Went in restaurant at 8.15pm was told we couldn’t sit in to eat food and when my children wanted to use toilet was told no sorry it’s being cleaned so toilets are closed. The restaurant doesn’t close until 9pm so all facilities should be available. The man did let my children use the toilet in the end however we felt it was a burden.

Food ok as expected, but don’t expect a smile from lady working yesterday, most miserable counter staff I’ve ever met, complete contrast from Turkey 🇹🇷 everyone friendly please to see you polite . Order delivery next time to avoid monster 👹 behind counter

Visited here twice in Oct while on holiday in Great Yarmouth, we love Taco Bell but there is not one near us so always love to visit one if in the area. The meal deals are always tasty and well worth the money. The staff at this particular location are very friendly and were very knowledgable regarding Assistance Dogs which makes visits even more pleasurable. We will be back next year.

My wife and I had seen many Taco Bell restaurants in the USA but it was nice to see a new Taco Bell open up in a former fast food restaurant in our home town in the UK. We had our order delivered as a Saturday night treat. I like spicy food so ordered a Volcano Burrito Meal, with Seasoned Fries and a drink, plus a side order of a Beefy Nacho Baby Burrito. It was a little tangy, but I wouldn't describe the Volcano Burrito and the Lava Sauce as volcano hot. My wife ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme Meal, again with Seasoned Fries and a drink plus some Cinnamon Twists, which were interesting and crispy but very yummy. The food was delivered within 20 minutes of ordering and the service was friendly. I thought the Volcano Burrito would be a little bigger to be honest, but it was quite filling. The baby burrito was tasty. Taco Bell was nice as a treat, however at over £11 per person it was not a cheap fast food meal and it's not something we are likely to have on a regular basis. Nonetheless it was a pleasant change to try somewhere new and overall we enjoyed it.

Had to wait 3/4 of hour for a breakfast. No mugs available. Staff clearing trays away handing dirty crockery and table numbers then going to food counter to touch people's plates without cleaning hands first.food left on serving counter for ages before being brought out,people then sending it back because it was then cold as ours was,not as good as it used to be

10D The Britten CentreThe staff was friendly and easy to get a laugh from. they work well as a team and the cakes and huge pot of tea was welcome after a few hours of shopping.

1 Royal Thoroughfare6 of us dropped in for a drink after the cinema at 22.05 today . Totally deserted except for one customer at the bar. Waited over 5 minutes before the customer offered to find the bar staff. Empty glasses on bar and tables so obviously work to do but no staff. Young lady eventually appeared and promptly said we've finished serving. No apology. I am amazed bars can afford to turn away 6 customers let alone without an apology. Also strange on 2nd July to read Christmas menus displayed around the walls. No idea if these are very early for this year or left up from last year? I've worked in hospitality much of my life and the golden rule is 'never turn away a paying customer' Unfortunately a no stars review wasn't an option. Very disappointing.

249 London Road SouthI actually was so hesitant to order from here but I genuinely think the pizza is probably the best in town genuinely!! Yet to try the wrap but the pizza is BEAUTIFUL

The PierVisited today.. how sad I used to run the clock house , which was a vibrant place for locals and friends of Southwold to visit We worked hard to look after customers always making sure they were happy with the products we happily delivered. Coffees were made for local customers as we saw them walk up the pier, making them feel special and valued….. not today, staff totally uninterested, unmotivated, no leadership It made me feel very sad to see this special venue so badly run I was also grubby, uncared for… let’s hope the new owners do something fast, before the season starts
