Good food at a reasonable price, our waitress Danielle was very friendly and efficient. Well worth another visit when we are in the area.

Food was disappointing,the side salad was literally like a wet lettuce,. I was also disappointed not to be able to use my blue light card, on the way in it states 20% off with blue light card however it doesn't explain that you have to order off a certain menu, I also tried to use a voucher I had but that was also a no, Staff look smart in their uniform, however there are a couple of staff in own clothes which doesn't look as good. Don't think I will be returning

We arrived at the Morfa and were welcomed by the friendly staff. We hadn’t booked and even though they were fully booked in approximately 1 1/2 hours, we were given the option to have a meal in this time. We were served very promptly by Callum and although we had to vacate the table within the time scale, we didn’t feel rushed in any way. We had a lovely meal and enjoyed a drink to go with it. We are regulars at Morfa and have never had a bad meal or wonderful service.

Food was beautiful, our server Callum P went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, a couple of drinks took a while to come and he went to get them for us straight away, he was pleasant and is an asset to the company

We had a good meal and great service from Martina. Thank you. The steak was very tasty as was the salad. My partner also enjoyed the pint of Worthington bitter.

Stopped here for dinner today with family during lunchtime. Got seated quickly even though we had not booked. Great service, kinda staff (Danielle and Jason) and friendly.

Was a decent meal in the end with my girlfriend today on Easter Sunday, although we originally booked the table for some small sides and drinks. What persuaded me to eat a full meal was the attraction of 25% off for blue light card holders which the website informed us they did on bank holidays as well (even though the staff actually told me today that they don’t do discount on bank holidays, which isn’t true) Upon asking the staff for the discount, they informed me that the ‘managers discretion’ was too get rid of the discount purely out of choice, which I find an interesting decision anyway, but still, there are allowed too do so as the website T&C’s say. Anyway, the sign up and around the inside of the building, still say ‘today there is 25% off of food orders with blue light cards.’ False advertising if you ask me. It’s not the money, it’s the principal. Customer lost unfortunately.

Went yesterday it was not busy. I had stopped going here as the food was crap however I decided to give it a go. Well the food is still crap the staff were nice but the food tasted like it had been cooked three weeks before and heated up. I can honestly say kfc is better. I had the steak which needed to be cooked fresh however it was like rubber and the chips and onion rings tasted like they went out of date 3 years ago. Disgusting food did not want to waste anymore money so did not have a pudding. The best thing about the meal was the drink. Sorry but they will need to improve greatly before I spend any more money there. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else

Food was good for a decent price with a good variety on the menu. Good service. Our waitress, Isla, was nice and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience. Will visit again.

I came with friends who are regulars and I was shocked by the behaviour of one of the waitresses who I’ve found out to go by the name of Danielle,I was shocked to be stood at the bar and hear her swearing and talking down to the other members of staff mainly the younger staff,she doesn’t come across as a team member,I won’t be returning any time soon,I had assumed it was a family oriented restaurant and obviously the waitress doesn’t care about her behaviour and language when children are around or other members of staff,I will also be sending a complaint to headoffice.

Had my lunch here again, decided on the chicken tikka curry with rice, poppadoms and chutney. You get the option to add a naan bread for 99p also. Very tasty meal, lots of flavour, better than most curries I've tried from actual Indian restaurants too...

Martina looked after us from start to finish as she had done two nights before and on previous visits (we were staying at the Premier Inn on family business). Great customer service coupled with good value food with Tasty Rewards voucher a bonus.

Came early on the 23 December for Christmas Breakfast, it was super busy but the service was amazing, especially Sian! Food was delicious and the Christmas decs were lovely. Thanks for a lovely breakfast and merry Christmas!

Visited at lunch time and discovered the value menu, 2 meals for £11.99. Great portion size and wonderfully presented food. I opted for the club sandwich and upgraded from crisps to chips, it was delicious and very filling. You have the option of adding a starter or dessert for £2.49 on this menu also, excellent! Looking forward to next time. Toilets were nice and clean and the restaurant was busy but I didn't have a long wait for food surprisingly.

Greeted at the door and shown to our table. Restaurant was very busy and looked like everybody was enjoying themselves. Wasn't long before our order was taken. Ordered a burger and a mixed grill.
