Absolutely fantastic evening, the food was amazing and customer service was 2nd to none ...what a little gem of a place and great value for money ...a new regular for us

We visited bandidos yesterday evening without reservations, but the staff accommodated us. We felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were good.

Had an absolutely incredible meal in here today. We had family visiting from Wales so naturally I wanted to show off an amazing Mexican we know. They were throughly impressed. Fiona is an incredible owner and all of the staff are an amazing team, nothing is too much trouble. My 3 year old was living his best life in his sombrero. The atmosphere is so easy with even with a 3 year old. The staff make you feel at ease and are so friendly. My son enjoyed his meal too and is such a fussy eater. This Mexican restaurant really is a gem. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Mexican food!

Tasty food and generous portions at great prices. The staff here are so accommodating and friendly. We visited with our seven month old little boy and all the staff were doting on him, distracting him on the rare occasion he was fussing, and we're just so lovely! The perfect place to go out for a family meal.

We had a brilliant evening here for my husband's 40th. We had never been before but will definitely return! We had our 3 children with us and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs, and chatted to the kids too. The food was absolutely delicious and the kids' meals were big and were brilliant quality food too which was so lovely to have. Another amazing meal and service - my friend and I have been here a few times and we are never disappointed - good sized portions, all freshly cooked, authentic flavours and a good choice on the menu. These are the best enchiladas I've ever had! It's my favourite place to eat and there's always a warm welcome - highly recommended you give this a try - you won't be disappointed and you will be certain to keep going back. The food & staff are great. My friend wanted some Mexican food, so I popped in & got some takeaway food for my friend & his wife & I got some food for myself. The happy couple are now the very happy couple, as they loved their meals.

Just ordered a take away from these guys, absolutely amazing!!! So much care as well with delivery/packing cold items. Ps- the lotus biscoff cheesecake is to die for too!!!!!💕 portions are very generous too… 😁

This family owned business is a perfect restaurant for great food, great customer service and a fantastic experience overall. The staff are extremely welcoming. I would defiantly recommend this if you’re going to Folkestone for the weekend away or looking for a good place to eat.

Went on a busy Saturday night. Greeted by the owner, nothing was too much trouble, really busy but still had time to speak to us, check in and not keep us waiting for food or drink, but without rushing either. Lovely family run place. 2 of us this time but will be back with the family. Food was excellent. Thanks!

Took my partner there for dinner from recommendations. Service was brilliant, and the staff were friendly and polite. The food was top-notch and full of flavour. They are big portions and very well priced and even what was left was packed up for us to take home. Can't fault bandidos will be going there again 100%

An excellent evening and thoroughly enjoyable. Haven’t been here in a long time, much overdue as the food, service and environment was excellent. Both had the chorizo and chicken enchilada with side salad and accompanying dips. Simply delicious. Freshly cooked to order, hot and tasty. Excellent value. This restaurant is so welcoming to children. My son was kept happy at the table with a free hot chocolate, free ice cream at the end of his meal (even though we didn’t order from the children’s menu) and he was offered an apple juice too. He was spoken to by the staff very respectfully and in a way that really included him in everything that was going on. He left after his meal with a glow. It makes us all so much happier when everyone is properly taken care of. A great place to bring the whole family.

Visited for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend and from start to finish staff and family/owners were welcoming, with the right amount of attention. Food was tasty and good portion sizes. My mum is currently in hospital and I’d just had some other bad news an hour before arriving, so I was not expecting to be able to enjoy anything, but the food was that good it was impossible not to enjoy it. Jug of cocktail was also great value. I’m hoping to visit again with my mum when she recovers as I know she will love it.

What can I say ... a party of 25 of us went to this fantastic restaurant yesterday evening for a four-course Mexican Tapas meal to celebrate an 18th Birthday and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely superb - hot, tasty and beautifully presented - and was matched by the excellent service provided by the waiting staff. Everything that we had requested and discussed with Fiona, the hostess and owner, beforehand was carried out to the letter ... customer service and satisfaction is obviously a high priority for this establishment as we could not fault it in any way. The feedback from those that attended has been nothing other than positive and rightly so, it was a pleasure to eat there and celebrate our Granddaughter's coming of age birthday meal. Give this place a try ... I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

Very welcoming and attentive staff, portion sizes were generous, leaving us full without feeling overstuffed. Prices were more than reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered. One small tip: they only accept cash for tips, so be prepared to bring some along. Overall, a wonderful spot for a delicious meal at a great price. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I called in here on a quiet Sunday evening in Folkestone to pick up a couple of takeaway burrito's. The service was fast and the food was really tasty with lots of tasty vegetable filling. We wre served by the restaurant owner, Fiona, who was really kind and gave us complimentary food and drinks whilst we waited. Do visit here, if you are in Folkestone or want a good Mexican takeaway. You will not be disappointed.

Went here with my partner, as a last minute choice expecting a nice Mexican meal, seeing as I do like a good Mexican dish full of spice. Now I am no chef but I could have made a better dish at home, in fact l've 100% made a better nachos at home. This meal didn't taste Mexican what-so-ever, it was bland, the rice tasted microwaved and the nachos was excessively cheesy and I don't mean a good mixture of cheeses it was just a couple of Tesco tortilla chips smothered in cheddar cheese. You'd expect nachos in a Mexican restaurant to have some jalapeños on it, maybe some beans, well don't expect that on these ones. Oh and to top it off, they have given me food poisoning (only thing I ate that day) so I can guarantee I will never visit there again. l ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to have something else come out just as bland. I also didn't complain whilst there because I am not a confrontational person, however now I wish I did and that I refused to pay.

We came to Bandidos on Friday for a family birthday celebration and this restaurant did not disappoint. All 7 of us throughly enjoyed our meals and were impressed by the high level and friendly service we received from the staff from the moment we entered. We have already recommended the restaurant to friends and I can't wait to go back.

We popped in for my birthday dinner after finding it on Google. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly, and nothing is an issue for them. The food is exceptional, and they catered for my like of spice by ramping up the heat levels in my burrito to the perfect level. They even sang happy birthday to me and gave me a free tequila shot as a birthday present. This is now my go-to place for Mexican food if I'm in the area. Actually, I would drive out of my way to go here for the food and service , it is that good.

Popped in by chance Sunday lunchtime as a close-by restaurant was shut. Food was excellent and portions were good (two of us shared a mozzarella sticks starters and a chicken and chorizo enchilada and this was enough for us). Top marks for the owner, Fiona.

We celebrated our child's 5th birthday in Folkestone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The day was filled with fun activities at Lower Leas Coastal Park, where the extensive play area and beach kept the kids entertained for hours. Folkestone’s family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the day. To top it off, we dined at Banndidos Mexican Restaurant, which provided a vibrant and lively setting perfect for a birthday celebration. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made a special effort for our child’s big day. The food was delicious, offering a great variety for both kids and adults, including tasty vegetarian options. Overall, it was a memorable birthday celebration filled with joy, laughter, and excellent food. We will definitely be back Thank you

I ate here with my family, and it was amazing. I wanted a moctail but none of the options where really my thing,so out waiter said she could make something special and that i had too: "trust her". I did and the moctail i achieved was verry good, the food was really good and in big portions, our waiter was verry Nice and they restaurant is verry family friendly

Ok food, but I would not call it authentic Mexican. I'm particular, the chips seemed like generic store brand and not freshly made.

Don't judge a book by its cover, the frontage is quite plain but once you step inside it's lovely. The decor is well thought out and a waitress was immediately attentive. Offering us several places to sit. We were asked what drinks we would like and they were delivered very quickly. We ordered the nachos to start and mozzarella sticks and they were well presented and delicious (I reccomend sharing these as there was a good platefull). Next came the main I ordered fajitas and my husband the steak it was cooked to perfection, all was absolutely delicious again well presented and lots of it. The waitress asked if all was OK not once but 3 times at different intervals ( we had joked we were very full with the starters) The owner came over to chat which was lovely saying take as long as you like relax she said. when visiting the ladies there is small basket of sanitary items what a lovely touch. If your in folkestone give it a try you won't be disappointed

We went here Saturday for a last minute meal out to celebrate my birthday early as I’m away, the restaurant staff and atmosphere was amazing and just what you’d want for a Saturday night and the food was even better than you could think of! The waiters and waitresses looked after us very well would 100% recommend

Had a delivery arrived nice and hot. Portions were a good size had a fully packed burrito and large nachos. Very tasty and delivered by a friendly delivery driver at the time we asked for it to come

The main course arrived while we were still working on the starter. Very noisy... Group celebrating a birthday, like crazy. Keep those parties private! Avoid this place!

They offer me a burrito from the house. Clean restaurant, amazing service. I would even give more than 5 for such a good people around.

What a gem this place is. An independent, family run Mexican restaurant serving outstanding food. Massive portions too - We couldn't finish our Burritos. The owner genuinely cares about her customers, and having her 9 year old granddaughter helping her is just beyond cute ! (She was brilliant btw - a real credit to her family). Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. A definite stop off every time we go on the eurotunnel.

We were there last weekend on Friday and it was delightful and delicious. We got there close to the closing time for the kitchen and they welcome us and served food 😻 we had the quesadilla and the mix of chicken and ribs! Sooooo good!!!! Good portions and good service! Lovely place

Often when visiting Mexican restaurants the quantities of food leave me hungry afterwards. However the quantities of our meals were generous and filling. (We had large nachos and shredded Chicken Enchiladas). More filling than these pictures allude to. The quality of food was lovely and the atmosphere was warm and friendly with a family feel to the restaurant. The decor had a lovely bright vibe to it and the chairs were super soft too. Parking nearby is restricted with 1 hour parking in the immediate nearby streets but 2 hours on the main town high street. We parked in the nearby Leas Cliff Hall Car Park (3 min walk) which is a paid car park location in the day but we weren’t charged anything for parking between 6-8pm. I do have one regret with this restaurant which is I haven’t visited more often!!! Will definitely be coming back and visiting again. They do a takeaway service too! Overall was blown away! Thank you.

Ordered takeout from here today but when it arrived it wasn't very hot. I called immediately and spoke to manager. She was very apologetic and remade the order. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. Steak Sunduba was sooooo tasty highly recommend.

Ate at Bandidos this evening, service was incredible, very welcoming and friendly, food was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, I had the chicken enchiladas and my partner had the chicken and chorizo burrito, we shared a beer chilli nachos for starters, were surprised by the bill, was lower than expected but well worth every single penny!
