terrible - ordered food was missing, no help trying to resolve it, terrible customer service and rude staff, food that did arrive was not worth the price, would not order again

...after a change of ownership. Been ordering the combo trays at a cost of £7.00 4 chicken balls, beef with black bean sauce, chips and a can of Tango for me was devoured and enjoyed. Multiply this by 4 and add 2 pancake rolls, a family of 4 was well fed for £31.10 Highly recommended 9/10

Vivo en el sur y cada vez que visito Leeds, mi primer puerto de escala es SIEMPRE Magic Wok. SIEMPRE ordeno costillas y chips de sal y pimienta. . . . . . son para morirse y me garantizo que los anhelaré una vez que regrese a casa. Cuando vivía en Leeds, Magic Wok era el ÚNICO restaurante chino que usaría. He tenido muchos platos de aquí, pero prefiero las costillas y las patatas fritas Bien vale la pena visitar y los tamaños de las porciones son mucho más grandes que lo que obtienes aquí.

order here quite a lot so was quite disappointed after this order. order was 15 minutes late food was only just warm when opening so was cold by the time I got halfway through it. only good thing was the salt and pepper chips. can never complain about them. curry was watery. no flavouring to it. really disappointed

The quinoa burger from here is the best vegan burger I've ever had. Would defo recommend.

My food didn't even turn up shocking service

let's start with the good, food hot, most of it tasted awesome.... now the bad, chips were horrible, tasted stale as if they had been lying around for hours. ordered at 8.20 and they delivered at 9.55, a full 25 mins past the time quoted of 9.30. when ringing the takeaway there was no apology or remorse. stay away from these guys.

Delivery was 45 minutes late and we were not informed. Chicken balls were only thin slices of chicken in super thick batter. Sweet and sour sauce was really bland I could only taste vinegar in it. Crispy chill beef tasted nice but the portion was tiny I wish I could show the picture. They have the thinnest beef strips I've ever seen and it was shocking. I've seen a lot of good reviews thats why we ordered, I hope they are just having a bad day but I will never order again anyway.

Spare ribs were disgusting (didn't taste like any lamb I've ever eaten and definitely weren't in bbq sauce.) The rest of the food wasn't too bad. Don't know if I'd order again though as the spare ribs have really put me off.

Chicken not cooked properly. I got salt & pepper chicken and crispy beef & chicken in ok sauce. I ordered these meals knowing that the meat would be cooked and deep fried so chances are would be cooked. First time ordering from here and certainly the last!! The meat was far too soft, juicy and not even turned white at all! The texture was like jelly! Not happy and also was late! Il be complaining to justeat

Just remember Thai curries from here don't come with rice or chips like other dishes. Mad panic to cook rice once delivered not good on a Friday xxxx

Delay in delivery could be due to it being first time ordering. It was worth waiting for, the food was still hot and was some of the nicest takeaway I've had, fresh tasty ingredients. Will use again!

Won't order from here again. Food arrived late and delivery driver was rude. Menu on just eat clearly states that when you order over a certain amount you are entitled to a free bottle of pop and to request this in the comments box. When he arrived with the food he claimed that someone had rung and spoken to me about this and advised that they only offer this if you order by phone. This was not the case. I had not received any telephone call and as this offer is clearly stated all over just eat it is false advertising. It comes down to principles. Do not offer something in writing if you are not prepared to honour it. Disgraceful service.

Will not order from here again. Food was late, substandard and incomplete. We had guests over and the missing food meant that we could not all eat together. When I rang to let the restaurant know about the missing food they were reluctant to provide it. And the guaranteed arrival time of said items was over double that stated. They were however eager to inform me that the reason for this problem was the 'large commission taken from JustEat'. Poor food. Poor Service. Poor Business. Thank you.

The food was great, but delivery was half an hour late, totalling it to an hour and a half from order to delivery which is a very long time. We had to phone up about some questions with the menu and the staff had no clue what he was talking about, having to go and ask someone else 3 times to finally get an answer. We ordered from here as our usual place was closed and the reviews looked good. The honey ribs tasted like fat and they went in the bin. The crispy Chili chicken and beef was just crispy, there was no meat in the crispy fried batter. Noodles were greasy. Most went in the bin, very disappointed.

Lovely food as usual thanks! Driver was really rude and shouted at me because he couldn't get through to my phone which is terrible! And said he has been waiting nearly an hour but the food was still really hot. Anyway no matter what I don't think anyone providing a service should shout at the customer.

The app gave a delivery time of 9pm which meant an hour wait. We waited 2 hours for our food with no apology just said they were very busy. Delicious food just shame about the waiting time.

Get the combination starter!!! The chicken, wow the chicken!!!! The purest definition of crispy! Noodles were bangin' as always. I always over order because it makes a good breakfast aha. Definitely order again.

Food was ok. Sadly I found it hard to eat the salt and pepper wings. Only because I could tell they had been fried at the same time as prawns, which was a shame. Prawns make me gip but they were great value and perfectly made.

I usually struggle to find a Chinese restaurant that caters for a fussy vegetarian but I can't say a bad word. Food is great and delivery is speedy.

Ordered three meals. All spicy, all came bland, mild and flavourless, basically spent 18 quid to eat fried rice and sweet and sour sauce, the rest wasn't even worth eating. Disappointing and a waste of money.

If I hadn 't have used this shop before I'd have said the food was good. However as a previous customer I definitely think the quality is not on par with before. Good food, but not as good as it used to be.

I live just 5min walking from this restaurant,and the food was delivered very late..almost 3hrs and half after i've made the order. ever if I 've void my order 1 hr before they knock to my door and pretend to delivery it. I just said "no thank you". Very poor service mates. You can do better.

This red curry had two fat like balls in the bottom of the container which were grey in colour. And the chicken and sweet corn soup had a peice of white plastic in it.

I never give a bad review but was really disappointed by the service tonight. I rarely ever get delivery and decided to treat myself tonight, especially with a piece of mango cheesecake. The rice and noodle dishes tasted the same and the mango cheesecake was a cheap and old tasting sponge cake with very sweet whipped cream. I don't think I'll order from here again.
