Sabores in Brent

I had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast buffet at Sabores Brazilian Restaurant, and it was fantastic! The variety of dishes was impressive, with fresh and authentic Brazilian flavours that made for a perfect start to the day. The service was equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience a taste of Brazil with excellent hospitality!

The only good thing about this place was the live music. Worst Brazilian restaurant I’ve had in london. The service was practically nonexistent to the point that I had to get up after waiting 20min and ask if I needed to order at the bar or if someone would come to our table. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to care and mumbled half a sentence. Eventually I ordered starters and a main - part of the starters never came even though we were told it was on its way. The food was not memorable. The chicken tasted like it was fried in oil that was previously used to fry some seafood. The cocktail was good. We spent over an hr at the restaurant but spent about 15min eating. Rest of the time was waiting. I ordered another drink which never came. Eventually I gave up waiting and asked for the bill - which also took a long time to come and I was charged for the items that never came. I was given a bill with no itemised receipt and funny enough the lady must have forgotten how to speak English because she acted like she didn’t understand me. I made the mistake of wasting more time by asking for a takeaway container because I couldn’t eat the food - but I wasn’t going to waste it. Eventually I gave up and left after waiting another 20 min for a takeaway container. Your money is better spent elsewhere!

I would like to express my frustration regarding my reservation today. I reserved a table for 14 people. The service was terrible! The waitress didn't speak Portuguese or English. There were several mistakes in the order, we waited 1 hour for the food, when only the food for the children and one adult arrived, who ate without anything to drink because the waitress hadn't included the drink in the order. I decided to check and the waitress hadn't included 3 dishes in the order, we had to wait another hour. Before going to the establishment, I had checked the prices online and when I got there, the prices on the menu were more expensive. I felt ridiculed in front of my guests, because they were all frustrated with my choice of restaurant. We went to lunch together and each of us ate at a different time. If that were the case, we would each eat at our own home. Absurd!!! We paid more than we expected and had terrible service. I didn't say anything when I paid because I had already been disrespected enough and the only thing I wanted to do was satisfy my hunger, which after waiting 2 hours was desperate (this is because the restaurant wasn't full) and leave the establishment. The food I ordered for 2 people according to the menu, you served enough for 1 person. When I complained to the manager, she made faces and didn't apologize or look me in the eye, she just took the plate and gave it to the waitress. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this restaurant and neither will my guests because we were disrespected in every way.

Wrong food. Missing items. No taste. Music and drinks were good

Very tough picanha… Bad things about the employees that the owner kept cursing in front of us without even having a reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered stroganoff and caldo de frango and received the wrong items. I tried to contact the restaurant, but they didn’t resolve my problem or take any responsibility. The items I’ve received are worth half of the amount I paid, but we were not open to taking any responsibility or proposing any possible solution

I went to reserve a table for 2 people, no response, I called, they answered and hung up on me, terrible, they lost 2 customers.

Lively place with amazing food and very attentive customer service. I went with my family and we had a joyful time.

I ordered a pastry, and as the price increased, I expected good quality. However, my pastry arrived soggy, dripping with oil, the dough was barely holding together. Disappointing!

The food is good and the service is good! Plus delivery at Uber East, and bad! It takes longer than the agreed time! !

We came to Sabores several times and loved the food but today we were served very poorly. The hearts were spoiled and we said we didn't want the hearts and they said they couldn't exchange it for a different meat. The waitress took the food back to remove the hearts and when she brought the meat, etc. everything was cold and we ended up eating the food cold. They could have done it all over again, but they didn't. When we asked for the bill we said that we weren't going to pay for the service and that we weren't going to pay the correct amount for the meat because we didn't eat the hearts. And as you can see in the photo this is for four people and that's what it says on the menu. And it's not worth the price. This is enough for two people. Before the portion was larger. We will never eat at Sabores again.

Good food. Good service. Way more expensive than similar places.

We waited a whole hour for food. The food arrived and the chips were over done, the steak was super chewy. Not to mention people that came in after us and ordered after got served their food first which is diabolic.

Very disappointed the started came crisp outside and cold inside. We order a picanha but I doubt that was picanha. The meet was very chewy and no good fat around.

The restaurant was empty at first thing in the morning, but for me and my daughter it was perfectly like that. I was on my way home from the swimming lesson and she really wanted an English breakfast. I chose Sabores because it's more Latin that way... The food was good and my lemonade was successful!

You just need to turn down the volume a little more to prevent customers from shouting, otherwise it's a super pleasant environment and Cristina is an excellent host! I highly recommend it and the cook and waiters are impeccable! I will come back again to taste excellent Brazilian food!

I have ordered picanha and the meat was so so bad hard and not tasty that i had 3 pieces and left the rest for trash. I chopped 5 slices to my son very small and even him couldnt chew the tiny pieces. The staff it self was lovely but the experience was horrible never going back there

Love the atmosphere in here. Staff are always polite and as helpful as can be though sometimes as expected English Language barrier. Cappuccino is spot on here. Always tastes good. Looks like a REAL CAPPUCCINO. I can't rate the food never tried or eaten from the menu. Never hungry when going in. Very clean and hygienic in public communial bareas. Would recommend checking out. Shame it closes early. Very Cultured (Latin, Brazil) this adds the extra touch. Shame I don't come here more often.

Authentic Brazilian food in town. Great costumer service.

I don't recommend it at all to anyone shopping there for the simple fact that the food takes over an hour for the food to arrive, I ordered a picanha on the grill for someone with mayonnaise and fries through Uber Eats, I ordered it around 10 :00pm and my order only arrived at 11:40 pm for me and it arrived cold and that wasn't even the driver's fault as I live less than 15 minutes from the restaurant and as soon as I saw that the food had already been ready, a driver took my order that only happened at 11:30 pm people, for the love of God, I was a customer at Flavors and I've had some problems with the service too. I recommend that you please improve your service with training or in some other way. My order arrived completely cold and in the situation shown in the photo and what's more, I ordered fries and I got fried bananas. If I could give 0 stars I would for sure. When ordering, you can see that I ordered chips and not fried bananas.

Food isn't better :) it came cold and our table wasn't ready, I ordered a portion before the main course and the main course arrived, and after they told me “we don't have that so it won't arrive” 🤣🤣 when are you going to order to remove the service charge. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. We ordered a starter and main course. The main course arrived before the starter, the food arrived cold and with no seasoning on the meat. The food arrived and we didn't even have cutlery available to eat or pick up the food. We asked for the bill and removed the service charge because we didn't have a good experience with our first time at the restaurant. The waiter simply said: “That's not my problem, the money isn't going to me anyway”. He also said that we should complain to the kitchen because the food arrived cold. Terrible!

Solicitei a picanha mal passada e veio praticamente queimada e não era totalmente picanha. A tal dupla Vitória e Rodolfo iam cantar as 4pm e 17:45 nada de música sendo que me senti envergonhada pois chamei pessoas para irem lá justamente para o suposto “show” que não aconteceu. Nunca escutei eles cantando e não quero certamente depois disso, afinal como diz o ditado” antes de ajudar o coitado procure saber pq ele é coitado”. O que salvou foram as atendentes que estavam totalmente dispostas a atender da melhor forma possível.

Lovely place to eat good choice of food. friendly lively atmosphere & great service. Lots of choice if you want to try something different. This time i had lasagne and my partner had a fish dish been here before and will be going again highly recommended

Beyond embarrassing service. I was having lunch with my friend on a Tuesday early afternoon, the only table in the restaurant. I’ve asked the bearded guy who served us for picanha. Picanha came with rice and on top of the rice there was a tiny chilli pepper, delicious. So I asked the guy if I could have one more and he say that he couldn’t give because that is only for decoration. He told us that the only way to have it was to order one more portion of rice which he charged 7.50£ He did not only lose the tips that I could have left, but I also asked to remove service charge for his pride. I literally asked for a single chilli pepper and he made us order one more portion of rice. Embarrassing at any level. Food I must say is quite good, I like the vibe, and I’m a local so I would want to go back to the place, but I would never want to come across such as inept waiter in my life. This is not just a review but a report to the owners of what kind of employee represents their place. That is far from hospitality

I went to have dinner with my wife and kids and at first all was good. But then the draft beer they brought was clearly gone. When we raised the issue with the waitress, she tried to dispute. The WORST happened when they brought the main plate. My wife found a fried BUG in the food. Appealing. And they still made me pay the bill. NEVER AGAIN

I have done takeaway several times before but yesterday have been in person. Food as usual very good, staff was very friendly and efficient. PS: menu here is old by about 10 years, refer to the menu in uber eats in case you want to check prices out. They also do live music, I will definitely go back for that! 🇧🇷🖖

I was attended by the manager who did not want to change a drink that was made very badly. She replied me very upset telling me 'YOU NEED TO PAY FOR YOUR DRINK' It was in the afternoon Saturday 25 November 2025.

I had been to this restaurant before, but today, my visit was memorable! The waitress Bruna was very attentive and helpful, the food was fresh and tasty, in addition to the welcoming atmosphere and good ambient music. I have definitely become a loyal customer, and I recommend this place to everyone. ❤️

We were for lunch yesterday and was An extremely unpleasant experience, we waited 2 hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, only one order came and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of the food, as the order was placed all together, and when we questioned the attendant she She was arrogant and mocking, saying that there were people in front of us, and that was fine but we weren't just waiting 40 minutes, we waited 2 hours. I love Sabores, the only problem is the waiting time. Last time we’ve been waiting for over 30 min to have our meals. But overall is such a lovely place, with an amazing menu.

One of the worst services I ever had! We went for lunch yesterday around 2pm, the restaurant had just 2 tables which they were finishing eating. It took a while to get the attention of the waitress so we waited at the door, she didn’t welcome us, just sit us. After it took a while to get the order done…. After, instead of giving us the drinks, she kept talking to other people out loud and cleaning the tables, it took a while to get our drinks. The food was good, but it was very annoying to eat in a place where staff talk so loud. The mains came wrong, when we asked to change, she didn’t say anything and made a rude face, when we ordered second drinks again, no response, just walk away. When we got the bill, she didn’t even put the bill on the table, just charged straight away on the card machine. Completely unfriendly and rude. I don’t come back and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Last Sunday we had dinner at this place arrived without a reservation still they got us a table getting in looking at the tables people seemed happy, all empty tables were reserved so they gave us a table at the back, didn’t bothered me at all as we just wanted to eat, it was Divine will be coming back for sure also thank you for the service you guys were great 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Garçom muito atencioso, mas a comida péssimo, picanha queimada, torresmo nadando no óleo, carne de sol sem gosto , frango a passarinho com cheiro forte, o que valeu a pena foi justamente a música ao vivo e a cerveja que estava gelada.

Brazilian restaurant in one of the biggest brazilian neighborhood in London.

We ordered a couple of pastéis, and then we waited for about 40 minutes just to be informed that our order wasn't even noted down. When it finally came, it was too wet with oil, and it had black spots on it, indicating that it was fried in old burnt oil. The service is dismal, the staff doesn't seem very friendly. If you come here, be prepared for the looong wait.

Visitei o Sabores está tarde com família e amigos, enquanto a atmosfera estava agradável, achei que o prato que pedi estava b abaixo da qualidade esperado. O prato era bife a parmigiana que não exige muita esperteza para preparar e servir se o chefe é professional. Nesta ocasião, além de uma longa demora, o prato estava completamente incomestível!

Unidade Watford - Pior atendimento que eu já tive!!! Não recomendo!!! A atendente foi extremamente sem educação, ao chegarmos ela estava discutindo com outro funcionário, até aí tudo bem, depois cada pedido que eu fazia ela praticamente jogava as coisas na lateral da mesa, encerrou a cozinha sem avisar, nos respondia alto de dentro do balcão (mesmo se estivéssemos falando entre nos), pedimos para guardar o bolo e na hora do parabéns ela trouxe com a caixa para a mesa (todos restaurantes abrem e colocam as velas, não é?). Foi horrível!

My husband and came all the way from Portsmouth to visit this place. They told us there would be live Samba music, which we were looking forward to. However, that never happened. Just a couple of musicians singing a few Brazilian and English songs. The steak was tough and portions tiny. The order took over an hour to be served and customers who came in after us were served before. The wine was rank...it was even sweet. We won't be going back.

This is for the Bushey branch seeing as you don’t have a trip advisor for it !! Absolutely horrible steak. The chef was outside of the kitchen more than inside. The waitress could only make the 2 cocktails out of all the cocktails on the menu. We were not impressed at all. We go to Brazil frequently and this nothing like the cuisine there ! Not even close We are shocked that this restaurant is even running

I moved to London in Nov 2022 and, by accident, I've found this place. Surprisingly, the atmosphere caught me out and became a regular customer. Specially, during the weekend where I enjoyed live-music, I love that. Unfortunately, I had to move to the center London and now, I visit this place from time to time. Being a Spanish speaker, perhaps the Portuguese language made their work. Well, if you're still waiting for my feedback about the dishes, let me tell you that was the strawberry on top of the cake...enjoy your time in Sabores.

We ordered some main course and the chicken is over cooked and when we asked if they can change it they can’t do it. And told us we eat it or not we need to pay for that dish. The chef was so rude and can’t cook. Not a good place to have a first experience of Brazilian cuisine. Not recommended. It’s a worst place ever! It’s really embarrassing. Lasagna is very strange as well. The soup is really tasteless. Never gonna come again in this place!!!!

Gostei muito do atendimento, os funcionarios sao simpaticos e prestativos. Comi um pastel que estava uma delícia, super bem recheado, e bem sequinho sem oleo! A caipirinha estava perfeita, bem forte e sem muito açúcar, do jeito que eu gosto! Precos bem acessiveis, com certeza vou voltar!

Péssimo atendimento, cobrança indevida, demora nas chegadas dos pedidos. Gerente ou cobradora não sei com cara virada quando fomos reclamar das cobranças indevidas, humor péssimo! Um lugar que poderia ser agradável foi minha primeira vez e última não recomendo!!! Se não gosta de atender o público não trabalhe de garçonete.

O pior lugar que já fui em Londres, atendimento horrível, cerveja demora mais do que MacDonalds em sexta feira busy, pedido de picanha e vem carne de porco, uma garçonete horrível, não volto mais, prefiro comer em qualquer kebab de esquina do que voltar lá. Obs.: Única coisa que pretava era o cantor.

A lovely restaurant. A bit different from the other Brazilian restaurants, it makes me feel like some home made food. Cozy environment, friendly and passionate service. Just a bit expensive but acceptable. They said live Brazilian music perform every Saturday night. Gonna dine in there again and I'm sure it would be another joyful dinner for the family.

I was expecting more based on the photos they share. The service was below average, we had to wait 50 mins for our food to arrive even though there were only 4 tables occupied. The waitress were not checking on us (there were 4) and just to order drinks we had to wait 10 mins for just a couple of fantas!! The food was definitely not worth the wait. Overpriced and nothing special about it. When we finished our dinner, I ordered a coffee which I never had because the wait was way to long so I decided to go to the counter and pay for the dinner instead. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT! Over the past 3 months I’ve been here at least once a week, usually on a Saturday or Sunday. The staff are all really friendly, the drinks are SUPER CHILLED (the glasses are kept in the fridge as well 🥶 🍺 ) and the food is DELICIOUS. I always go for the picanha, but as I don’t go alone, I’m usually ordering the picanha (rare) for 2 which comes out sizzling on a hot plate. IT IS PERFECT, and an easy order if you are going with a friend as you get 4 different sides. The portions are huge and there is usually a little bit of space to fit a HUGE BRIGADEIRO 🤤 The toilets are always really clean, the restaurant is clean and well decorated, there is always Brazilian music playing in the background, and on Saturday nights they also have live music. Thanks to the staff at Sabores for always taking good care of us 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Looking forward to going there again this weekend 🤣🤣🤣 LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fui bem recebido no restaurante a comida estava excelente e saborosa

Fui visitar o restaurante pela primeira vez depois de muito tempo pedindo comida através de aplicativos, fui recebido muito bem pela garçonete que estava ao bar o qual me me levou até a mesa fazendo nos sentir bem e em casa, e fomos atendidos pela Stephanie que nos proporcionou um atendimento excepcional, pedi um pastel que além de ser super saboroso recheado era enorme e para beber uma piña colada que estava deliciosa e cremosa, um sabor tão intenso que dá vontade de pegar o metro e ir pedir outra super recomendo, o local é próximo a metro e parada de ônibus muito bom para quem disfruta de meios de transporte público.

Muito bom, é pra matar a saudade de casa.

Very bad first impression of this place. When we arrived nobody greeted us and it was almost as if the staff were avoiding eye contact with us. This is very different for the big welcome we get at other Brazilian restaurants. We waited over an hour for our main course which was pretty average when it arrived finally. The starters were lovely though so I can’t score this 1/5. During our hugely long wait we became so cold from the draft of the front door. It’s not insulated at all and you can feel a cold breeze on your hands and legs. This led to the majority of customers sitting with our winter coats on. The waiter did apologise for the long waiting times at the end for which I told him it’s not his fault. I wonder if this place is suffering from staff off with covid as it seemed the kitchen was overrun and there was a lack of a senior manager present to give the level of customer service we expect. Wouldn’t go back in a hurry, much better options for Brazilian food in NW London alone.

I have been in London for almost 4 years and this is the worse service I have ever seen! It took 1 hour and 20 min to bring out the starters and another 30 mins for the mains! The food was good but I would never go there again!
