Arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering, milkshakes was warm, food had cleary been forgotten and left somewhere, totally unedible, rang back and asked for a refund to be offered 50% of my money back, don't not order from here, staff were rude and tried to blame me for the food being cold as I live 7 miles away! Never ordering again

Ordered a sandwich and when I got home it had the wrong ingredients, called them up and they remade the correct sub and gave a free cookie- got to keep the wrong one too! Mistakes happen, but the way they went about fixing it shows integrity! Will be back. Highly recommended. Quick service too!

If there are more than 3 people in the queue, unfortunately you have to be patient and wait. Always check take away orders, mistakes happen often.

Awful experience, I tried to ask about the meal deal, was met with hardly any response, both workers looked like they didn’t even want to be there, v nonchalant, and then to be told when at the till, there are no hot drinks , Cheers, as only wanted a Tea , ended up with a fizzy drink, Food was mediocre, not much in way of quantity, and sauce was put on at a minimum, We will not be returning , Sad, as Subway used to be so good, both workers standing around on there phones too, off putting .
