong. Either only deliver 1 when we order 2 or deliver the wrong drink entirely. It may not seem like a massive difference but Pepsi is not Pepsi max.

I never got my ice cream with my cookie , as advertised, you have to pay service charge and delivery, so your expecting everything to be there

The pizza is the best I believe but one of my toppings is always missing which is dried chilli flakes. Now every time I collect I make sure they put the chilli flakes but still their Pizza is the best in town 😋

Astonishing customer service. The lady receptionist is one of the kindest receptionists I’ve ever been in contact with, always being positive and dealing with me very well. Not only her amazing attitude, the food itself is something else. I’ve been a customer coming here for years now and I can easily say it’s one of the best food places I’ve ever been to.

Cross contamination at their finest. Not even secretive about it since they make it right in front of you. When I told them I have allergies to certain ingredients, they don't care. When questioned, I asked for a refund. They refused, eventually the manager threatening me to leave without the pizza and/or the refund. I refused to leave without either a fresh made pizza with the cross contamination by instead they pulled out a knife. They also called the police but since Usman (name of the guy) the manager of the place pulled a knife, he didn't know it was a serious allegations made against him and he was scared. He eventually didn't want to press any charges since he wasn't the victim. Absolute bunch of cowboys. Do not go here and waste your money to a pathetic bunch. I will report this to the head office and trading standards and ensure they all lose their jobs. Read reviews carefully and not from their own members of staff or family.

Ordering from this branch for a couple of years now. Fantastic service. Prompt on time delivery. They answer the phone quickly too. Pizzas are cooked the right way. Pre-ordering is easy and simple.

Piping hot pizza and delivered on time

No more Classic crust which was perfect. Now its thin crust if you order classic just for info.

After what I saw what was put on my pizza I wanted to vomit🤮 . As I was standing by the till waiting for my pizza the lady shook a rusted looking can that sounded like a graffiti spray can which turns out to be grease spray and sprayed it all over my pizza covering it in obsessive amount of grease.🤢NEVER AGAIN!

The order was completely wrong. Ordered 2 tear and shares and got a portion of cheese garlic bread. Messed up the crusts on the pizzas too. Absolutely ridiculous and we only got a credit refund rather than an actual refund!

Driver picked my order up first then drove to kfc to pick up another order, dropped them first then brought mine resulting in my pizza being stone cold! Absolutely fuming! Pay a lot of money for something that turns up freezing! It’s just not on

The time slot got changed 3 times and the food was slidden to the back of the box and some of it was cold.

The food tastes great, apart from the garlic bread usually being hard. Food is always hot, delivery time is sometimes fast but most of the time it takes 30 - 40 minutes to arrive. The prices seem too high though. At the moment, I'm not happy that the 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' deal is collection only.. and currently, there's no good deals for a '2 large pizza meal, 1 side and a drink', it's coming to over £30.. when it's usually like 26 or something

Although the good delivered was good, half the order was missing, the driver simply said phone up and they will refund, not the service you expect when you order you expect the right stuff

Tried to order over the phone and the lady who took the call is extremely rude. My wife was getting her card details and she told her to hurry up and she says order online. I phoned to order over the phone for a reason. She is so extremely cheeky I will not be ordering again from there and will be speaking to the manager in due course because this cannot go on.

Very misleading online, any pizza any size £8.99 but then continues to charge you more money on top with every choice you select. Absolute con and false advertising!

1hr 50 min still no pizzas have rang 3 times and have said despatched twice first time after 1hr 2nd time 1hr15 min 3rd time 1hr 35 blamed the driver liars, then when we got them tasteless will no use again No wonder they are closing down in Australia

Whenever I visit this hut during lunch hour the food is just awesome and out of this world. and today was no different actually better then ever. Thank you so much guys for me having such a great experience not just the food but customer service as well, Class beyond doubt. What’s a zero star rating, ordered online 2 cookie doughs and a brownie. Got sent 3 cookie doughs. Called the branch spoke to a rude and uneducated employee who was shouting through the phone named “kumar” I just wanted a refund and then to collect the food and give me what I ordered but he kept shouting at me and then went to hang up the phone. This is what happens when you employ people who cannot answer the phone or take a simple order then see the only way is to shout disgusting behaviour they’ve lost a regular customer

Don’t bother they cook food leave it sitting there don’t deliver it when you ring up after your food is harf a hour late they say there waiting for a just eat driver take it from me don’t bother ordering if your hungry because you won’t get your food anytime soon

So, this Pizza Hut has drastically changed since new management have taken over. The pizzas are tasty and have that distinct Pizza Hut flavour to them. The staff are friendly and hard working. I had some terrible experiences at this place years ago, my son wanted to try it so I got one for him with low expectations but it was very nice I was shocked. I have since returned and it has been great!

This is our go-to branch for Pizza collection. We do have other options like Domino's but prefer the fantastic service you get here and food is always hot and tasty. Can't fault these guys.

Terrible customer service, wrong order and after 2 hours of back and forth trying to sort it out however they cut the phone and said 'I'm sorry I cant do anything. or we haven't received any orders from your address'. I got the same response when I went to the shop in person to sort it. very frustrating and an overall terrible experience. I'm using dominoes next and everyone reading this should too. if I could I would rate this 0-5. Terrible customer service!

Pizza was 20 minutes late and when it arrived it was the wrong one. Tried calling for at least 15 minutes and was hung up on every single time. I'll go to dominos next time

Delicious Pizza, friendly staff, I had a very long day and just wanted to grab something to eat, one of the staff noticed that and he even came out of the shop and handed me my order while I was waiting in my car, he absolutely made my day, thank you guys.

Usually good, on this occasion, arrived burnt on top, undercooked inside, very chewy. Tried calling branch straight away to let them know they messed up, no pick up. Emailed customer service for refund, they refused. Lolz. Don’t expect anything if things go wrong.

Our pizza were running late on the tracker and hadn't left the store. I was offered a bottle of drink and it was explained to me that the driver had some problems getting petrol due to the current shortage. I was concerned that they would arrive cold and was told that fresh pizzas would be prepared. The lovely driver arrived about 15 mins later with the original pizza and the fresh ones...all of which were still hot. He was very apologetic and had such a lovely manner. It was very much appreciated - especially on a busy Saturday night.

just ordered 24 pizza's with sides and drinks from Rainham pizza hut for work guys, order turned up on time, food was very fresh as usual, staff are very friendly. beats dominos hands down

I had a problem with delivery guy and the store delt with it so quickly. Reordered my food an the service was amazing. Recently I ordered online an made an error on my order. Spoke with imran over the phone an he resent my order out it came on time and food was really yummy.

I have used this branch twice in the last month or so. I ordered via über eats and also Gourmet Society. The food is consistent and I was also impressed with the actual delivery times. The pizzas are hot as you would expect and also tasty. I’d happily recommend this branch.

Bought a large pizza and two sides for £20.00 and i got charged 50p for a garlic and hurb dip anything for extra money.

Ordered garlic bites to share and got a stomach virus from literally an hour later. Cheese must have been offf. Never again

Unprofessional and silly as they dont have Halal and no one can ask him why dont you keep Halal stuff when you are situated in a community where thousands of people are looking for good Halal pizza.

Very pleased with the service from this establishment. Whilst they have made the odd mistake with our previous orders they have gone beyond what we expected to try and put it right. Absolutely fantastic. The food is always delivered as if it had come out of the oven from next door. Piping hot! We could not be happier.
