My food was never delivered to me even though it says on the app it has been delivered. I want a refund

Estimated arrival time was 15-35mins but it took 45mins and the ETA changed several times when the driver was nearby so I was waiting outside for them for a long time. The food was a little cold, but still tasted nice.

arrived early and tasty but the portion sizes are a bit of a joke, got about 2 tablespoon of rice in the pot i ordered and the nachos were not a large portion that I ordered.

driver didn't bother to knock just left food outside in the rain, very poor.

App states if you spent £10 you got a free Crunchy Taco for free! I wrote this on the notes and it was forgotten along with my sauce!!!! How can you keep getting orders like this wrong? Happened loads with Taco Bell. First time with this branch though as St John’s Centre one in town wasn’t taking orders. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! You’re losing customers.

Why is the chalupa shell barely cooked? It’s pale. They need to do better.

Literally no meat at all. First time trying and I was so excited. The pictures look great! You DO NOT get that much sauce/meat. For the pics. And the topped fries…. What a joke. Cold and were vile. So incredibly disappointed.

Went online to order in person yesterday on their app..went in store me and my girlfriend straight away as we ordered from car outside..waited and waited and waited.nobody asked us at counter can we help.we saw people arriving after us ordering and getting food and also many delivery people so we eventually thought hang on something is wrong.went to counter to ask about our app order.server went straight into where delivery driver food is kept and got our order!food was cold and horrible.how come app orders which was obviously not uber ..delivery etc is not given to customers arriving is beyond me..food was tasteless and cold ..nachos overcooked..have removed app.my first and last ever taco bell.horrible experience.terrible food.place was filthy too but that's not surprising when only 3 staff were working on a busy Saturday night!

Could of done with more mince not much meat

the food was cold I ordered tango orange not Pepsi max .the tortilla was full of lettuce you had to go hunting to find some protein?the only thing that had some taste were the churoes even the tacos were no taste I thought Mexican food was spicy 👎

I was not sure on what to order when visiting but the staff members were very helpful in assisting. Food wad absolutely delicious, I ordered a burrito with chicken tenders and chips. I asked for extra chicken in the burrito and paid for this however, was left disappointed when most of the burrito was filled with just rice. To pay for a service and not receive it was actually very disappointing. However, I was left surprised at how quickly they make your food they do not waste time, it was made in under 5 minutes and the shop was busy.

Food was awful, cold and had obviously been standing for a long time. Also a portion of fries was missing. This is the first and last time I will be ordering food from here.

The chips are night but not with the beef, cheese and tomato’s on, way too expensive for what it is. Crispy taco is okay though. Tell the workers not to put too much cinnamon on the churros please.

Quite small portion. Volcano burrito is really spicy, although the sause is quite similiar as quesadilla but much hotter. Nachos the best on the world.

Usually enjoy Taco Bell but not only did we have missing items from the order, but the food was much spicier than normal (we order the same thing each time) to the point where our mouths were numb. Bit of an anomaly, but not very happy.

You should not allow drivers to take multiple orders. It took 23 minutes for my food to arrive from pick up due to the driver making around 5 to 6 stops in different directions to me. Chips are inedible due to how cold and like cardboard and Tacos are cold.

Poor service from start to finish. Food late, the first order didn’t arrive at all and I am waiting for Just Eats complaints on that, the second order took an hour, restaurant unhelpful. And then it gets here and of course it’s soggy and cold because it’s been sat under a heat lamp for an hour.

food was tasteless with very little filling in tacos with lots of lettuce. Small tubs (approx 1 and a half cm) of guacamole and one sour cream @ £1.49ea is a rip off. The quesadilla, I'm sure the chicken ran through the tortilla and supposed to have 3cheese mix. More tortilla than filling so a bit dry

The delivery system is terrible, not fault of the driver, but the map said he was 10 minutes away and he was knocking on my door

2nd time food was delivered cold and super fast delivery so can’t even put it down to that as a reason!

Look, this is a Taco Bell so let's not get carried away. I had never been in a Taco Bell before and was immediately confused by the screen which takes the order. Instead of labouring with it, I went to ask a member of staff for help, who explained everything very patiently for me despite being busy. This level of service is very much appreciated and contributed to a positive experience.

It was a very straight forward delivery I answered the door and the delivery guy gave me the food and said happy new year wich was very kind and much needed and my food wasnt cold or anything it was just right aswell (next time i feel the craving for taco bell i will most likely choose your taco bell location)

Great customer service took me step-by-step of what everything was as I’ve not been here before food lovely 10 out of 10 for food clean restaurant clean toilets. They should have more than 2 self check outs. Apart from that great restaurant

I didn’t like the volcano burrito and I think I wasted my £13 on a small thing like this. With £13 in McDonnalds I could feed my self for 2 days.

I've recently moved to Headingley from Harrogate and love there's a new Taco Bell so nearby now (used to go to York) As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a self-serve kiosk. Right in the entrance. As soon as someone steps in behind you, you feel like you're in the way, which is annoying. After ordering, there's then the task of trying to find a clean, cleared table. I've worked in fast food, and I know it's annoying when customers leave the food and tray on the table when they're able to clear them away themselves, but especially when you're in a busy spot with a very limited number of tables, staff NEED to be more attentive and take literally 90 seconds to clear and wipe down tables. It's gross and unwelcoming. The staff seem nice enough but just need to take some care with the dining area and the cleanliness of where their paying customers are eating, especially during/after busy periods. In general, it's cheapish, very tasty, not mega filling (which is what I think makes it seem more expensive as you do NEED to buy a bit more) and I do enjoy eating at Taco Bell (when I have somewhere clean and tidy to eat).

The food had beef prepared but finding the delivery driver proved to be an issue. Therefore the food was cold by the time it was delivered, it then took 40 minutes for a 15 minute drive to deliver!!! I honestly feel that JUST EAT. Should be offering a refund for the issues with out tea tonight.

On our visit to Taco Bell - Cardigan Fields, Leeds, we were left feeling very awkward and embarrassed for the staff in the kitchen. One very pretentious little twerp in the kitchen was quite loudly giving other kitchen staff a verbal dressing down, "When I give you an instruction I expect you to reply 'Yes chef, thank you chef'." I felt sorry for the staff, I'm pretty sure the only thing in that kitchen with 'chef' officially in it's title is the Merrychef oven. I usually keep myself to myself, but I really wanted to interject. Luckily upon leaving the 'chef' barked a customer's order number out, to which I replied at an equal volume to his... 'Yes chef, thank you chef". Think this guy really needs to go on some sort of course on how to speak to fellow staff in a way that isn't damaging to morale that leaves customers feeling awkward. Will be submitting this as feedback on Taco Bell's website.

Can’t find a way to tip the driver for being kind enough to deliver our food still after it went to the wrong address, the restaurant didn’t answer the phone which is shocking service

My meal arrived an hour and a half late. It was cold and the taco was soggy. I ordered a quesidilla box meal and received no quesidilla but a burrito instead. To say I am sad is an understatement.

Got told I couldn’t swap to delivery or get a refund when trying to call the restaraunt after a collection mistake. Waste of my money couldnt even get through to them on the phone.

the touch screen wasn’t working so we went to order at the till but the staff ignored us for 10 minutes so we left. poor customer service

Flat cold, twice grilled Quesadilla hadn't seen the grill once, never mind twice. Sauces very expensive for size. Won't order again.

I understand it's a busy Friday night, but they seem understaffed and unorganised. Also, delivery companies seem to take priority.

I love the quesadilla with chicken and the tacos. I also like the meal option so I can have tacos and unlimited soda.. Good value for money, even if it takes some time to prepare your order sometimes

Didn’t receive it. On maps I saw the the driver was sat in the same place for about 13/14 minutes, then drive off and it says it was delivered.

Huge expansion of vegetarian plant-based menu is great. Shame only one of the two digital order points was working and the staff were preparing food and not taking orders. The food is tasty but like most fast food chains, the real food is a thin, sad version of the glossy, abundant advertisements.

Order was completely wrong (they forgot my wife's cheese) and the food was worse than bad - didn't realise something could have so little flavour. The atmosphere of Armley prison is more welcoming than this place.

My food arrived freezing cold.

Quesadilla was cut and packed with huge disregard. Once unwrapped from the packaging all the fillings were leaked. I raised a complaint to justeat and was provided a full refund after rooting through my bin for a receipt and uploading it. I wish to not be humiliated and degraded in such a manner again.i pay a premium via justeat for nothing short of exceptional service.
