I placed order took payment never got email to confirm what a joke

Today I ordered a meal 1 which was donner kebab with chips The chips was banging with the red salt but the donner kebab was disgusting it was a bit raw and tangy and oily Never coming back to this placd

Could not order online so had to drive to the place they changed the name to krunchy chicken i thought it was the old name but they said it has not got the s at the end of krunchy so its not the same chicken wasnt what i thought it was a bit dry and he didnt have enough wings so wasnt that impressed plus when i told him we had to drive down thought he would of thrown in something free but NO nothing so its not as good as other chicken places nothing speacial. Hope this helps lol.

I got a disgusting pizza, completely different from what I ordereds.The fries were sprinkled with some strange very salty spice.The kebab meat was dry and there was no salad.I do not recommend it, it is the worst place I have eaten from.

If there was an option to put 0 i would have put minus! 30 quid of dreadfully prepared disgustingness. Dry over-grilled and cold down döner. The salad was invisible, nothing at all, sauces probably been best they not served them? The chips come standard full off spice and salt so salty just looking at them gave me kidney stones! The Pizza was so empty an estate agent would try to rent it out! No wonder they can never keep a name longer then the next inspection...

Worst food in the world I'll will never go back there

They was over a hour late with our food it was cold chicken was not nice and the driver never came back with my 5 pound chage they roobed us never order from this place

The fries are nice but the chicken strips were a bit dry. The BBQ wings are beautiful though 😮👌

It's okay. New owner chicken was still oily. Asked for barbecue chicken they just put barbecue sauce over the chicken wings. You can't call that barbecue chicken wow. Won't be going back there for a very long time.

REVIEW AFTER REFURBISH AND NEW MANAGEMENT :- A little disappointing if I'm honest, used to be a regular here and would order the 'MINI MEGA MEAL' comes with various chicken and chips. Ordered tonight under the new management ... chips were too dry, there was literally just a sprinkle of cheese on top and red salt .. chicken was also dry and tough and the strips (which used to be gorgeous) were like something you'd get from Iceland foods .. all in all i think this will be my last visit here, staff seemed friendly enough but the food has gone downhill, order a drink for lubrication lol

At first when my son offered me to visit this place for a quick snack I was a bit skeptical and preferred to go to Mc Donalds but he insisted so I had no choice but to keep him happy. We ordered 2 times 4£ deal that is ( 2x chicken burgers with 2xchips). It took the guys about 5 min to complete the order. Since I was skeptical about this place I went to Mcdonalds anyway I waited for about 15 min to order only and the food was well No were nere the standard of Krunchy. The quality of the burger and chips at that price point sold by Krunchys is fantastic. Definitely Will be back again!

Really disappointed with the food. I ordered for my family, the meals were very oily with minimal effort given, the cheese wasn't cooked throughout on the pizza and the veggie burger was badly burnt and displayed very badly. Also, the chips were over cooked and oily too. Very disappointed as I haven't had Krunchys for a long time but don't think il be ordering ever again. This has really put me off from Krunchys going forward. :(

Order didn't arrive, driver contacted us and verbally abused us coz he couldn't find out address then took it upon himself to cancel our order, we contacted restaurant who told us that a fresh order was being prepared and would be with us in 20 minutes, half hour later still no food, rang restaurant again and was told we'd cancelled our order n coz we'd cancelled it there would be no refund, absolute disgraceful, avoid this place

so disgusting no salt on popcorn chicken waste of 15£ ridiculous i was hungry as well now im disappointed fu krunchys how dare you i want money back

Good Halal chicken takeaway. They have expanded the range of things that they sell recently. Worth a visit.

Cold food too spicy wrong drinks took 1 and a half hours to come and garlic bread had no garlic on it terrible and won't ever be going back

This place is not the best chicken shop in the world and neither is it the worst. The chicken is quite oiley even when you bite into the meat. The burger size is very small considering the price. The question is would I eat here again if I had no other option, perhaps I would but if there was another food outlet even 1 minute down the road I would be tempted to try them out.

Just had a delivery, good value food with the meal deals, HOWEVER today my fried chicken was lacking coating and greasy. Also forgot my pizza but did bring shortly after. Wings,fries and pizza was good but the chicken was poor. YOU CAN DO BETTER KRUNHYS!!!

Ordered through just eat, didn't deliver the food, won't pick up the phone. These guys just stole £20 off of me. Disgusting.

Ordered on uber eats at 1.25pm on Wednesday. The order arrived at 2.55pm and had been already pre cooked then reheated in the microwave. Delivery driver sat outside on his phone..no rush to bring the already late food. Do not use..

Krunchy's is surprisingly delicious and excellent value for money, however the service is appalling. I would never order for delivery from here ever again - unless you are happy to wait over 2 hours for your food which then shows up cold. Five stars if you choose to collect.

Been going here for years gave it 5 stars until friday night got our usual family mega mix for the first ever time chicken burgers dry the chicken greasy and fatty chips wasnt the usual tasty fries I dont know what's happened but in 4 years of this being a great place was very disappointed that we wont be going back

Placed our order over an hour ago. Rang at 7pm to be told they were waiting for a driver. Its now 7.21pm still no food.....hope its not waiting being kept warm then arrives cold?!!?!?!?

First of all delivery was 40 minutes late second the food was freezing and it didn't taste nice either, even the drinks smelled funny, will not go here ever again!!!!!!!!

Bad customer service, stood in there for 8 minutes without being spoken to or even a greeting then the guy is taking telephone orders instead of serving the customers in the shop. Need to retrain their members of staff for customer service skills.......

One of the best takeaways of the area. However if you're buying on the app, the delivery takes a while, most of the time it's even longer than the ETA. But food is very tasty and prices are cheap.

2hrs for delivery - order wrong, need I say anything else, pick up your game guys used to be good

Waited over an hour for food, when it came it was warm and items missing and doesn't taste very nice, I've ordered regularly for here and never a problem but tonight it's horrible the pizza was paper thin and when I rang to complain the guy who answered wasn't very nice I said I wanted a refund he said he'll give me a refund and a free pizza I'm still waiting 1 hour and half later.

Lot like the KFC'S. Staff very nice once they get to know you. Seems to be very popular with the kids including mine. But now it tends to be as a treat. Nice food Nice staff. Prices are pretty okay too. Gp in see for yourselves.

Thought I'd give these guys one last chance. Ordered inside and still got cold gravy and a luke warm burger which turned out to be tiny. Chips were spot on and the only thing that seemed fresh. Give these a miss.

The chicken here is great, it’s a real comparison to KFC, BUT the delivery times are horrible, sometimes (mostly actually) delivery time is around 2 hours. We’ve adapted to this and now order 1.5 hours before we actually wanna eat.

if i could give this place a rating of 0 stars i would but google doesn’t let me i placed an order and was delivered in reasonable time but once we started to dig in we realised the order was wrong i contacted them to explain what had happened so they sent 2 fresh burgers to replace the wrong ones which was a nice guesture but not knowing we have to wait over one hour to receive these burgers they was also wrong again and freezing cold so therefore i rang back to explain and demand for my money back and he said ok but you will have to give all the food back, so how can i do that when i have eaten the chips and garlic bread and chicken strips while waiting for my replacement burgers which were wrong AGAIN are these guys for real by refusing to refund me but at first he was telling to go to the shop and collect my money so i laughed at him and told it’s your mistake (twice) you bring me my money which i waited AGAIN for over an hour and a half for the driver to give me my money and not collect the food after all the fuss of wanting the food back to be fair the one star rating i’ll give to the driver as he was really nice unlike his college in the shop will never order from here ever again and lost a very loyal customer to the franchise and to finish this off if the manager or owner is reading PS REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND NOT ONLY THAT WE HAVE RIGHTS AS CONSUMER :)

MAN I DIDN’T GET MY LARGE FRIES 😭

I never leave a review but as it’s a Sunday and my food was that poor I thought I would. Decided to try somewhere new and it was the worst decision ever. Food took 1 hour 20 minutes.. that isn’t a big problem as places are busy and they did say about an hour or so. But I did not expect to be handed a soggy brown bag absolutely pi** wet through. To go inside the bag where my chicken is and all the boxes are ripped they are that soggy. Chips were like wet cardboard and the chicken was like it was made this morning, no one bought it, I ordered it and they warmed it up. No flavour or anything.

Don't know how they managed to deliver a wet meal on a dry day but by god they did it, the building seems a bit small to fit a swimming pool in so the staff must have a blast

We had ordered from this takeaway on several occasions and if we were to say that the food was unpleasant, we would be unjustified in doing so. The food has always been nice and we ordered from there several times. However, our recent experience was quite unacceptable. First of all, the staff practiced fraud; that is to say, they told blatant lies about the number of pieces of chicken we had ordered. We asked the staff several times if the quantity of food placed in the box was correct. Their extravagant lies continued without restraint. We proved to them that they had not fulfilled the order cortectly. The response from the ten members of staff was to blatantly laugh at us whilst making comments in another language. At least four of the staff were delivery drivers stood around when we had been told there was over an hour wait for delivery. The staff were intimidating and exessively rude and we will never order from them again. Customers beware!

Visited them again tonight. Got the faster service. The staff were attentive and got our order out pronto. Was a pleasant visit. They just to make delivery orders aware that it is always going to take considerably longer . Than if you pop in and pick up.

Went there a few times. Every time I have been faced with rude staff. I'll share some experiences: had to wait a long time before the guy at the counter asked me for my order, one time I placed my order and the guy was just on the phone instead of making my food and afterwards they tried to not give me the drink with the meal, another time some ass tried to not give my £2.00 change and was only given when I asked for it! Such a shame. With rude staff like that, I will never be coming here again.

We placed an order this dinnertime, the food as always tasted great. Unfortunately two boxes of 16 chicken wings turned out to be 11 in one and 12 in another. Yep 9 wings missing, very disappointing.

Worse takeaway ever you get cold food and have stuff missing from order and when you phone them to tell the they tell you there not going to serve you again and still don't send the rest of the order or give you your money back what a joke

My first time using krunchy's delivery! Never again.After buying a 1.5l of coca cola i was given pepsi. After ringing up asking if this was a mistake, they told me in a rude tone of voice that "WE DONT DO COKE" and being told they would not be giving me a refund or replacement! These people are total and utter money stealers! Do not online order!!!

Have been fantastic, been going there for years and tonight a member of staff has put the phone down on us twice, delivered the wrong food and have shouted at us over the phone when we call to dispute it. Will definitely never go there again.
