Rainbow Cantonese in Salford

The food leaves a lot to be desired its the worst Chinese I've had in Manchester. The only upside was it was hot.

Absolutely dreadful !!! Avoid at all cost … Worst Chinese ever ! Chicken fried rice - spongy white & almost see through chicken . The whole meal was just dreadful !

The food was hot, but unfortunately not the best, it wasn’t inedible by any means but it definitely needs tweaking. I’ve tried lots of Chinese dishes throughout Swinton and for me little Buddha is the benchmark for all others. Keep improving guys

Driver dint have no change from a £20 note my order was £16.26 and he told me he wouldbring my change and he dint, I rang up rainbows and told the women who answers the phone she said I will send him back with the change, the delivery man never shown and now they say they don't no what Iam on about - this has happened previous before or he's short of a pound of two HOW MANY PEOPLE IS HE DOING THIS TO ?

Excellent Local Chinese/ Cantonese takeaway Very reasonably priced. Sadly due to dietary requirements. I tend to get vegetable dishes. They are very accommodating. A little patience goes a long way. Traditional family run takeaway. Well worth trying.

I ordered beef and mushrooms without the mushroom because i have an allergy, they sent it to me with mushrooms and refused to fix the mistake when i phoned up, the man on the phone asked if i could " just take them out" absolute joke

Good Chinese takeaway. Usually choose a vegetarian option. But the food is usually very good. We would recommend trying this place and make up your own mind.

Really lovely takeaway uaing Just Eat app. Arrived on time. Gave extra goodies - I guess as it was our first order. You can tell why they are called Rainbow when you open the containers, really colourful and bright - clearly fresh ingredients from taste, texture and look. Super tender ribs. Big generous portions, such a bargain, will be perfect for party nights. Lots of meat in the fried rice and thick strips for salt and pepper chicken and in the crispy fried beef. So pleased.

Great taste.. especially chicken chowmin noodles, sweet and sour chicken and many other freshly cooked dishes

Awful, inedible takeaway. I’m not fussy about a Chinese but couldn’t stomach this, had to throw the whole thing in the bin. Would never order from here again - do yourself a favour and take your custom elsewhere!

I placed an order and I had to cancell it, because I chose to pay by cash and I did not have it, so the restaurant call me to place a new one even when the restaurant was already closed. I am very happy with the customer service, they have a good quality food and they deliver to your home as fast as posible about 20 minuts. And the price is really nice! £18 for a big meal for two. Hice un pedido y lo tuve que cancelar porque no tenia dinero en efectivo. El restaurante se puso en contacto conmigo ofreciendome que realizara un pedido nuevo y asi podía pagar con tarjeta y lo hice incluso cuando el reataurante estaba cerrado. Se portaron muy bien conmigo asi que estoy muy contenta con el servicio, la calidad de la comida y la entrega a domicilio que es muy rápida, además del precio claro (£18 por un menu grande para dos personas).

Absolutely disgusting food. Ended up binning it as it was that bad. Ordered salt and pepper deep fried ribs, salt and pepper chicken wings and salt and pepper chips. Absolutely tasteless and the chicken and ribs were just fat! Really was bad. I will never order from them again.

Vile manager, vile food, unhelpful, rude, unwilling to rectify their error, would not offer a refund or new food(not that I would have had it!!) would never order from there again! So many more restaurants with better food, customer service, not like it used to be!!!
