Order took a lot longer than a hour to arrive I ordered it at 8:15 and it arrived at 23:15 I would like a refund

Food cold, late and items missing. Secondctims this has happened from this restaurant

This wasn’t the couriers fault, I had ordered my food at 17:30 and it arrived at 19:05! The estimated delivery time at the start was 18:00-18:30 and kept getting delayed! The courier was very good and friendly this was not his fault!

Never had this before and it was lovely. 100% recommend. Cant wait to come back

I haven’t had the food, apparently another delivery driver is coming because another delivery driver took my food accidentally. I’ve been told to wait 5 mins and the food will be here

Saw on the map that after the driver picked up my food from the restaurant, he went to get fuel. I took a screenshot because i couldn't believe it. When he walked up to my door, the insulated bag was open. This is why my food was late and was cold.

Went in the drive through, ordered 2 naked chicken tacos and 5 chicken Nachos,but was charged and given 20 chicken nachos instead,i did cross check the order with them when we reached near the collection point...... really disappointed

I came at a quiet time of the day and used the drive through the service was quick and the food was fresh and delicious! My medium meal with a drink was less than £8, it wasn't huge but it was tasty and I was expecting it to cost more so I was happy. The cheesy chips are delicious.

first time ordering from Taco Bell but won't be the last. it was lovely. We had to heat it up a little before eating as it was barely warm but it was really nice & we both enjoyed it.

"Variety is the spice of life," so as a first-timer to a Taco Bell, I was quite excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The service was friendly enough, but the food was pretty disappointing. I ordered a 'volcano burrito meal' to take out as it was late, and I needed to get on the road. The burrito and side portion of fries were so small that I thought I had ordered a kids' meal. The food wasn't very hot either, which seemed ironic considering what I had ordered! The mini quesadilla tasted very similar to the burrito 😔

food didn't arrve at all! driver went to a nearby retail park and set order as delivered then lied about trying contact. we can prove phone records and GPS will also prove this!

would be nice if sauces requested were actually added to the order. as well as some napkins.

Delivery time went from 23:20 to anywhere between 23:40 and Midnight delivery was also missing items.

Never had a bad meal from here. Yes it’s Taco Bell, but it’s always been fresh. Also free refill drinks

REFUSED to ACCEPT!! (Didn’t give him the order code until I checked that the food was hot, it wasn’t!!) Order was ridiculously late, according to the map, it appears that the courier decided to stop off on the way for 15-20 minutes and hence the delivery was late and cold. The driver looked to be about 75 years old, are you sure he’s the correct driver??! This is the second time in succession that this has happened, were the orders order assigned to the same driver?? Not a happy customer!!

Shocking. 1hr 45 minutes to deliver cold food. 30-45 mins approx when we ordered, changed repeatedly to 1hr 45m after ordering. Don't bother.

When delivered it was stone cold , took well over an hr from order to delivery , when refund is requested , delivery charge should also be included in refund as reheated food from this restaurant isn’t nice so ya paying for a delivery just to put the food in the bin and that’s very poor , have used just eat regular and although most of the time food is del on time and hot , u shouldn’t lose money by getting ya meal refunded but not the delivery charge

They will not deliver your dessert no matter what you order or how many times. You won’t ever receive the churros you order so don’t ordering them

You just don't get what you pay for. The amount of meat in the Burritos and Tacos is a joke for what they are charging. Definitely not worth the money. Don't bother getting the Nachoes. You are better off getting a six pack of Doritos from the supermarket. A lot cheaper and much better value for money. I can see this place going the same way as TGIs. Not sure what planet Yum Foods is living on. Sadly though, Yum Foods not interested in customer feedback.

Ordered at 6.30pm rang Taco Bell at half. Said been collected at 7pm. Didn't deliver until 8pm. Very cold as I only live 10 mins away.

**Taco Bell Review: Disappointing** Tried Taco Bell for the first time and won’t eat there again. The food was greasy, poorly presented, and overpriced. Both the **Crunchwrap Supreme** and **Crunchy Beef Taco** were over-seasoned and thrown together carelessly. The **fries** were fine, but the **burrito** was too expensive for what it was. Overall, my daughter and I were disappointed.

A bit pricey for what you get but the Taco Tuesday deal where you get buy one get one free on tacos is decent. Would like much more seasoning/spice on the beef. The seasoned fries are good b flavour and quantity

The fries felt like they had been re-heated. Burrito was nice however. Deliverer was lovely!

ordered two burritos, the one arrived stone cold, the other was missing entirely. amazing considering was only 5mins from restaurant. driver was on time though.

We waited 25 minutes for some churros or whatever they're called, absolutely joke. You guys are useless, no wonder the place was nearly empty. 25 minutes!!! Others were complaining too and I noted there was a car in the drive in when we arrived, they only left a couple of minutes before we got our food so god knows how long they waited. Will NEVER go back there

Scrummy food served quickly with minimal queue. Freshly made to order.. no complaints on food. It's a fast food joint, so don't expect an outstanding atmosphere.. but the staff were friendly and welcoming

Great food, lovely establishment, excellent service but weird freaky guy in the car park watching us eat our food, like full on staring. Freaked out my mum, who was waiting alone in our vehicle. Guy was in a taxi and circled her then parked up next to her. Creepy...

Driver was awful, didn’t take the direct route from the restaurant (on the motorway, takes 10 mins) instead navigated through residential areas in a very indirect route

Delivery time was pushed back. But I understand that its busy at lunchtimes, so it can’t be helped. Food was nice and still warm when it got to me. Much better than my last experience with delivery.

Bought a drive thru meal in the week, which was cooked fresh as the place was empty. Might be busier at the weekends. Food was ok for a first time trying.

The seats are comfortable, the environment is hygienic, the sound effects are relaxing, and the meals are perfect💯 Points were deducted for the restroom ,it was a bit dirty and No toilet towel😞

Not as advertised in the pictures burritos were tiny more like a 4inch flat wrap with minimal meet inside just packed with over 10 jalapeños in one 4inch wrap with loads of sauce the chips were soggy and the churros tasted like plastic won’t be ordering from Taco Bell again 😢 £25.00 I can eat a better meal anywhere other than here

Order arrived in good time however my Crunchwrap supreme was missing. Contacted just eat and they just refunded it so now I’m left with a person having no meal and can’t reorder as I’m not paying delivery again! Surely if items are missing they should be re delivered not just refunded!

Food was cold and chips very soggy. I think you need to look at better containers for these orders so that they retain their heat

Family of 4 eating in. Wanted to try Taco Bell as a treat. Price came in over £50 as drinks cost a lot. We paid extra for large drinks for adults only to find out they are all the same size. Food wasn't that nice. Especially for how much we paid. The reason I have scored it so low is watching staff cook food then go out the front smoke in groups of 3/4 then go back in wearing the same blue gloves the whole time. Shame we seen this after eating our food. Very disappointed. Place is very empty.
