Swish Lounge in Mendip

I do not understand why this place always seems to be empty when you go past. We decided to try it out. Food, service and price all superb. We had the special platter to share between the 2 of us and the food tasted outstanding and the presentation was spectacular. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family and hopefully this place gets more custom that it deserves.

Went here for lunch on a Sunday, had the hot and cold platters to start and a variety of mains including: the special for 2 people, mixed chicken and lamb kebab, adana kebab and creamy chicken pasta. All of the food was hot and tasted amazing. The service was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Will be back and would highly recommend!

A great meal - Feta salad , halloumi and delicious bread . Thoroughly recommend a meal there. Service good.

Found this place on a rainy stopover in Crewe. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, served in very pleasant surroundings. Great service and good value!

I went to Swish Lounge at lunchtime with my friend. It was my first visit and my friend's sixth! Really impressed, quirky decor, really friendly staff and excellent food and drinks and very reasonably priced. Now my hubby wants to go! We will be back and so good to have a great place in Crewe to visit. Highly recommended

Second time eating here and the food is amazing, the feta cheese pastry starter is unreal, also the fried hummous. We have had the huge sharing platter which was fantastic. Also had separate kebab dishes which we both loved. The decor is beautiful and despite the menu - they do serve alcohol! We will continue to come here, its walking distance from our house so makes for a great date night with no driving or having to get a taxi. Oh and the swish special dip is the best dip ever! They should bottle it and sell it!

Absolute loved this hidden gem! The food was unreal!!!!!!!! I had a strawberry daiquiri and it was just so fresh! I did see the barmaid make it and she cut loads of strawberries up! The bread! The rice! The meat it was delicious! The two women working were so lovely as well. Coming back next month.

Went here last night for an overdue birthday meal. They brought everybody’s food out, but forgot mine. Ruined my evening. Won’t be going back. Happy Birthday not.

Booked a table of 8 for birthday breakfast. Had a confirmation text the day before. Arrived at 10am right on time. The whole place was locked. No answer on phone, no response to text. Feel very let down. Photo on website very clearly states open 10am on Saturday/Sunday.

At last, Crewe has a really good quality restaurant! Attentive staff, excellent quality food, generous portions and very reasonable prices. They don’t advertise their beers and wines but if you ask, they will tell you the options (quite a good range, actually). The deserts show in the window look delicious, but we were all too full from our main courses! Back again there next week - can’t wait!

Very pleased to have this place nearby. Food is really good and matches the best places we have been to in bigger cities. Lunch menu is excellent value and a good choice of starters. Staff very friendly and helpful and the place is very comfortable for families.

We came here on the recommendations of family who'd had a great brunch here recently. It's been nicely decorated inside, some odd poster choice but each to their own. We ordered the cold mezze and hot mezze to start, some lovely houmous and dips with some nicely cooked prawns too. We then had the big meat platter to share - the kofta were good, the lamb bites really lovely. The chicken a touch underwhelming but the bread was good and the salad fresh tasting. One small criticism, it was really cold in there, I was genuinely chilly and my partner had to put her coat back on. Other than that, it was a good experience. There's no alcohol served in the restaurant in case that is a deciding factor for anyone, it didn't diminish our evening. Friendly staff, good food. maybe a touch overpriced for what we had but I can't fault much about the experience.

Went here mainly to watch the Man Utd game but also to try this fabulous new place. The staff are amazingly, friendly, helpful and attentive. We had Turkish coffee and baklava and shisha all well presented and tasted fabulous. This is a wonderful new place...

My friends are recommended this place and first time coming and definitely enjoyed the food was so nice and so juicy inside the restaurant and garden is very nice

Se sit in the garden and we had Adana kebab and humus it was delicious and so tasty defenitly highly recommended we will 100 % come back

Great new local cafe/restaurant and shisha bar in Crewe. Food was fantastic and atmosphere is relaxed and chilled. Had lunch on a weekend with family and friends. Lots of space. Excellent all around.

The food was amazing and so well cooked. Reminds me of my days in Turkey. Felt so welcome here onto the dessert now the baklava was to die for!

I visited with two friends for a meal (spur of the moment). The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and gave us a little tour. Food was excellent, really tasty (I had chicken skewer), and the bread is absolutely divine! We will definitely return.

Outstanding service and authentic Turkish food. The eating environment is very comfortable and the outside area is like being in Turkey ok a sunny day. Their 2 course lunch is very good value for money. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys Turkish cuisine.

A great place to chill at with friends and family. Super friendly atmosphere, great authentic food and good quality shisha! Nice to have something different in Crewe. Will definitely be back again soon.
