The bar run by EJ and Annie is great! They do a great job, the best part is the karaoke hours! I love spending time there after work or on weekends! Atmosphere is amazing, they can take care of their guests like no one else. I highly recommend visiting this place!

You cannot get the same amazing experience anywhere else! The location is great, all transportation are within walking distance, including buses and train station. Various restaurants, grocery stores and places of activities are available. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean and they have wardrobe spaces available. I stayed here last year as well and there were improvements on the decoration in the room. Amazing value for a place to stay in London! They have reopened the bar downstairs again and it was definitely the highlight of my trip! There was a karaoke night on the Friday and Saturday we stayed there and it was one of the most fun I've ever had in a vacation. I got to meet, dance and sing with the locals and staff there. The atmosphere was so friendly, welcoming and so much fun! Annie and EJ were really great and really made us feel welcomed. I really recommend a stay here and go to the pub downstairs as well for lots of fun!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, being welcomed by Mr Tilak He was looking after us in the most hospitable way. The hotel was located central and proximate to everywhere . Our room was spotless clean and quiet We definitely will co.e back again

The gentleman that came down to open the door was lovely, really helpful and friendly and the room was great BUT no bottled water as per advert, toilet was blocked and shower head was broken, no one answered the emergency phone when we tried to report it. Restaurant was closed so no breakfast, no food available as per advert. For £108 a night? Not worth it.

Lovely old building. Really liked all the vintage furniture- made a difference to the standard travelodge/ chain set up. The manager was on the ball and really helpful. Parking behind the building which was great. Around 5-10mins walk to tube. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for a week for work, great place, nice building and within walking distance from the tube station. There's lots of food joints open at night and plenty of supermarkets too. Room very nice and quiet. Lovely building and well kept too. Will definitely be looking into staying here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Windmill Hotel in Cricklewood. The location was perfect for me to visit people in the northwest of London, Central London and South London. The room was perfectly clean, en-suite, I even had a kettle. The service was brilliant, friendly and informative. I will definitely be staying there again when I return next year!

We stayed here for one night before a concert in the OVO arena. It is around 13 min walk straight on one road from the Kilburn underground station. Christine at the desk couldn’t be more helpful in offering us the room 30 mins before check in and is very helpful. We got the ground floor room 117 and it was comfortable and large. Clean and perfectly working shower and toilet. Has all the basic amenities ( except a microwave and fridge if you’re from the US). No air conditioning but tge room temperature was fine in mid June. The place offered breakfast for £7 which is a good price but we could not sample it as we’re leaving before 7 in the morning on a Sunday when it was being served. There’s a bus stop right infront of the hotel and lots of eateries around. The place appeared safe even when we walked in at 1130 in the night.

This is a lovely affordable hotel with very easy public transport into central London. I'm s a 3 min bus to the Jubilee line which is 15 mins into central. Has everything you need, good WiFi and a nice breakfast. Rooms are pleasant and clean. The manager is amazing and will go out of her way to make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend for commuting workers that stay over or visitors to London.

Nothing wrong with the service; I was sent all the necessary details to access the hotel and my room well before check-in. Because of this ai did not see anyone from the hotel… no issues though; the Fromm was fantastic. Clean, secure, spacious. Recently renovated and plenty of amenities. Would recommend as a well place London hotel

Great, affordable hotel for London. Clean and rustically beautiful. The ladies at the bar and at reception were all very friendly and attentive. Recently there has been a good breakfast that goes beyond a continental. Coffee, tea, cereals, sausages, cheese, etc. The price of these is unbeatable in London. The hotel is located a little outside, but a little quieter. With the bus stop right in front of the door you can get to the town center very quickly. In the evening you can stop at the pub downstairs. I would really like to come back here. MUST BOOK DIRECTLY via email at the hotel. It is worth it ..

The hotel is a cozy, no-frills bed and breakfast in which we felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, Christin was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the bar was being renovated while we were there and we also had the impression that our room had only recently been renovated. Cricklewood is not the City of London, but it is a charming area with lots of good international restaurants and cafes, which we really liked. We'd love to come back.

Christin's prompt and helpful responses to my queries, especially when I found myself locked outside the door, showcased a commitment to guest satisfaction. Her assistance in unlocking the digital padlock to retrieve the key was a lifesaver. The cleanliness of the bathroom left a lasting impression. It was superbly maintained, with a toilet bowl that seemed to defy the laws of aging. The bathroom, shower doors, toilet, and sink were spotless, leaving me wondering about the magic behind their cleaning routine. While the room heater experienced a minor glitch, the staff assured me they were actively working to improve the overall system. The room itself had a cozy, homestay vibe, making it suitable for an extended stay in London. However, privacy was a tad compromised due to limited soundproofing; conversations from neighboring rooms were audible, particularly on level 1. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel's pricing was undeniably worth every cent. The homely atmosphere, coupled with the dedication to guest comfort, made the overall experience positive. The provision of breakfast added to the convenience. The hotel's location in Cricklewood proved accessible, with a Thai supermarket across the street. Although there was no nearby train station, buses provided easy access to the centralized side of London within a reasonable timeframe. As a local Singaporean, staying in the area was a pleasant surprise. Christin's amicable and approachable demeanor added a personal touch to the experience. The presence of Kensington tube station in proximity further enhanced the hotel's accessibility. While the window lacked a scenic view, the comfortable amenities compensated for it. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider passcode doors for added guest convenience. Additionally, I recommend implementing a system to secure amenities like hairdryers, perhaps by securing guests' credit cards, to prevent theft and ensure consistent availability. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Windmill. The blend of affordability, location, and facilities makes it a highly recommended choice for travelers seeking cozy and welcoming accommodation in London. El hotel en sí está super bien, las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones grandes con baño privado (también amplio). Ofrecen desayunos (buffet básico) por 6 libras. El servicio de limpieza de 3 días que estuvimos, 1 dia hicieron las camas y las toallas no nos las cambiaron. Para nosotras el único “problema” fue que no habían recepción en sí. El día que llegamos coincidió que estaba la chica por allí y nos pudo atender, pero en teoría te envían un código por email que nunca me llegó. Y a la hora de irnos, queríamos preguntar si había guarda-equipaje y tuvimos que esperar a que apareciera la chica. (En teoría sí que lo ofrecen dentro del precio). La ubicación es un poco lejana del centro, a media hora más o menos en metro, dependiendo de la zona a la que se vaya. Si cuentas con los buses, hay una estación justo enfrente del hotel pero la calle solo tiene un carril y hay mucho tráfico a veces. En general, está bien, es cómodo, pero le faltan esos detalles.

Todo bien, tienes lo que necesitas, pero en cuanto a la limpieza, solo se llevaban los cubos de basura y ya está! Ni una escoba

The room I had was pretty basic, and due to its small size the bedside table was not within reach but rather positioned in the window bay at the foot of the bed. Not so easy for phones, glasses, etc to be within reach when you are in bed. But the room and the ensuite were clean and functional and the beds were made and complimentary tea/coffee restocked daily. Can't really complain considering the price. Christina was very friendly and accomodating and the continental breakfast was very good value. The dining area is spacious and full of light - dare I say "opulent" in a real old London pub style. A great start to the morning. Finally, as a biker, I appreciated the secure and private parking at the back with a padlocked gate. Having had bikes stolen in London before, it gave me great peace of mind going out to spend some leisure time in London knowing my pride and joy was secure and not in plain sight of the otherwise bustling Cricklewood Broadway. Finally, the location is great for both public transport and to grab a post-pub bite to eat at stupid-O'clock in the early hours. Overall, an excellent stay and would visit again. A guest house. You get what you pay for. Clean, quiet. No luxury but a bed for the night with nice staff.

Wenn man ein einfaches und günstiges Hotel bucht, darf man kein Luxushotel erwarten, daher verstehe ich manche Bewertungen nicht. Die Zimmer sind klein und einfach, aber sauber und gemütlich. Scheinen kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Dafür, dass wir mitten in London waren, auch recht ruhig. Unser Zimmer lag hinten raus und wir haben sogar bei offenen Fenster ruhig geschlafen. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, da habe ich schon anderes erlebt in London. Der check in lief problemlos. Wir haben vor Anreise eine E-Mail mit Informieren erhalten. WLAN sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen

My husband and I stayed here back in September 23rd 2023. We were both pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, from easy booking in, comfortable stay and a relaxing ambience.The owner was very accommodating and just lovely. The breakfast (which was extra, but worth it) was a fabulous spread of continental delights, and was quickly topped up if anything ran out. We do hope to book here again this Xmas, for seeing the lights and shopping. Thank you 😊

Personale molto gentile, camere piccole ed accoglienti (andare a Londra per visitarla tutto il giorno ed avere una camera troppo grande non sono due cose che vanno d'accordo). Non troppo centrale, ma ben collegato e comunque in una zona molto gradevole con diversi servizi. Colazione ottima

The pub here is brilliant, with original features and beautifully decorated. There is also a large beer garden in the back, surrounded by plants and secluded away from the main road.

Not recommended! Poor ventilation and lots of noise. Small rooms and bathrooms.
