Sweet Tooth in Carlisle

Super TINY shop, do not plan on enjoying your tasty treat there. Friendly service and SO MANY choices. The nice young man suggested the brownie and we also had the caramel ice cream- both were delicious!

Fine ordering after over a hour of waiting the delivery man brought 2 of what I got and tried charging me for it as I politely told him I orderd 1 he continues to raise his voice and start getting angry.

Do not get sticky toffee pudding because the fat pudding behind the counter doesn’t say it’s ginger cake and gives you attitude over the phone after being allergic to it and then refunds you for just the cake and charges the ice cream the fat rat

Would NOT! recommend going here if you have a sweet tooth. Ordered 2 milkshakes, after waiting an hour and half I had a phone call to say the driver was at the door. When I went to the door there was no driver, I rang the shop to ask the lady where my milkshakes were and she told me I had another 9minuets left. I told her her I didn't realise the wait was so long as I hadn't been told when placing my order. The lady told me she would phone the driver and find out where my order was, 15minuets later the driver arrived. After paying £15 for 2 milkshakes, my milkshakes were not labelled so I didn't know which one was what, one of the milkshakes had curled, there was a layer of throff on the top of the milkshake. So I rang the shop and I asked her if she could get the driver to come back ( it was within minutes of receiving the order) and take the milkshakes back because they were not consumable unless you wanted a bad belly. She told me the driver would drop my money off and I could keep the milkshakes😬🤮. Anyways, 2 days later and the driver still hadn't returned😅. I then went to the shop to get my refund. when asking for the manager the lady on counter told me she was the manager, she was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. When I told her I was there for my refund she responded very rudely ' did not not get your refund' and walked off to call the manager lol. She gave me my refund after a very awkward and uncomfortable 10minuets and did not apologise for the inconvenience, poor quality food and awful service.

Frequently order from this place and receive delicious food always 😋 will always be going back for my treat fix.

found strange white substance on waffle. was not white choclate sauce (like i asked for) now my kid is throwing up live sperm. not happy.

Chocolate in tubs on the counter with flies everywhere landing on the chocolate it’s disgusting

So hard to choose from all the delicious treats. We went with waffles and cookie dough. We were not disappointed. Lovely staff. Will defo come again. 😋😋😋

Ordered at 7.50 PM, got it at 9.55PM. We phoned the shop at 9.15PM and was told it was just leaving on delivery. I was about to phone the shop again because I wanted to go to bed, when the driver showed up. 2 stars because the stuff showed up and it was delicious.

Waited over and hour and twenty mins for some pancakes when phoned was told it had just left the shop!! Very rude and kept putting the phone down when I was trying to resolve the problem.

Top class service they had no 900ml tango ice blast cups left and went above and beyond to fix this for me I highly recommend them 👍 keep it up best sweet shop in the town! Thanks Callum :)

Ordered 2 waffles ,was a mistake on one of the orders not sure if was my fault or a web site problem called the shop they rectified the problem new waffle sent quickly.fab service will definitely order again waffles were lovely and fresh

So many sweet options here at Sweet Tooth! Ice cream was delicious and homemade almost like gelato and lots of flavors. Waffles, churros and brownies all delicious. A little pricey but a nice stop for a sweet too!

When I had a sweet tooth my milkshake tasted like vomit and ear wax put to gather

Got a shake as I get them from Newcastle at shakeaholic . Good shake but the price is terrible. I asked for large the cups are small. Plus it's cash only. If your going to get one wait till you go to ncle.

I like sweeth tooth but my problem is with the delivery, the delivery driver called me to get my icecream and she explained that she couldn't see my flat number on the list, so instead of waiting for me to get to the door, she left my icecream on the floor and drove off, it was not even in a bag. I didn't appreciate that at all!

Normally I really enjoy ordering from here! However, this time the waffle was cold and soggy when arrived, I am sure it would have been prepared perfectly as the drinks were fab, but the driver took a long time to actually deliver it, then insisted that it was hot, we checked it on the door and it was stone cold. We had waited some time for this so decided to heat it up ourselves and let you guys know.

I was in this shop couple of times and I found the place full with people ( about 8 ) chatting in a little shop, none of them wearing face mask.

I have just had a delivery and I must say the delivery woman was the best delivery woman ever her name was Kerrie!! Service with a smile and very upbeat! And the waffle was amazing too excellent service will be back

The member of staff was really helpful and explained the different prices to us. There is a huge choice of milkshakes and an almost endless amount of combinations.
