Didn't get what I paid for and refused to refund me . So MC Donald's just stolen from my bank.

Missing Nugget Meal full meal. The burgers were all a mess, veggie dippers taste funny.

They have forgot my cheese dippers off my order

Guy behind desk didn't give me the drinks from my order, just put food on the desk then ran off, ordered a mcspicy, opened up the box at home and ended up getting a mayo chicken, oh and didn't get the sauces I ordered, staff didn't seem to care

All time miss the sauces and frize cold .and last time miss food and no nice.anyway.

Was very busy but didn’t have long to wait. Has its own car park and then plenty of other parking in the main car park.

Standard food as always but what was poor was the honesty of the staff, we went through the drive through at around 11pm which is understandably late however this McDonald’s is open late, they tried to claim the ice cream machine was broken however we seen an ice cream through the window when driving around, it seemed they just couldn’t be bothered, when we asked at the collection window we were then offered one. I would have just preferred the truth, I wouldn’t have mind if they had been cleaning it but they just couldn’t be bothered making it.

Kept pushing delivery time food clap cold no sauce and the milkshakes melted shouldn’t of expected anything else from the kirkstall one should of gone to horsforth one instead

the delivery driver rang me , I asked if he was outside and I was walking out to the gate but he put the phone down, took about an extra 5 minutes because he was no where to be seen. finally got it but drinks was spilt, straws was wet through. the food was warm and chips was salty so really happy with that.

The delivery driver either stole my food or delivered the food to the wrong house. I walked up the street and it’s nowhere to be seen. I gave him the code because I didn’t want to wake my housemates

Food was over half an hour late. Not all sauces included and one of them was already open. The chips were completely cold, the mcflurries were warm and melted and the rest of the food was lukewarm. Terrible. Avoid.

was waiting for the delivery driver as he couldn't find my house. even though he had a sat nav. so food became cold. very disappointed.

We often come here with our family. Very friendly attitude of the staff. It's especially nice how clean it always is, everywhere, thanks to the permanent employee Paul. A very polite and pleasant gentleman.

What’s the point in asking me if I want salad or sauces taken of my food if you don’t take salad or anything of my food? Not to mention the delivery time was diabolical first it was 12:30 then 12:45 then 1and my food didn’t even show up until 1:11, aswell as my food showing up cold, I was not satisfied.

Just wanted to say thank you to the guy who was working today, I don’t get his name sadly but he had grey hair, probably in his 50/60’s, I think he was the cleaner? We had a party of around 8 kids and he overheard us when talking about an order we’d got wrong, one of the kids who suffers with autism and ADHD and so needed their burgers plain. No sauce, no nothing and obviously being a sensory issue wouldn’t eat them unless they were as they wanted. He said 2 minutes, I’ll sort it and came back with 2 plain hamburgers. No fuss. Just service with a smile. The blokes a credit to your franchise and really made my day. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you very much kind sir.

Just didn’t taste great, felt like I only ate 10 nuggets instead of 20 and the two triple cheese burgers seemed small, coke wasn’t too bad. But still feel hungry. And I’m no fat boy I skipped lunch yesterday at work so I’ve been nonstop hungry even though I had a fairly big dinner…maybe it’s not you maybe it’s me I don’t know but I’m not feeling good right now.

Clean your milkshake machine. My milkshake tasted like a bin.

Delivery time kept changing and when the food arrived it was clap cold.normally it’s ok but very disappointed.

Using the word rubbish as the mildest word allowable on here (probably won’t get published now) but hey, this is the truth and if it doesn’t get published then they obviously can’t handle the truth..) ALL mcdonald’s franchises seem to be run by donkey ‘managers’ who know NOTHING about catering, management or have any people skills let alone managerial skills. One star is generous for this review. Went to Kirkstall branch and a queue of 15 people waiting and 1 person serving with a ‘manager’ serving the drive thru while food is left getting cold on a trolley for the customers inside the store and every 2 mins a crew member comes out, gives one food, then disappears for another 5 mins, instead of taking ALL the food that is prepared and give to the customers waiting. Waited 10 mins before I asked the ‘manager’ if he needed any help. then looked in the kitchen and there’s another ‘manager’ and about 6 other staff walking around doing NOTHING. I ‘notified’ this guy that there’s 15 people out here waiting for their cold food and you’re standing around doing nothing and serving the drive thru.. Absolute Joke, cannot multi-task and have no clue how to run a restaurant .. Asked for my money back and went elsewhere. Happy New Year.

I’m reaching out regarding an order I placed, which was marked as delivered, but unfortunately, I never received it. I also did not receive any communication from the driver about the delivery. I spent over £17 on this order, which is a significant amount for me, and I’m unable to afford such a loss. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

They purposely deliver the wrong items I ordered a chocolate milkshake but was served with coke twice. And it took them 45 minutes to deliver a large meal at 3 am. Here's a tip to the manager if you don't have chocolate milkshake in your store contact your support and remove it from your menu its not that hard it gonna take only two minutes. Trying doing this rather than jeopardizing the brand name.

Order said 10-25 minutes. Took 1h 45m to arrive. All food was cold. Only got around £3.34 to make up for it. Disappointing all around
