Taco Bell in Birmingham

The Tacos and Nachos could be better. Quite bland. Expected better. Churros were delicious and crispy. The place needs cleaning.

I love taco's but this place is seriously far from a good taco. The restaurant was quiet, but despite that it was messy and dirty, so why the staff couldn't be bothered to keep the place keep is beyond me. Staff were not the brightest and ended up getting our order wrong. Food was horrendous. This is meant to be a TACO BELL, but the food just looked and tasted cheap. You get better food from vending machine.

Tiny portions and doesn’t taste Mexican at all Took ages to deliver and when it arrived it was cold so i wont be eating this again

I ordered via deliveroo I choose vegetarian items The crunchy taco had next to no filling - the burrito came with beef When I called the shop and gave them the details off the receipt they said I had not ordered anything and should contact Deliveroo Gormless staff member and the food was appalling

Don’t bother. The taco was greasy and about as much like the images in the store as a pile of tyres. Tasted like rubbish too. Gross

Came to new Taco Bell, one table taken all the rest empty and every single table was dirty from previous customers. 5 members of staff 2 of which had just come in from vaping, didn’t see if they had washed there hands when coming back in thank goodness they wasn’t cooking the food. 3 girls where busy cooking and sorting the online orders. One lad took our order and then just walked away never said anything. Food was ok after the 5 minutes wait, it’s wasn’t piping hot but edible. Not sure if I’ll bother going back the girls where really nice the lads didn’t seem to be doing a lot they could of wiped down the tables and had a sweep around. I’d like to think it’s a one off but ready the previous reviews it looks like it’s alway dirty in there.

I am a fan of Taco Bell & have tried the one in Vegas & London so was excited to try this one. What a disappointment. The tacos are the smallest I have ever seen overloaded with too much lettuce, powdery cheese & not much flavour. It was clear the fries had been sat that for sometime as they were soggy. The restaurant had not been cleaned from previous diners & we actually struggled to find a clean table. I’m surprised this is still open & was taken aback at the amount of food delivery drivers collecting orders which I believe is what’s keeping this place open & is therefore their focus.

Clearly could see that food was jut pre prepared and warmed up, everything tasted the same Taco filling was mostly lettuce, fries was pure Taco Bell flavouring Will not be returning which is a shame as I was excited to try eating here Nachos was over spiced and all tasted the same

Came on a Sunday morning 11.30 with my daughter Ordered and the self ordering u it was very grubby but we sat down at a nearby table. I went to use the toilet mess and paper everywhere.they were literally filthy had not been cleaned fir a long time No soap And even no water ! Tap did not work Empty vodka bottle stuck at the back of the cistern Fir a food establishment this is unforgivable As we left the state of the windows ar the front told the same story I will never return God knows what the kit hen is like !!

If not able to fulfil orders should not accept them. Order places at 6.30pm and still not arrived by 8.45pm,

Tiny portions, bland, poor quality, missing items & cold. Ordered twice from this branch and have not enjoyed the food at all. The quesadilla is basically empty & the tacos are so small it’s embarrassing. Embarrassed I gave them a second chance. Save your money you can make better tacos at home

I have ordered on x 4 occasions for myself and family/friends. On two of those occasions - items were missing from my order when they were delivered, Because they were part of a combination order - they cannot be itemised on the 'Just Food' site - therefore - I cannot complain! I have phoned Taco Bell who tell me - it isn't their responsibility, even though they make up the order - and that I must take it up with 'Just Eat' - a sort of Catch 22!!! Well I suppose getting the order right 50% of the time is something??? Isn't it???

I'm a big fan of Taco Bell after several visits to the US over the years so when I was looking for a quick lunch in Sutton Coldfield and I saw there was one nearby I decided to visit. I ordered on my phone easily enough but things went downhill from there. My order seemed to be taking a very long time and this was possibly explained by one member of staff being on their phone and another leaning up against one of the counters and not appearing to be doing much else. Judging by the number of frustrated people waiting I wasn't alone in having to be patient. There was a lady at the till who appeared to be in charge and she seemed to be doing her best. She certainly reprimanded a staff member called Ethan quickly enough when he hurt himself and swore under his breath. He denied it but the lady told him that he knew what he did...and so did a few customers. Eventually my order arrived and I told the guy with short dreads behind the counter that it was mine. He seemed to be quite confused and wandered off. He appeared a few minutes later to be reprimanded by the lady in charge telling him that she told him that it was my order a couple of minutes earlier. At this point I finally got my order but the guy with dreads didn't seem to be sure of what was going on. Perhaps he'd had a heavy night out the night before. The food was tasty enough but the staff in the place seemed to be less than enthusiastic about their work and lacking basic customer service skills. They definitely need a bit of training, apart from the lady on the till. The upstairs disabled toilet was in a bit of a state too. I would have given a lower rating if it hadn't been for the food. Must do better.
