Excellent food with excellent service. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their food. Everything was tasty and well presented. Will definitely go back.

Had a lovely mid week visit to this friendly local restaurant. I had chicken enchiladas which was delicious, a nice glass of wine and friendly, attentive service. Just lovely! Thoroughly recommend.

My girlfriend and I called in here on a quiet Sunday evening in Folkestone to pick up a couple of takeaway burrito's. The service was fast and the food was really tasty with lots of tasty vegetable filling. We wre served by the restaurant owner, Fiona, who was really kind and gave us complimentary food and drinks whilst we waited. Do visit here, if you are in Folkestone or want a good Mexican takeaway. You will not be disappointed.

Went here with my partner, as a last minute choice expecting a nice Mexican meal, seeing as I do like a good Mexican dish full of spice. Now I am no chef but I could have made a better dish at home, in fact l've 100% made a better nachos at home. This meal didn't taste Mexican what-so-ever, it was bland, the rice tasted microwaved and the nachos was excessively cheesy and I don't mean a good mixture of cheeses it was just a couple of Tesco tortilla chips smothered in cheddar cheese. You'd expect nachos in a Mexican restaurant to have some jalapeños on it, maybe some beans, well don't expect that on these ones. Oh and to top it off, they have given me food poisoning (only thing I ate that day) so I can guarantee I will never visit there again. l ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to have something else come out just as bland. I also didn't complain whilst there because I am not a confrontational person, however now I wish I did and that I refused to pay.

We came to Bandidos on Friday for a family birthday celebration and this restaurant did not disappoint. All 7 of us throughly enjoyed our meals and were impressed by the high level and friendly service we received from the staff from the moment we entered. We have already recommended the restaurant to friends and I can't wait to go back.

It was actually a takeaway we had but it certainly didn't disappoint. As usual it was very tasty & plentiful. My Burrito was packed full of Mexican goodness, absolutely delicious

Fabulous restaurant so relaxing. Staff were just lovely and the whole ambiance of the place was spot on. No negative feedback here! We travelled from Port Talbot south wales and was staying in the area. Food was spot on. Staff amazing. Cleanliness was spot on. Fabulous food and good customer service.

We popped in for my birthday dinner after finding it on Google. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly, and nothing is an issue for them. The food is exceptional, and they catered for my like of spice by ramping up the heat levels in my burrito to the perfect level. They even sang happy birthday to me and gave me a free tequila shot as a birthday present. This is now my go-to place for Mexican food if I'm in the area. Actually, I would drive out of my way to go here for the food and service , it is that good.

Popped in by chance Sunday lunchtime as a close-by restaurant was shut. Food was excellent and portions were good (two of us shared a mozzarella sticks starters and a chicken and chorizo enchilada and this was enough for us). Top marks for the owner, Fiona.

Bandidos Fantastico! Massive thanks to Fiona and her team - Katie-Tegan- Ryan-Tom & Emoke for an excellent evening when we visited for the 1st time on Saturday. The food,service and cocktails were awesome. Big recomendation you wont be disappointed! and all for a great price. We will be back to your wonderful restaurant in an amazing town - Folkestone !

We celebrated our child's 5th birthday in Folkestone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The day was filled with fun activities at Lower Leas Coastal Park, where the extensive play area and beach kept the kids entertained for hours. Folkestone’s family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the day. To top it off, we dined at Banndidos Mexican Restaurant, which provided a vibrant and lively setting perfect for a birthday celebration. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made a special effort for our child’s big day. The food was delicious, offering a great variety for both kids and adults, including tasty vegetarian options. Overall, it was a memorable birthday celebration filled with joy, laughter, and excellent food. We will definitely be back Thank you

I ate here with my family, and it was amazing. I wanted a moctail but none of the options where really my thing,so out waiter said she could make something special and that i had too: "trust her". I did and the moctail i achieved was verry good, the food was really good and in big portions, our waiter was verry Nice and they restaurant is verry family friendly

Ok food, but I would not call it authentic Mexican. I'm particular, the chips seemed like generic store brand and not freshly made.

Don't judge a book by its cover, the frontage is quite plain but once you step inside it's lovely. The decor is well thought out and a waitress was immediately attentive. Offering us several places to sit. We were asked what drinks we would like and they were delivered very quickly. We ordered the nachos to start and mozzarella sticks and they were well presented and delicious (I reccomend sharing these as there was a good platefull). Next came the main I ordered fajitas and my husband the steak it was cooked to perfection, all was absolutely delicious again well presented and lots of it. The waitress asked if all was OK not once but 3 times at different intervals ( we had joked we were very full with the starters) The owner came over to chat which was lovely saying take as long as you like relax she said. when visiting the ladies there is small basket of sanitary items what a lovely touch. If your in folkestone give it a try you won't be disappointed

We went here Saturday for a last minute meal out to celebrate my birthday early as I’m away, the restaurant staff and atmosphere was amazing and just what you’d want for a Saturday night and the food was even better than you could think of! The waiters and waitresses looked after us very well would 100% recommend

Had a delivery arrived nice and hot. Portions were a good size had a fully packed burrito and large nachos. Very tasty and delivered by a friendly delivery driver at the time we asked for it to come

The main course arrived while we were still working on the starter. Very noisy... Group celebrating a birthday, like crazy. Keep those parties private! Avoid this place!

GO GO GO THERE its amazing. Tje ambience was welcoming...the food was plentiful..the service was excellent...I went with my family and we will go back. Good choice of drinks amd the menu was varied. Iys an amazing place to eat in. There was a small gatnering there and they were not noisey but enjoying themselves. Its a great place to share time with friends and loved ones. GO TRY IT

Visited here again for dinner, food was amazing as always and the staff are so friendly and very professional, We visit often, as it is our favourite restaurant, Last night we each had one of the filet steak meals, the meat is of the highest quality and cooked to perfection 👌. can't wait to return.

This restaurant is my absolute favourite, we travel 20 miles at least once a week to eat here, the food is fantastic, the staff are awesome, nothing is too much trouble, cannot recommend it enough.

Thank you for the great atmosphere and a good heart. Came quiet late and had just amex with me...all the restaurants around were closed. Even the restaurant doesn't accept amex. They offer me a burrito from the house. Clean restaurant, amazing service. I would even give more than 5 for such a good people around.

We were there last weekend on Friday and it was delightful and delicious. We got there close to the closing time for the kitchen and they welcome us and served food 😻 we had the quesadilla and the mix of chicken and ribs! Sooooo good!!!! Good portions and good service! Lovely place

What a gem this place is. An independent, family run Mexican restaurant serving outstanding food. Massive portions too - We couldn't finish our Burritos. The owner genuinely cares about her customers, and having her 9 year old granddaughter helping her is just beyond cute ! (She was brilliant btw - a real credit to her family). Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. A definite stop off every time we go on the eurotunnel.

Often when visiting Mexican restaurants the quantities of food leave me hungry afterwards. However the quantities of our meals were generous and filling. (We had large nachos and shredded Chicken Enchiladas). More filling than these pictures allude to. The quality of food was lovely and the atmosphere was warm and friendly with a family feel to the restaurant. The decor had a lovely bright vibe to it and the chairs were super soft too. Parking nearby is restricted with 1 hour parking in the immediate nearby streets but 2 hours on the main town high street. We parked in the nearby Leas Cliff Hall Car Park (3 min walk) which is a paid car park location in the day but we weren’t charged anything for parking between 6-8pm. I do have one regret with this restaurant which is I haven’t visited more often!!! Will definitely be coming back and visiting again. They do a takeaway service too! Overall was blown away! Thank you.

Ordered takeout from here today but when it arrived it wasn't very hot. I called immediately and spoke to manager. She was very apologetic and remade the order. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. Steak Sunduba was sooooo tasty highly recommend.

Ate at Bandidos this evening, service was incredible, very welcoming and friendly, food was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, I had the chicken enchiladas and my partner had the chicken and chorizo burrito, we shared a beer chilli nachos for starters, were surprised by the bill, was lower than expected but well worth every single penny! Even enjoyed the playlist lol Always going to suggest! Just perfect! 😍

Just had the most fantastic evening in Bandidos. Food was excellent, service 10/10 could not fault the place. Can't wait to go again. We went to celebrate a 18th birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff were very attentive, food was great and plentiful and the restaurant had a lovely ambience. Our granddaughter enjoyed the cocktails and we loved the soundtrack. We would really recommend this restaurant.

Didn’t even know this place existed. Stumbled on it when looking for somewhere to eat, & what a find. Very reasonable prices, lovely atmosphere and cracking food to boot. Folkestone is getting more & more good eateries, and this one is right up there. We’ll be back for sure!!

Conchitas opened especially for my daughters birthday lunch last Friday. What an absolut delight. Our waitress was wonderful and extremely helpful. The food was amazing, lots of it and reasonably priced. It was freshly cooked and beautifully presented and I must add there was a wonderful selection of cocktails! Background music was fab. Such a great vibe! I can't wait to go back there again. Thank you Conchitas..

Had a superb meal with my daughter and grandkids for mother's day. Fiona the lovely owner made us extremely welcome and made a fuss of the grandchildren. Unbeknown to us there was free Prosecco and desserts to mark this special day! We had to take the desserts home as the portions are so generous. Such a lovely, friendly, welcoming place to have a tasty meal. I can't wait to go back.

What a wonderful place this is! My beef salsita was exceptionally tasty (thank you Baz) and the service was the best and friendly you could hope for (thank you Fiona & Lisa). Look forward to visiting again on my next trip to Folkestone :)

Ideal for a pre-theatre meal . Service is quick and friendly and food is very tasty and good value. A downer is the website which says "view full menu" but does not then show it. Also the wine menu lists just three reds but we received a replacement without notice (although it was fine.)

This wasn't Mexican food to me. Lacked flavour and spice. So disappointed as it was my first (and last visit). Not a jalapeño in sight unless you wanted to pay for them. Older lady who was waitressing messed up the order. Long wait for food when it wasn't even busy. Younger lady was good at trying to fix the situation, which I appreciated, but I couldn't forgive the hard rice in the burrito and the lack cheese. Such a shame.

We had a nice meal here, the food was good value for money and the staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately our evening became very unpleasant when an argument ensued between the owner/cook and one of the waitresses, it was alarmingly loud with extremely offensive, abusive language being used. Very unprofessional, arguing over something that had already happened and could have been discussed when customers had left! A table had been given 10% off to pay cash so that a delivery driver could get paid!!

Friendly welcome and good food. Highly recommended. The half-term army of trainee waiting staff were a credit to the restaurant 😂.

Don’t have the steaks one was very tough and fatty the other full of fat didn’t enjoy at all very cheep cuts of meat the other people of our group liked their Mexican food the waitress did her best but it did spoil our evening

Absolutely brilliant, never been for Mexican and was not sure what to expect, the staff helped by explaining the menu, and what came was amazing, we definitely will be back again, great value for money too,

We went here on the off chance not knowing what to expect. We were blown away by the service we received here. The Owner Fiona introduced herself and nothing was too much trouble for her and her tremendous staff. The attention to detail was just right, the food was the best we have had in years, some of us had the Sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection with flavour that we had not experienced in a very long time. The rest had Fillet steak which they said was superb .We assured Fiona that we will definitely be returning to sample her Mexican cuisine, if that is anything like her steaks we will be definitely in for a treat Well Done to Everyone at Conchitas 👍👍

Totally underwhelming. Food was only nominally Mexican. Steak burrito with some strips of overcooked barely edible steak. Chicken fajitas that could have benefited with rather less pale white onions and a little more genuine Mexican flavour. The biggest insult to customers is the obscene mark-up on wine. Chose the Shiraz. At around £24 a bottle, we had expected something rather better than a bottle of McGuigan plonk, which retails in Tesco for around £6.00-£7.00. Couldn't help noticing that there was a Tesco on the other side of the road - easy money! The atmosphere was not particularly Mexicana. More akin to a transport café that caters for small groups of hen-partying customers, with the music and volume to suit.

Went in after taking in Folkestone air show. Staff were plentiful and attentive. Sadly the food was ok at best. Restaurant devoid of atmosphere; felt like a Wimpy or similar. Might have forgiven this if food was anything to write home about but it wasn’t.

Got here at abt 6.30 we were the third table to be seated, about half an hour later the restaraunt was busy on a Tuesday! That was a good sign. The food was great and the starters were the size of a main! Although it did take an hour for starters to come and then another 20 mins for food

Absolutely top marks for this restaurant. Was there this lunchtime with my wife and her family prior to going to a funeral. Didn,t realise until later that they had opened especially to accomodate our booking. Excellent service, friendly and couteous. No problems serving children,s portions to older adults. First class and thank you to all.
