Avoid this shop. the food doesn’t have any taste to it and some of the order was missing. First and last time we order from here. Avoid at all cost.

Well i just can't describe how disappointed i was after collecting my food. I love chinese food,but that what i got from this shop wasn't chinese.It literally had no flavour only some bitter aftertaste. It was my first and last order in there.

The food is always delicious tried other Chinese in the past never reached expectations like yours keep up the delicious food

Just ordered the same meal I have ordered for the past 12 months at the same address...it turns up..half is missing and hair in my beef!!! Rung them to explain what was happening and asked them to send their driver to get their food and give me my money and got nothing but abuse down the phone...wasn't interested at all!! NEVER EVER order from these set of jokers.... In your reply you said that I ate my whole meal when I said there was a hair...actually the meal went in the bin because of the hair and the fact by the time I had finished on the phone to you the meal was cold...I have ordered the same thing for the last 12 months...2 gravy IS NOT 1 gravy and 1 prawn crackers which IS what I ordered..complete and utter waste of time and money.. £20 down and I was still sat there hungry so thanks for that...I can promise I will not be spending another penny!!! If you mess an order up then rectify it!!! All you had to do was send the prawn crackers which would have taken 5 minutes but instead my partner had nothing to go with his SF rice...instead you spend nearly 10 min on the phone to me and my partner playing dumb!!!! Custom lost because you couldn't send me what I ordered... you have robbed me of £20...like you where told last night on the phone!

Great food but staff don't listen. Got wrong starter. They came to "swap" even though the starter l ordered was £4 cheaper. Would not refund difference even though their mistake. Quite p'd off. The driver was sweet & tried hard to get refund. I said to him forget it, it's a principle thing. Keep as a tip.

Just had a delivery arrived hot and looked appetising Won tons delicious and crispy,I ordered the mixed crispy noodles ,it was really nice good mixture and noodles were thin some soft some crispy, thoroughly enjoyed ,hubby ordered water chestnuts special equally tasty and fresh. We rang the order through the gentleman who answered was very polite and patient as we didnt have site of a menu ,delivery driver friendly Will definitely order again

I've been getting takeaway from here for years now but today I ordered chicken curry ... I was so disappointed it was not to standard I couldn't taste no extra chilli or ginger the chicken was squishy and didn't taste right ... half the curry was packed out with raw onions ... I feel its not how it used to be and do feel very disappointed it used to be the best in beeston at one time but unfortunately its sad to say it but not anymore 😔

Ordered 5 meals for £15 and I truly belive it was one of the nicest Chineses I have had! Everything we chose was delicious and cooked perfectly. Even the chips where perfect which is rare as they usually end up soggy... Will order again 1000%

Called 55 times, love the food but takes ages to get on a call.

Really bad service. Food cold. Chips reheated and everything is onions and cheap vegetable. If you order food with meat then expect to be disappointed. I bet the spare are more like spare bones

Ordered from here yesterday and I must say the food was absolutely gorgeous. The estimated time for delivery was correct too. Great value for money as they do 5 items for £15 very worth it. Best Chinese takeaway around in my opinion

Got a delivery today gave driver tip said 1 hour to 1.5 hours came in 40 mins a bonus as was hungry but was really cold couldn't eat it and full of onion never seen so much onion in a curry very disappointed going to look else where from now on

I always order form here and it's always lovely and I'll never go to another Chinese. But unfortunately yesterday I ordered over the phone, delivery took over an hour, plus I ordered a chicken curry - whilst I was eating it, I noticed a prawn in my curry ( which I'm allergic too ) and what looked to be beef meat, and very small amount of chicken. I only didn't ring to complain because I waited a while for my order. But unfortunately its put me off on ordering again for a while.

Absolute jokers. 1hr 25mins for food to come and when it come salt n pepper chips defo been re heated ive been one of them guys thats been smashed n woke up n munched cold food half cut still so i no the taste n thats defo re heated chips. Im a regular customer n the quality of food in past few months is shocking and defo gonna have to look elsewhere.

I loved the food. Such great value for money aswell. Definitely recommended. They have this deal £13.50 and trust me enough food for 3 people m.

The lady on the phone was very polite and magnificently polite when it came to explaining my options on the "5 mains for £13.50" offer which is, by the way, really good value. The food arrived a lot sooner than promised, boiling hot, and the delivery person was a darling. The food itself was beautiful. Very soft and plentiful beef in the chow mein, plenty of fresh veggies in the curry and the sauce of the crispy shredded chicken is something to write home about. I never intended to eat as much as I did but couldn't stop, seriously, that's some lovely grub!

This is disgusting the food was horrible and slimy..took 15 mins from ordering to delivery the staff was so rude when we rang to complain the owner turned up to my house with an attitude and tried to say I was lying gave them the food back apart from the wantons as I ate them and then tried to charge me £8 for them .disgusting food and behaviour

The 5 dish deal looks like good value but the quality isn't there. Rice definitely not fresh guessing reheated, chicken like jelly, and pork tough. Sauces all a bit bland. Won't be going back.

Ordered food 2 hours ago and still sat waiting. Rang twice and told 10 minutes that was an hour ago!! Then they cut the phone off for abit and now telling us its on its way but dont even have our address to hand to check!! Shocking its never usually like this

Well every time I order i order from the 5 dish's for 12.50 and I must say for 13.50 as there is a £1 delivery charge the Food is always 👌and piping hot. more than enough for one person and as my frend discovered today definitely enough for 2 possibley 3. delivered on time as always thank you very much for your service its much appreciated

The food is amazing for the price I've ordered for over a year. I've had 1 mistake on my order and I order 3 times aweek so not a problem. The lad who answers the phone is so polite. He talks to us as I excepted to be spoken so polite not like another of takeaways big thumbs 👍 up to him

Ordered for my family never had a problem but wow absolutely disgusted at there food needs health and safety rice was reheated when contained chicken then there’s a fresh portion they brought back because I complained

We have been ordering meals from East Garden for years and I honestly can say the food is always very good. We love the 5 meal deal and so does our family and friends. We love making a family buffet from the wide choice of dishes on the menu. Thank you East Garden.

Would have gave 0 if I could first time ordering from here last night spent £28 and the food was cold and disgusting Singapore special chow mein was that dry we couldn't swallow it the salt and pepper chicken pieces were dry and not chicken hardly any seasoning on sweet and sour chicken balls were greasy and full of fat never again

I've been longing for nice Chinese food until I found this little gem. Seriously, 5 (out of 81) dishes to choose from their special menu for £12, you can't find a better value for money than this. The salt and pepper chicken wings is a must for anyone who is seriously looking for "proper" Chinese food. Even my 3 fuzzy eaters (wife + 2 daughters) have their thumbs up.

Recently had a party and decided to order chinese instead of doing a buffet. Loved the 5 dishes for £11.60 offer, so ordered four of these, which meant I had 20 different dishes. Added some spring rolls, rice and chips and there was more than enough for my 14 guests. Ordered at 5pm, and asked for delivery at around 7pm. Food arrived piping hot at 7pm on the dot! Excellent service, quality food and exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

Orderd from there last night and I'm still being sick this morning, all I had was chicken fried rice chips and gravy! Feel like I've been poisoned what a waste of £15👎

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!!! Placed my order with the RUDE receptionest to then ring back an hour and half later and be told my takeaway was on its way, 20 minutes later still no takeaway so i phoned up again to be spoken to with utter disrespect and the phone slammed down on me. Disgusting to say i have been ordering from here regulaly they will never get my custom again!! Rude and disrespectful and fail to delivery your order when youve been waiting almost 2 hours!

I can only give my honest unbiased opinion, I have just had a meal from their special menu, any 5 choices from a good selection (80 I believe) for £11.60 the food is really good, tasty and excellent value, delivered exactly at the time given, the best takeaway that I have had the pleasure to eat in a long time.

Take no notice of the bad review above, we've used this take away for years and the food is lovely. They offer 5 dishes for £11.40 which is really good value. The delivery service is efficient and quick. We've never had a problem at all.

Order here every time we want a Chinese but tonight has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had with this Chinese. The girl on the phone sounded like she had no clue what she was doing even when we asked for a certain meal (which is on the menu) was so confused. The food arrived and we noticed some dishes were wrong.. even though we order the same every time. We rang up and told them but the girl on the phone said “oh” so after getting more annoyed we asked to speak to the owner who then said they would get the driver to bring the dishes we actually ordered and we have to give the others back.. they’re obviously going to use them for someone else dish (sorry if that was you😂) so anyway after eating the dishes that did come that we ordered the others still haven’t arrived. After finishing our food (25-30minutes since ringing back to complain) our correct dishes came. Food was cold and tasteless. This place has really gone downhill. Will be looking for somewhere else in future.

We ordered the 5 for £11.60 two chicken chow mein, two sweet and sour chicken and vegetarian spring rolls. We also got fried rice and chips so I’m total £15.10 which is an amazing price. Food was really tasty. Sweet and sour wasn’t too sweet or rich so didn’t make us feel dirty afterwards which was great. The only thing I marked them down for was they could have better telephone manners as after I’d placed my order they told me the price and hung up before I could ask for an ETA..

Was looking at the menu from outside and noticed some hideous looking thing sitting there on the till on the phone whilst stuffing her face with a spring roll,grease hanging off her lip.rather off putting.went elsewhere.

We order the five dishes for £11.30 regularly without so much as a hiccup in the past, but tonight we ordered the same dishes as always, special fried rice which tasted rubbery! Chicken chow mien which smelt like the chicken had been used from a week ago never mind the smell! Special curry the mushrooms tasted like they had been kicked around the floor then sat in battery acid for ten minutes before been served on the plate! Beef in black bean sauce the beef tasted awful and there was far to many peppers in the dish to distinguish between the flavours! Chips which look like last nights left overs! The only thing that tasted and smelt fresh was the prawn crackers, needless to say we won't be ordering from them again anytime soon, I would advise other people to use an alternative Chinese as we will be ourselves in future.

Absolutely appalling! Just received my order after over an hour waiting to get my food raw! Not even cooked enough to eat it! Call them to tell them I want something that is cooked and the horrible woman on the phone starts shouting down it! Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER! Used East garden for 10 years. But after 2night never again. Screwed up my order and wouldn't put it right. Why would order 1 dish we don't like let alone 2 of them. Lass on phone was so rude when i phoned to complain. Was so looking forward to it and all I want to do now is cry. Better go and make my family something else for tea.

Creo que lo mismo. Nunca tuvimos un problema antes hasta esta noche. Hicimos un pedido cuando llegamos estaba mal. Llamé fue mi culpa igual que otra crítica. Persona tomando la nueva persona algunos pedidos nunca hablaba antes era muy grosera diciendo que no pedir realmente necesita ayuda en servicio al cliente I am estaba echando humo sobre lo que ha sucedido orden de ellos todo el tiempo. Algo que podría haber sido puesto adecuado de estupefacientes fuera de proporción gracias a una persona que se me subió poco tiene que aprender algunos modales. Nunca orden desde allí hay más lugares de mucho.
