Food cold again. And no dips for the chicken selects..

All food freezing cold, all burgers delivered without cheese salad or sauce. All drinks different from what we ordered

Order screens , less personable Food mediocre.

Ordered a cheeseburger with extra onion , extra pickles and mustard and received 1pickle inside. I return the cheeseburger and second time thought it would go well however I received 2 pickles. No mustard or onion. People here can’t take simple orders. To top it up my daughter found hair inside her fries cup. Terrible place!

Driver was lovely! But they gave the wrong burger, was a McSpicy not crispy, But i’m not too mad cuz those teens are overworked. Even the older aunties!!

Not everyone appreciates piped music of a specific genre. So if you prefer the Weatherspoon ambience...the coffee is cheaper there. As a pit stop in or out of Leeds though, it is well placed near the main road.

Damaged packaging, food was inedible, and couldn't take any of the food. Shocking and refund required!

food amazing. driver not so much. couldn't get to the gate at the time told him to push the gate didn't listen finally got to the gate as he was driving off and he'd left the food on the floor outside the gate.

When my food did finally arrive my chip's was flat cold and the crispy onions wasn't on my burger plus the burger was flat cold too, I'm disgusted.

Don't bother with this McDonalds. The staff who work here will get your order wrong. The staff deliberately miss items so that they can score free food. If you ring up to complain they get very offended and blame you for their mistakes.

Food was cool rather than piping hot as we expected

It's definitely an overall 5 🌟 rating, without a doubt!! It's a lovely little McDonald's, and a very nice place for food, but it's rather small, so not many people can be inside at any one time. Depending on the time of your visit, there might not be any seats available inside. The food is incredible, especially the fries (🍟), they are ridiculously addictive, LOL 🤣😆😂

the food was freezing cold and had become chewy, i couldn’t even eat one of the burgers because it was cold and chewy and honestly inedible. the fries were also really had to eat due to the coldness

The delivery driver shot off with my food and wasnt outside when I went to the main entrance and as soon as I tried ringing him it said my call couldnt connect yet its been classed as delivered and the restaurants number cut off after a minute of trying to ring them too, will not be ordering again!!

Will not be ordering from here again!! The delivery driver has just shot off with the food I paid for! He said he was at the main entrance, I went out and he wasnt there so I've tried ringing him and it said my call couldn't be connected, tried ringing McDonald's and it rang for a minute and cut off so they've basically just took my money, would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!!!

My second meal hasnt come with my order and im upset with how my order has come, my coke has spilt all over the bag( half empty) my burger is all cold and crusty , and im missing my money worth. As a brand new customer to just eat i am unhappy with my service and my order and if i dont see any changes to my next few orders i will not be ordering from you guys again!

Ordered a double big mac that was being promoted that week, got given a regular one only 2 patties instead of the advertised 4) which i only realised after opening it after I got through the train barriers so couldn't go back to complain. Nice scam!

Food from here is always hit and miss, it usually comes with no sauces or too much. I usually always get items missing from my order when it's delivered. And it usually comes cold even though its only been in transit for 10 minutes. So not sure why. I would just go in and eat instead as you never get all your items or the food being hot when you deliver and it's a nightmare to get your money back.

Order came wrong only got one item missing double cheese burger n medium chips the mix n match for 4.00 we orderded cheese burger hamburger 4 chicken nuggets n bbq sauce sour sauce n curry sauce.

food was nice, delivery slot changed alot though. the biggest negative was the latte, i usually love a mcdonalds coffee but the last 2 lattes have been bad and getting worse. this time the coffee smells as though someone has been smoking by it, stinks of cigarettes.

Every order I've placed through the McDonald's app has been sent to this restaurant and every time items are missing , try phoning the restaurant and they never answer, they answered once and gave a less than professional attitude towards my issues and expected me to travel the 5 miles to the store to get my food that I paid delivery for

Gave me raw egg in my breakfast and half of it was missing. Totally wanted a half cooked slimey egg with my half gone wrap👍

Visited at around 7am, store was quiet. Couple of regulars having coffee and breakfast. Carol, floor staff, was so lovely and friendly. Toilets were really clean and fresh smelling, makes a welcome change from most Mcdonalds I've visited! Thanks Carol x

Extremely busy but the food was still very quick and fresh, all the customisations correct too! Staff smiley, I don’t normally review McDonald’s but that was one of the best McDonald’s we’ve had!

I ordered a grilled chicken salad which contained 2 small chicken fillets, 2 slices of tomato and a couple of slices of red onion. The rest of the box was filled with lettuce. I wouldn’t call that a salad

Lovely restaurant. I only went in for a coffee while my lad was playing at lazer zone, but the server greeted me with a smile when handing it over. Other restaurants, take note.
