Food o.k.,Service o.k. cleanliness... Little Flies invading my space and landing on my food & drinks. Toilet,a unisex facility with no toilet paper or hand soap. It just felt grubby. Not going back.

Good place to stop for lunch. Good value for money . Friendly,polite staff. I would recommend.

First time we used Taco Bell it was very good

The food from this place was extremely poor quality and left my partner and I feeling nauseous after. I couldn’t finish mine as the food tasted disgusting. The texture of the meat looks like dog food and whatever the taste was resembles what I imagine that tastes like too. Horrible! Also found a hair in it!

OK ... so first time ever at a Taco Bell .....I was impressed ! The Crunchy Taco Supreme - was as good as the ones I make at home ... so obv just how I like them ! I would def eat at Taco Bell again !

I thought i'd give this Taco Bell another go, but the food is still cold. Measly portions, cold and depressing. Service staff were lovely.

The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The staff could be more motivated and it would be nice to see a smile.

Food was Lukwarm, next to no nachos as my side, and next to no cheese on the cheese top nachos on my partners meal. Was delivered in time but won't order from there again.

Have tried to call and can’t even get through, it’s not the 1st time that I have received ROCK HARD churros but today not only ROCK HARD but full of grease, no cinnamon totally bland. Food was full of grease inc the bottom of the box. Used to be really good , more expensive and not worth the money.

Food was just tepid , chips undercooked , taco nice and still crunchy , rice ok , dessert not what is shown . Won't order again .

Fantastic food and fantastic service. One of our Buritto's was cold and instead of simply reheating it, Finn (staff) and the manager made a fresh one instead, and chucked some fries on the house! Customer service like this doesn't come around too often now, great experience.

We’re served by Chris today and he was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to meet our every request and treated us with so much kindness that honestly has made my entire week. Chris keep doing what you do, you’re an absolute credit to the company.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered from Taco Bell last week and have been suffering terribly with food poisoning e.g; vomiting and diarrhoea and I have been very fatigued and dizzy. This place is very unhygienic and I wouldn’t recommend eating here especially if you have food anxiety.

We have never been to a Taco Bell before so thought we would find out what they have on offer. The manager was really knowledgeable and helpful he explained about all of their food and offers and gave us tasters of their sauces which were delicious. All of our food was delicious! The restaurant was nicely decorated, clean tidy and spacious. The toilets were clean and there was a baby change in the disabled toilet which was also clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We will definitely return and I will be taking my family down who have just moved to the area.

the driver was compromised by the GPS being inaccurate. Had I not been out in the street to help him. He would have been much later.

After finising some art work activities, we went to this resturant. a big seller man had offered nice combos/meal deals and helped us get student discounts. I really appricite his efforts and hospitalities.

the food is terrible and the portion sizes are small for the price. The churros aren’t good. Go to tortilla in Canterbury if you want good Mexican food. The actual customer service here is fine though, no hate to the staff

Both meals were missing their fries. I understand this happens but should have procedures in place to reduce frequency. One fries missing? Human issue. Both fries? Procedure issue.

First time ever doing the Taco Bell thing, absolutely great. Straight off the bat as you entered, you where gret with with a friendly face and personality (this would be Chris), outstanding chap. He took us through some options and some TB history and I ended up getting a taster bite mini burrito, complete with some of the toppest tier seasoned fries you ever saw. My god. Anyhoo, vibe was a 5/5, food was a 5/5, first time experience was a 5/5 annnnnd so was the hygiene rsting so, all pretty average. I joke. Bloody fantastic, smashed it guys. I'm coming again, and then probably again J. Maioha

Today, when we got to Taco Bell, Folkestone, the people who worked there all had very gloomy faces. When we had gotten the food they never asked us if we wanted any sauces or anything else.

Got food delivered and when it arrived it was cold and soggy, boxes were broken so nearly lost all my food,food was sloppy,overpriced,got a burrito which didn't look as it was advertised and hardly anything in it more wrap than contents,churros were chewy,would get my money back but no way to call and get it refunded,overall very disappointed,spent alot of money and didn't enjoy it.

Some of our order was incorrect - we asked for no lettuce but there was lettuce and I asked for chicken in my taco but got beans. Also the food was a bit cold. Unlikely to order from here again

chips were cold and chewy, churros were cold and quite firm not nice! There was not very much chicken filling it was mostly lettuce,this was in both box meals

I had an order from Uber eats, they take multiple orders and wait for them leaving your food to go cold every single time. I took the Cold inedible food to Taco Bell who were ridiculously apologetic and helpful. They remade my order without any fuss and left me feeling really happy with their service. Thank you to everyone at Taco Bell, best place in Folkestone to eat (don’t bother with delivery)

Delivery time get getting pushed back after I’d already placed the order. Fries had barely any sauce on them and it had started to harden and change colour in places like it had been sat for a while

Quesadilla was not cut properly

we tracked the order it said it was outside we waited 10minutes checked again found that he was at the back of the building so we walked round to him and he was walking off in a completely different direction. we finally got his attention and got our food then went inside opened it up the tacos were broken into peices, barely any meat in it, the nachos had a spoonful of meat thrown on there/black beans on when we asked for none, our puddings were rock solid as we was waiting ages and was cold(churos)

Good place for some solid fast food. Preferable to the adjacent mc donalds for a more interesting variety of food. Restaurant is clean and staff are helpful and friendly. The refillable drinks are a definite draw. If you fancy some tex mex at a good price then this a good place to try.
