T2 Bistro Cafe in Lisburn

Called for lunch and coffee. Staff ignored us as we waited to be served. When we did get served it was as if they couldn't be bothered . Not pleasant or professional.Food average and not worth the money. Will not be returning!

I love the look of the place but honestly it's very deceiving. The food is not worth the prices. Had a toasted panini and bought my daughter a tray bake and juice which cost me over 10 pound. Mine was just full of onion and not much else flavour wise and you know it's not great when a toddler turns down a chocolate tray bake. Definitely won't be back

Staff wrapped up in their own agendas. Didn’t seem to notice customers standing waiting for service. Pizza could be lovely if not heated in a microwave!! Traybakes seemed fine.

I visited this café, for the first time, this morning, while shopping in the Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My cappuccino was made according to my requirements and the fresh cream (for my scone) was brought to my table quickly. The quantity of cream was very good and my cherry scone was just the right texture and tasty. There is a variety of seating - all comfortable - and the cafe is more spacious than most, in Lisburn. It was well staffed and tables were cleared efficiently. There is a quite extensive bistro menu to suit all tastes; catering for adults and children alike. Cleanliness in the cafe area was very good. The price for my scone, fresh cream and cappuccino - was very good; less than I had expected. The cafe is self-service, therefore I was able to pay my bill quickly. Décor - café-style - and attractive. I would have no hesitation in returning.

The food in bistro is absolutely awesome with generous portions defiantly worth a visit ..and the staff us curtious and helpful

Big portions, but very much over priced especially when its not even warm food either, has happened the few times i have been in, staff really not that friendly also. Would rather find somewhere else to eat!!

Thank goodness we only had cakes/tea. After seeing the disgrace that was their toilet... I felt sick. Sorry but there is absolutely no excuse for how dirty the facilities were in this cafe.

The last time I ate from here, I told myself Never again. But thought we’d give it another chance today as we were in the mall doing some shopping and my husband had fancied some stew for his lunch. I ordered the turkey & ham dinner. I was given 3 very tiny bits of roast potatoes so I asked could I have more than that, I was told I’d have to wait 5 mins then my meal would be brought over to me which was no problem. We sat down and my husband was halfway through his stew before telling me that there was hardly any meat in it and was all potatoes. So basically we paid £4.95 for a bowl of potatoes and the sauce. Pathetic. I waited another few mins and there was still no sign of mine coming over, by this stage, my husband had almost finished his so I went up and asked for my meal, still no sign of my extra roast potatoes put onto my plate so I just asked to have it as my husband had almost finished his meal! When I sat down to eat it, it was barely warm! Mash potatoes were near enough cold. I only ate it because I was hungry. Knew we should’ve went elsewhere. Just awful. We should’ve went to Thornburys outside the mall, proper homemade food which is always served HOT! Anyone thinking of coming here, take my advice and don’t! Do not waste your money as there is much nicer places to eat than here, we for sure will never be back here!

Awful service, staff not wearing hair nets or apron when handling food behind the counter, order was wrong when brought to table and staff not being able to locate customers wandering around with drinks and food looking for them.

Stopped for coffee and a scone at T2. It looks pretty casual and I wasn't expecting a whole lot, just a quick cuppa and a scone. I have to say I was blown away by the service. I was with my Mum who is in a wheelchair. The guy serving us was so helpful. He helped carry our tray and carried it over to the table for us. So polite and helpful....it is the small things that matter. It's not gourmet dining, but for a quick cuppa it's nice to be served so well. Thank you!

Bill came to nearly £30 for 4 of us despite having very little. I got a hair in my salad when I started to eat it which kind of put us off, so we just left. Staff not approachable or friendly so I just gave it all up as a bad job.

Great wee cafe with a good selection catering for all Place is spotlessly clean and customer service is spot on can't fault it

The customer service was faultless the staff could not do enough to help us. The food was of a very good standard as well.

Called here after checking out food court of the mall, which was choc a bloc with students... Had a curry and rice with water priced at £7-75. Food was reasonable. Only issue I would have is being addressed by staff as "boss"!! Other than that, not a bad place for lunch..

Me and a friend were doing a bit of child free Xmas shopping. We decided to try T2 bistro in Bow Street mall. The service was shocking, not even a smile or a hello. When we received our food which to be fair was nice, we then went to pay not a good experience. The employee on the till was so unfriendly and never spoke a word to us. The food was so overpriced we could have ate in a restaurant, to top it off we thought we wuld treat ourselves to a slice.of lemon merang pie but a £7.00 for 2 slices that was crazy. We voiced our concerns to the employee on the till saying that is very dear etc which she completely ignored us. I will never be back in T2 again absolutely shocking a brush up on customer services would not go a miss.

Gorgeous family breakfasts - very accommodating for a vegetarian abd for healthy options including poached eggs - clean and very friendly staff - visit regularly! Very reasonably priced too!

Siento tener que escribir esto, pero he estado en este restaurante 4 o 5 veces y cada vez que he estado, tengo que todavía no tienen una comida que está muy bien.

this is an excellent little cafe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sandwiches are very filling and the tray bakes are delicious

Been a few times. the food is cheap but still good quality. The service is great and the coffee is nicer than costas. The staff are brilliant in there. Very helpful and smiley.

Me gusta visitar T2 ya que es agradable, limpio y de precio razonable. La casa estupenda cocina, me encanta sus scones y sopas. Lo único que no me gustó fue en una ocasión me dieron un traybake 15 y pusieron rondeña esencia. no es mi gusto personal, pero otros pueden disfrutar. Me será visitar cuando esté de regreso en la ciudad. Sin duda vale la pena una visita. : -)

Visité este café 04 febrero para una taza por la mañana y un bollo. bollo blueberry y chocolate blanco - Raw de primera en el centro elegido otro cherry - Raw en el centro - nos recogió un tercero - fruta Raw en el medio. Yo lo tomé de mostrador y se nos llevó de mí y me dijeron "Id Pik una pastelería ". Ninguna disculpa o ofrecen de una restitución por exportación.
