Personal grosero y un servicio terrible - tomó absolutamente edades para ser servido y luego el personal era grosero e indignado. Muy decepcionante

Ho provato il bubble tea e l'ho trovato davvero buono! È molto piacevole poter ordinare tramite lo schermo, perché hai più tempo per decidere e puoi personalizzarlo con attenzione. Consiglio vivamente di provarlo!

Ninguno de los empleados parece que quisiera estar aquí hoy, ni siquiera haciendo contacto visual contigo, y mucho menos poniendo una sonrisa, no hola, no gracias. Usualmente veo a 1-2 de ellos siendo tan miserables cada vez que los visito, pero hoy fue el peor, además de que mi batido de leche estaba lleno de hielo. Creo que vale la pena echar un vistazo a los otros tés de burbujas en el centro a partir de ahora...

Es triste escribir esta reseña, pero espero que la dirección lo investigue, ya que es necesario actuar con la calidad que sirve en este momento, yo suelo ser un cliente habitual, pero parece que en realidad cambia la receta de sus bebidas, no solo que un té Booble comienza desde £ 4. 9 el más barato al menos para tener el sabor que solías tener, ahora pones menos polvo/jarabes y es solo un sabor a agua con un poco de sabor, además si vuelves y explicas la frustración como que tienes la misma bebida todos los días puede que se rehaga o no se haga en absoluto, y te vas con una bebida que ya no vale el dinero, decepcionante de ver como la calidad bajó tanto, necesitas revisarla de lo contrario perderás a todos tus clientes.

1- I ordered especially no jelly, but I only want bubbles! I paid extra for extra bubbles, no jelly. When I got home, both drinks had jelly, extra jelly! My partner and I didn't have the drinks and we were very disappointed! Will never go there again!!

So many drinks to choose from I drink from here so often and i love it. The queues can be a bit long sometimes but that’s because the drinks are great!

Cute little boba place with nice personnel and a great variety of flavours. Also, it's not that expensive compared to some other boba places

We ordered 4 drinks and knew that order online and pay online to avoid queues and waiting. Staff were too busy and they didn't want to talk to us so no customer service at all.

1. The level of disrespect. One silly little girl pushed through the collection to order . I told her off and she should get back to the queue. She sed ‘I was watching her like cctv.’ Anyway I sed ‘nobody is checking for you sweetie.’ She proceeded to order . I went up to the till and told the lady ‘do not make her order she pushed in front of everyone’. She ignored me . When I collected my bubble tea , outside the shop , i was pushed and it dropped . I told them , ‘the spill is outside the shop front’. They sed it’s my fault. I sed ‘can u put it in a new cup to savour the rest’ , they sed ‘oh am I sure ?’ I sed ‘no! You won’t even fix me a new in so what choice do I have?’ Terrible customer service

My friend and I had to queue for 15 minutes and once we had ordered, we had to wait another 10. The tea itself was decent, but nothing special. DO NOT VISIT!

Westfield Stratford T4 has the best bubble tea I’ve ever tried and the service from Aysha is phenomenal. She has remembered my bespoke order and makes it for me to perfection each time, served with a smile. Always a pleasure to go there, thank you!

Worst experience at t4. Rudest server. Hospitality is hard I sympathise with that but it doesn’t warrant the disgusting attitude that I received today. I wore a mask so it was harder to communicate but the server with short black hair and east asian descent went about it in such a rude way. Proceeded to go ‘hello?!’ in a rude condescending way, then went to laugh about the situation in front of my face. This isn’t how you treat your customers. Horrible.

The Staff, especially the Indian guy working at T4 Westfield Stratford, are extremely rude. Went there twice to get tea and got put off both times by the guy. He is so rude to all customers, he can not be bothered to advise or take orders. He is so sick of the job and is letting all his frustration and anger out on the customers. The first time I went there, they ran out of tapioca. I asked him what they can put instead and he got annoyed by the question and simply said " just white pearls". When I asked whether it tastes similar to the original tapioca he rudely replied " just order online and choose another one or a tea without pearls ". That put me off and I left without ordering. A few weeks later I wanted to give it another go and there was the rude Indian staff again. This time he was taking peoples orders on the ipad before they entered for payment. He kept rolling his eyes at all the customers and didn't show anyone what options they had to choose from. We had no idea what kind of flavours were available and asked him to see milk bubble teas. Instead of showing us the options he simply clicked on something and went on the second order. When we demanded to see what he had chosen he rudely said " you said milk so I put milk ". When we asked if we can have a look at the other flavours he rolled his eyes and did not want to show his ipad . He clearly had 0 customer service skills and put us off again. Just avoid that place and go to bubbleology upstairs!!!

Online order is pointless apparently you still need to do quint and wait for your turn .. So way to waste your time with online ordering

There are many different flavours of tea on the menu - some with milk, some without. I recommend the Elegant Lady Rose Tea, as I am a huge fan of rose flavour. You can select the amount of ice and sugar in your drink; I suggest having your tea without sugar as it is already sweet enough. The tea is available with pearls or jelly...or both! Staff were friendly and service was quick! It is slightly difficult to pierce the plastic on top of the cup with the straw without the tea spilling out of the top, but that’s not a major issue.

I can't believe I'm at Westfield Stratford at 12sm on a Saturday morning and there is only 1 person working. Taking delivery orders with a queue of people out side the door. How can you as a business treat customers like this. Delivery before customers. I love this tea but the wait and service is unacceptable. I had to leave after 29mins in the queue as I needed to get to work. Seriously sort this out. Train your staff to be polite and hire more. Or move to a high street where you don't have any customers so one person will be fine

I went to T4 today to get my first bubble tea the lady that helped me ( Karolin) was super nice and the bubble tea I got is delicious! ( panda milk tea ) definitely gonna order again soon!

As an asian who tried many other bubble tea brands in london. This is definitely the best bubble tea shop i would recommend to others. The long queue shows everything, but still worth a cup.
