I never leave reviews but this was so shockingly disgusting that I cannot let anyone else make the same mistake of eating here and wasting £10. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst thing I have ever eaten.

After several hours of exhibition we found this place. Good price, quite small but delicious. Watch out no cash payment!

Chozen Noodles is the worst Chinese noodle place I’ve ever eaten at in my life. The rice was extremely soggy, like it was over overcooked. The chicken was too sweet and had a strong taste of vinegar, making it feel very processed. It was expensive for such trash food. Please close down this place! Not to mention the ladies are very rude and serve you like in a prison canteen!

Got the sweet and sour- i know it’s supposed to be sweet but damn it was too sweet. Felt like i was eating rice and sugar, and there was barely any chicken. Food joints only care about making money now

It's quite obviously frozen processed chicken that they heat up, chuck with a sauce and charge a huge price tag for. One staff member on the till was lovely but the woman serving the food wanted to serve me cold rice that had obviously been sitting there ages! Thought that was a real cheek! She didn't look happy either when I asked for fresh rice! Compared to the other overpriced rubbish food at the London Excel, this wasn't too bad.

Vast majority of the food stalls at Excel is pretty average but this place is way below that, amateurish staff showing portions of food into containers seemingly bored out of their skull while manager (?) shouts the placed orders from behind. Cashier smirking at me once I tried to pay with cash (card only) and keeps chatting away with his mate. Food was average at best with half of menu not available. Look at any fast food chain, you guys may learn a thing or two. So long!

We popped in for a spot of lunch to be eaten before we attended an exhibition. The chicken was delicious, however the noodles were very dry and did not seem at all freshly made.

Came here for lunch, it was expensive but I don't come to London everyday. I ordered Pumpkin Kastu Curry, it was very warming and a good lunch before whichever exhibition or event you're attending. The carboard box may look small but it's very filling.

The food is really nice but the prices a little high £3.25 for 3 cridpy chicken gyozas and the panko prawns were so lovely but again the cost £2.45 each I know they are sides but when you fancy a snack that turns out costing same as a meal

Rude and disrespectful lady that I can’t change my meal when I was unsatisfied! I’m guessing she was the manager on duty!

The sweet and sour chicken looks nothing like what I have in other branches and they slapped on top of the rice.

Sweet chilli chicken is a strange spicy ketchup, with undercooked rice. Looks good, but the taste is poor and way overpriced

The sauce was so sweet i could eat it , it made me feeling sick. They put little chicken in teriyaki but a lot of sauce with clearly white sugar I wouldn't recomended. Never ever again. It was around 7 pounds . Not worth it.

As another review said, there aren't many choices for eating at ExCel, at least not when I was there - a number of the units were closed, and Chozen looked like the best choice. The noodles weren't horrible, but I wasn't impressed by the server. I asked for a receipt when I ordered, then waited for several minutes, asked again, and was told that I couldn't have one. Also, she asked whether I wanted mixo or plain, without mentioning that the miso option incurred an additional charge.

Ignore the mixed reviews. Loved the katsu chicken curry - was totally delicious. Massive portions of breaded fresh chicken with spicy curry sauce and rice or noodles. This was a standout place to eat at Excel. I can’t recommend here highly enough!

Extremely sweet teriyaki chicken, runny sauce, tiny pieces of chicken, soft soggy noodles. Very sweet Thai green curry on undercooked crunchy rice. Never again.

You don’t expect much from food at the Excel, but this was just awful, like being back at school and having sludge from the canteen. Food is nothing like the photos, over cooked and everything is ridiculously overpriced. The chicken sesame pot I asked for had no sesame in and you’d need a magnifying glass to see the chicken. Their focus is clearly on speed, and taking advantage of a captive audience going to the Excel. In the end my ‘sesame spicy chicken’ was mashed rice with a sugar sauce. Best avoid or get something cold 😣

The options while attending an event at Excel are limited if you want a fast meal. Chozen looked like an option, but be aware the the noodle and broth are premade and sit in the refrigerated display. Once you pay for your noodle, they microwave it and add some cilantro etc. It costs about 6 pounds for noodle. With some spices, they are ok.

Healthy menu of noodles, rice toppings and soups. Good menu pricing, from heavy to light assortment of Japanese food. Appetizing hot dishes that are very good for cold weather. Satisfying fast meals.

None of the staffs seems like they wanted to be here today, not even making an eye contact with you , let alone putting up a smile, no hi, no thank you. I usually seeing 1-2 of them being this miserable whenever I visited, but today….was the worst ,plus my milk shake was full of chunky ice in it. Think it’s worth checking out the other bubble teas in the centre from now on ….

Jamie Oliver you need to revisit this place or have some serious words as the whole experience was a shambles! There is no way I’d put my name to this restaurant and the food / service was something you would expect to receive at a motorway service station. Utter waste of time and money!

The smallest portion you could ever get. Spent nearly £16 on the tiniest portion of curry which wasn't even edible. Ordered a spicy mutton madras, the taste was so bland that my 2 year old could have it. Didn't want to.waste it so added pickle, even then it tasted bland. I've had madras before and this wasn't it, this was a boiled curry with dry pieces of meat, sprinkles of masala powder and a couple of pieces of red peppers and onions.
