A good late night takeaway. Delivery is a little expensive but worth it.

The loaded fries and hot American baguettes were hands down the best I’ve ever had – so tasty and packed with flavor. The delivery was super fast, and everything arrived hot and fresh. This has definitely become my new favorite place to eat. Highly recommend it to anyone craving delicious, quick bites!

Whoever they hire to hand out leaflets just dumps them in my front AND back garden. Multiple leaflets on either side, not even close to the door. Just dumped on the floor.

Horrible business as they’ve been throwing piles of their leaflets over our front gate AND back garden fence. What a waste of paper and disgusting behaviour from them.

Order didn’t turn up tryed calling over 20 times but know answer

Ordered Keema loaded fries were nice although was a bit too much keema on I’ll ask for less next time and will be beautiful also the milkshake was melted or too runny but still nice tasting.. **WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND THREW UP** which I never do wouldn’t recommend actually !!

Food took about an hour to come and was fully cold when it arrived

1st one I ordered was lovely wrapped in tin foil to keep it warm 2 and 3rd one stone cold 4th one they only used half of pitta bread basically used one pitta to make 2 kebab unprofessional service

Sicily parmasen used to be nice...its so disgusting and horrible now don't waste your money

I've been planning to start writing Google review for some time. My current enjoyment of your pizza has finally moved me to do so. Didn't expect an Italian pizza experience and didn't get one. Just solid pizza, well spread toppings and I got chips, ketchup and mayo as a surprise! Loved it!

I recently went to this takeaway and ordered a fish burger meal. I swapped to a fish burger because a kebab that I had ordered from there was greasy and left me feeling slightly ill. So imagine my surprise when I arrived home to chomp on my fish burger to discover it was three fishfingers with sliced cheese on a roll. Needless to say this place will never see a penny of my money again.

Parmo was ok but mix donner was disgusting with dry brown chicken rang them and they gave me wrong order which they refused to sort out, this is what they call stir fry check food before paying these

If you want food delivery from them be warned 1 if you have a girlfriend look at the driver and look at the car they are using for delivery. see if it actually marked or blocking traffic 2 make sure your food is at the right temperature on delivery. the King of Pharmo will not refund if on delivery it is cold. If you want hot food don't call them. 3 do not tip. Sachin

Salad was brown and full of water. Kebab meat tasted awful. Chilli sauce had no spice Took a video of how much water was in it but can't upload a video. Absolutely disgusting

THE FOOD WAS OFF. Bought a mixed kebab and the lamb was off, peppers were off, smelt bad and tasted off. Went back to store to get a refund and told I would get one, but they never did refund me. Not only food standards being enough to close them down, their absolute carelessness with customer's rights is laughable. Wouldn't recommend, unless you enjoy eating rotten food and lying staff.

Food is spot on. Guys running the shop are mega friendly too.

The drivers are rude, there attitude stinks I ordered Cheetos and got cheese sticks instead and everthing came cold

I ordered chicken wings ,got drumsticks instead,ended up binning the lot as chips were stone cold and the chicken was so burnt I couldn't eat it,very disappointed 😑

They’ve now stopped delivering to my address so reducing this to 1 star. Just had a delivery to Adel, it arrived piping hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. Kebab and pizza both excellent, best in leeds for kebabs.

Ordered arrived 1 hour 50 mins late and cold food . When I ring them and complaint , Guy on phone call was very rude and low class behaviour and also said don’t order here next time

My order not arrived yesterday restaurant person said delivery driver has whait outside home no one open door. Ono of my friend work here and said this people lying take order never prepared and charge people late on night. After my phone call they said delivery driver go home now . My friend who worked here said its lying delivery driver go home early at 1am. This Place take order charge people and update on the system delivered but you don't have any delivery. Never ever I'm order from this place .

Used to be good.. but last 3 order every time something is missing not focusing on service .. when you point out their mistakes straight away very rude and Bad behaviour and says we are very busy ..

I ordered a pizza told them they did not cook the pizza properly last time as the cheese was just put on the pizza and not even melted same with the chicken and I asked them put extra bbq and chicken onit they ignored me demand twice in a row definitely won’t be ordering from here again!!

They’ve gone right down hill. Food isn’t as nice as it used to be and staff can be quite rude when you’re trying to talk to them and make an order. Not the same at all. They’ve lost the friendly feel, compared to the previous owners, and food quality and dropped tremendously.

Pizza was disgusting, nearly vomited, Asian style pizza!!! More like burnt style pizza…these guys should be banned from cooking, all the meat toppings were crunchy couldn’t even work out what I was eating. Mixed kebab was just as bad, the lamb had fat on it, couldn’t even be bothered to trim it off, the chicken Donner was so dry it had no marination on it. The portion size of the chips was a joke. This was the first time I tried Sicily and will be my last, wasted my money..NEVER AGAIN!!

Won’t be ordering from here again I ordered a 14inch pizza (from The special pizzas range ) the dough is like it’s been on the side for days the jalapeños were all dried up the whole thing just didn’t taste fresh at all to say the least I was starving and still starving cz can’t eat this pizza can’t even chew This pizza And was stone cold

I ordered a half and half and got told it would be £12.50. it got here and charged £13.50. unfortunately I will never go here again. Half of the pizza was ment to be kebab. It looked like a sprinkling of meat. Sicilys to me was the have guest standard of takeaway food and customer service.

I ordered a food to be delivered in 40 minutes, called them twice and said within the next 5 mins will be here they literally didn’t turn up at all so wouldn’t recommend at all this place please avoid !!!!!

Ordered some food. Told the delivery driver I could not come down the building because my leg was hurting. Asked him politely if he could bring it up. He refused. Next thing I get a call from the restaurant saying they will not be delivering at my place anymore. No understanding at all. I wonder if this is how they treat people in wheelchair. Awful staff. They just lost a longtime customer. Would not recommend.

Overall the Parmesan was good I ordered the Mexicano, nice portion size. Can save it for another day. But goodness gracious me what horrible 5 pieces of hot wings, disgusting overcooked and battered in this chilly flake batter. Very unpleasant to the eye and doesn't taste good at all.

Ordered southern fried chicken. ....will never do again it also my fault as used to use them all the time ...the chicken is bought in frozen and frozen can be good any taste to the original manufacturer breadcrumbs was lost due to it not only burnt the oil it's self was old to the smell and touch and taste ...really really poor ...called ed to let them know but had the feeling they already did .shame

Terrible order, kebab had no chilli or salad with it and was dry as boots. Burger was burnt...cheesey chips were just old fries with cold cheese on. Disgusting and utter waste of money

Gone down hill so much. Changed there meanu so it's cheaper quality and the last 3 times got the order wrong defo would think twice before using them again.

Not What You Would Really Expect. Stone Cold Especially When You've Gone To Pay £3 for an Express Delivery, It Still Took over 80 Minutes. DON'T MAKE SILLY PROMISES AND TAKE MONEY FOR THEM WHEN YOU CANT FULFILL THEM. Pizza was totally different of what I had ordered, parmesan Definitely had no Beachmel Sauce on, it just had chedder and plain fried chicken nothing else. Mixed Kebab came in a frozen naan bread with some microwaved chicken and Donner Slices but the extreme low was the pieces of So Called Lamb Rashers Which In Reality Wasn't Lamb (sheep probably) and because of being microwaved it was so Rubbery & Chewy. Definitely Not Recommend This Place.

Ordered from here for years, sadly won't be ordering again. Food was 45 minutes late tonight, a quiet Monday night may I add, food came stone cold and wasn't even offered a refund for the express delivery I paid for. Time to go back to ordering from labella. Such a shame.

Ordered from here dozens of times and it's always been excellent, wide range of choice, good prices, decent delivery and the driver is always sound too! Had an issue once where I ordered to the wrong address, rang them up and it was sorted in seconds, top class service!

Worst takeaway ever. I.ordwred a large donner kebab on pitta and it came with 6 pices of kebab. Who is that actually gonna full up. I then complained and the man was very rude so I went down and he started being threatening. So i would not ever recommend this place. Worst takeaway ever

Raw chicken, pink throughout. Called the store and was abused by staff, the delivery driver turned up at my house with an aggressive attitude and said he was armed with ammunition. STAY AWAY.

Tonight I was unable to pay for my food due to my card having some issues with the pdq so they allowed me to take my food and return tomorrow with full trust that I will pay, as I will, thank you for the good food and your respect, I shall return tomorrow.

Always ordered pizza from here when I was younger and was always satisfied. Looks like it may have gone downhill though as it’s not the same as it used to be plus the hygiene is quite atrocious. Would recommend if you desperately need some food otherwise you could probably find better elsewhere.

I had a tasty, nicely full donner kebab and I had a nice chat with the staff, who were friendly and seemed like they were very happy to serve you rather than just going through the motions.

Best parmesan i have tasted had others for the same price but nothjng compared the these guys portion. Full parmesan can easily feed 3 people

Absolute joke, ordered over 2hrs ago and when i call to ask him where the delivery is, the gentleman states that he tried calling me to ask if it was a double booking on just eat!, as people make mistakes, you cant call the number back. After 2 hrs i call to be told my order wasnt sent out despite me having a message from just eat saying it was in the bag!. The staff clicked this just to keep their just eat ratings!. By all means order from here but i guarentee you will be waiting all night Thanks to your customer care team very helpful NOT!!!

Me and my partner ordered as we stayed in Leeds this weekend. We were extremely disappointed!! We’ve been ill due to the pizza we ate. When it arrived it’s had a really odd smell to it. We didn’t think any more of it. Then started to eat the two pizzas we ordered, it was that bad we couldn’t eat it. The food isn't fresh what so ever!! We literally had to throw it all away. It’s ruined our weekend as we couldn’t go anywhere due to feeling poorly from the food!!

From Bradford, ordered large Parmesan loved every bite of it, defo best place for a lovely Parmesan. Thanks guys👍

Good to go to if youre wanting something late night

This place is probably one of the best eateries in Leeds. Always fresh food, grest service and the food is really tasty. There is a variety to choose from, I generally get the Hot Shot Parmesan which is very very filling. If you are nearby or even stopping by do try this place for a quick bite.

Rather disappointing considering that the clear instructions are not followed, the food is wrong, the salads are gone off and the overall hygiene is poor. Used to be a very good take away now it is below par.

Food turned up 20 minutes late cold chips cold pizza and i wouldent reccomend using sicilys.. cheese sticks you get 4 cold cheese sticks for £2:00 shabby service poor effort only takes a phone call to say you will be a bit late turned up 20mins late no apology nothing .....

Ordered a "family size pizza" I asked for half and half. One half chicken and mushroom the other half chicken onion and peppers. When the pizza arrived it was a 14 inch pizza not the 16 inch family size as advertised. So basically they charged me £16 for a 14 inch chicken, mushroom, onion, pepper pizza. Its crystal clear that they are just trying to short hand you as much as possible because when I called them up to raise my concern they may as well of laughed in my face.

Pizzas' are nice, kebabs are ok too. Don't quite have the cutting edge but I like the way they season the chips. Fair play.

Ordered "mexicano" wich is mushroom ham pepperoni and onion......and got some random cheap ASDA sausege(pepperoni) jalapeno and cheese thing...the whole things tasted like vinegar and jalapenos. Horrible

I don't usually mind when a takeaway takes a long time to deliver or when they get the order slightly wrong but these guys sent me a gone off salad. How can you literally think it is acceptable to send your customers a brown salad?

Can't stress enough how much this place has gone down hill since the old days of Yasser and his brothers had the shop. If there was ever anything wrong them lads would rectify it without any bother. Now it's 1 star hygiene rating it took 2 hours to delivery to my door and I get keebbab meat that tastes like burnt chunks. I can still taste burnt in my mouth 2 hours after keebab. I'm NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and I've been going here like 10 years when it was on kirstall road it's sad because Sicily's was famous for a good reasons and now it's getting famous for bad reasons. Absolutely disgusting experience.... orderd via the website and an hour later when rang to be told oh your receipt has not been printed but yet the money was quick to be taken out and as a gesture free can of drink... oh how nice... and nothing eritten on website to say its down.

Been a loyal customer for years .. They used to be amazing but the Last 3 orders have been late by 2/3 hours - When called the guy was rude each time... Won't try them again. Food is aslo poor now too.. Wouldnt recommend at all. Avoid.
