My order arrived in the middle of the day. It's the first time I'm ordering from the store

PLEASE ADD AN OPTION TO ADD THE FREE HOT SAUCE PACKETS. It’s ridiculous that every time hot sauce is requested, you get nothing. Which is otherwise free when picking up.

We order cheese black beans burrito after payment they are said we have no rice and we make another one veg burrito we said no it’s give back our payment she said it’s late you come tomorrow and take your order or payment I’m so upset about your service it’s too bed service for us.

Didn’t get what I paid for. Ordered a large meal and received a regular. Can of drink instead of bottle, regular fries instead of large. Food was also cold. Not happy on this occasion. When you pay higher prices online, plus delivery and service charges, you should at least get what you paid for

Wow ! The volcano bean and chicken burritos really tasted delicious . I ordered chicken chalupa and fries . Was such a delight of spicy flavors. I also liked the £1.99 bean burrito, spicy chicken baby burrito. Will visit again! 😋☺️

I had such a ridiculous experience with this tech bell. I ordered fries and git cold when I directly went to them showing my fties they said I ate and gave back I showed them full bag of fries who j was not eaten. Additionally, when I ordered burrito as a Hindu it's prohibited to eat beef un my religion. Inspite of getting beans burrito I got beefy burrito and later on they refused to either change or refund. We were regular customer but sorry to say we would never order from this tech bell specially because of that hijabi lady who had been so rude to us.

Fries are cold. And they are telling us this time eat this cold fries we will give you next time extra fries. As a hindu we are prohibited to eat beef. They gave us beef burrito and after they said it's your fault they are shouting on us. We are regular customers. But this is very bad service i ever seen in food industry

Firstly, I ordered this Wednesday and had a bad experience with them( placed an order at half past eight and was left waiting til half past ten, when I finally cancelled the order) Today I decided to give them another chance. Everything came on time. I ordered and 35 minutes later the food arrived. It was okay. The cinnamon twists are really nice. The soft tacos were great. Fries and nachos as well. Lastly, stay away from their “grilled chicken “ I don’t know what the heck that was!

It was nice that they were opened till late because of a concert so people had the opportunity to eat after. Nice warm food.

We ate here on the day of a Taylor Swift concert and the food tasted amazing. We all enjoyed what we ordered. My only issue was one of the self service ordering machines was not working and this created abnormally long queues as people decided what to order. Food was good!!!

was waiting for 20 minutes for just a pepsi in an empty restaurant (not even a bit busy). staff were in the back and out of reach the entire time and ignored me. a man came in he got his order before me. Just to remind everyone i got a regular pepsi max and nothing else. Im so disappointed. No apology or anything.

Small Taco Bell is designed for takeaway as there is no seating area inside or toilets. Very small inside, with 2 self-serve kiosks, cash desk, and food collection area. 2 tables outside where you can sit and eat.

Dear Taco Bell, I'm experiencing a burrito mystery. Yesterday, I ordered a Volcano Burrito meal, and it was love at first bite. Today, I ordered the same meal, but it came with different sides and sauces. Did my burrito go on vacation and come back with new friends? I'll still eat it, but i was hoping to get the same meal twice

First time trying. Food was delivered already cold. Potato fries cold and soggy. But I do understand- we live in hanger lane and delivery man came by bicycle all the the from Wembley... thank you. Guacamole sauce was served in the very little dish, very little amount ( one teaspoon in each dich) and costing £1.49 each... disappointed, really. Nacho chips not crispy, soft from cheese sauce, went to the bin straight... Will never order again for home delivery. Not. Today spended £68 , never again. Thank you. Good luck.

It was smaller than we expected with only outside seating, but don't let that put you off... the food and price were brilliant... this was a tick on my daughters bucket list to eat here, she wasn't disappointed.... nore me....

I order from these folks often via UrberEats and I find the food always good, and really really good value for money on alot of the very generiously priced items. Its a pitty that on the urber eats menu there is no option for double meat. thanks for the great food!

Got a take away for my son who devoured it! I waited outside for the order and only noticed that it needed to be cleaned up a bit.

Order never arrived. Just eat should not have a system where drivers can mark deliveries as “delivered” without proof. Now I will have to order this again.

I oredered food regrettabley at the last 15 min of them closing. They rushed my order two tacos cams broken cheese sauce spilt. The food was not up to temp three people who ate from there have since been on and off the toilet one even vomiting . I did the right thing i called the branch in the morning where i was met with a “manager” of the name konal . He was extremely rude over the phone was not helpful at all . I explained my experience he then told me he cannot help me and told me i was lying. I had two conversations with him as it cut out on the second he told me hes speaking to me too many times and would not attend any further calls and then hung up the phone. I am outraged with the service. This manager needs to be fired simply because of the way he handled a complaint let alone being able to speak english to me to attend the issue. I am i giving @ tacobell one chance to resolve this before i take this through deliveroo and further post my videos and etc online and if all fails will be requesting a charge back through my card. I still cant believe how a “manager” was so rude and unprofessional in helping me resolve this .

Totally rubbish service. IF IN A RUSH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. Ordered food at 9:40 and was to be delivered at 10:15pm Time kept on being extended and with no sign of delivery movement Tired to ring them no one would pick up call. Delivery Partner ended up cancelling the order at 10:55pm. With no food delivered.

Even though we found the food tasty, we didn't get all our order. This isn't the first time this has happened. From them swapping items, leaving some out. Only a handful of times I have actually got what I ordered.

Pepsi was warm, the tacos were dry no sauce at all the cheeses in the taco was not even melted for this order I just received one sachet of mayo and ketchup

I really don't know how they bout the food in the same bag with the soft drink the food become cold like ice and the drink is hot like fire..I really don't like this they should bout the drink separately in another bag not with the food... I will order from another branch next time.

The food was good as always but half of the items were not even warm, but cold. As for the menu, I belive they should be at least slightly warm. Also not a massive issue but no of the items were marked, which I belive might be an useful thing in the future (especially wrapping already had a tick box option) to help customers determine which item is which, especially for split order

Ordered delivery and specifically asked for no cheese, as I am allergic and everything came cold and with cheese. So disappointed and very dangerous of them to do this as I am 9 months pregnant. The order also took 40 minutes to come. I called up and they told me to cancel on uber eats and get a refund, that isn’t possible though because it’s already arrived….
