McDonald's in Leeds

My burger and chips are absolutely cold did not bring no sauce or I would’ve ate them all just ate because I was so hungry. Chicken nuggets was warm but wouldn’t say piping warm really didn’t enjoy my meal at all.

Chips were over salted and the Big Mac Meals came with hardly any Mac Sauce despite asking for Extra Sauce on 1 of them.

Not the drivers fault waited 1hour 49 minutes for a cold McDonalds

Several items missing from my order. Including the burger - the actual main part of my order. What a joke

To say the food was on time. It was freezing didn’t enjoy it everything where cold even the hot chocolate which came half filled. I feel like I have just been ripped off £22 for what??!

No one on the face of this Earth could possibly be happy with recieving a Chicken Katsu Wrap when ordering 9 Chicken nuggies. I was gutted but my cat who usually has a lil nug as a treat was literally heartbroken. I doubt she'll forgive me for the rest of the evening. Rest of the order was fine and it arrived quick.

Gave me a 20 chicken nugget box inside of chicken share box - my autistic son is crying now

mc donalds are an absolute joke. ordered 4 happy meals with pokermon toy. Came with 4 books. My kids are absolute distraught. Not happy

Chips cold unfortunately. Otherwise ok. However driver just stood at gate never came and knocked on the door. By chance I saw him out of the window. I had had a phone call from an unknown number but I do not answer these. Why can he not come to the door?

no sauces were included as requested and one of the 2 veggie straps had been poked with a finger or something similar and wasn't eatable and upset my son that he only had one that he could eat and without sauce to so for a first order absolutely terrible. the delivery was OK I had to help him find it evan though I've pin pointed it on map so I struggle to see how someone can't find a pin point easily.

I recived a very wrong order. As i ordered a vegetarian meal and i got something else i think it’s beef and also i ordered fanta with it and i got coke. Other than this i ordered an extra burger and a spicy wrap and i didn’t got those 2 items. I think i got the wrong order. I even called the mcd but they are not picking up the call. ice cold food after 7 minutes of getting home tried calling from time we got food till 10:20pm they finally answered and said there’s no proof so they can’t do anything… how could i prove it if they didn’t pick up.

Average McDonalds. Can be very busy at weekends with having so many families and students going to the leisure park. Quite often people hanging around outside and only has a small car park which can get full at times too

Perfect spot for quick bites and solo dinners.

Guy behind desk didn't give me the drinks from my order, just put food on the desk then ran off, ordered a mcspicy, opened up the box at home and ended up getting a mayo chicken, oh and didn't get the sauces I ordered, staff didn't seem to care

Was very busy but didn’t have long to wait. Has its own car park and then plenty of other parking in the main car park.

Standard food as always but what was poor was the honesty of the staff, we went through the drive through at around 11pm which is understandably late however this McDonald’s is open late, they tried to claim the ice cream machine was broken however we seen an ice cream through the window when driving around, it seemed they just couldn’t be bothered, when we asked at the collection window we were then offered one. I would have just preferred the truth, I wouldn’t have mind if they had been cleaning it but they just couldn’t be bothered making it.

the delivery driver rang me , I asked if he was outside and I was walking out to the gate but he put the phone down, took about an extra 5 minutes because he was no where to be seen. finally got it but drinks was spilt, straws was wet through. the food was warm and chips was salty so really happy with that.

The delivery driver either stole my food or delivered the food to the wrong house. I walked up the street and it’s nowhere to be seen. I gave him the code because I didn’t want to wake my housemates

was waiting for the delivery driver as he couldn't find my house. even though he had a sat nav. so food became cold. very disappointed.

We often come here with our family. Very friendly attitude of the staff. It's especially nice how clean it always is, everywhere, thanks to the permanent employee Paul. A very polite and pleasant gentleman.
