The lady who was serving me was extremely careful with ensuring no cross contamination after telling her about my allergy. She even bagged my food separate from the rest of my order , very happy with the service received.

From time of order to delivery was about 90 minutes

We recently indulged in a heavenly dessert experience, ordering two waffles and a cookie dough, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside, creating a beautiful contrast in every bite. The cookie dough was rich, gooey, and utterly irresistible, making it the perfect complement to the waffles. A special mention goes to Demi, who made our experience even more memorable with her exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything was just perfect. Demi’s warm hospitality truly elevated our dessert outing to a whole new level. If you’re looking for a dessert that will leave you craving more, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I had the cheesecake. It was watery in the middle and runny I assumed it was melting but today I cannot stop throwing up so now I know it had gone off ! The strawberry’s with chocolate was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen for £6:50 the way I feel today I won’t ever order from here again very disappointed and very unwell!

I ordered a Nutella and Ferrero rocher waffle - the waffle was burnt, the sauce tasted like cheap hazelnut sauce rather than Nutella. Wouldn't order from there again. I ordered a chocolate fudge cake. The cake tasted reheated and burnt. Wouldn't come back again

Brilliant dessertwaffle sticks with their spot on right amount of kinder and strawberry sauce and that strong taste that got to me in the best possible way of making me have another one Excellent workers. The Oreo cheese cake was really sweet with the kick of something in their I had also tasted while having it tbh which exactly what I needed with the Oreo crumbs slowly when breaking into the cheesecake. Owner gave free chocolate bars as was quite late what a legend from Birmingham to Tipton💯

Fantastic food and great service

Desserts are lovely all the time here. I have seen here comments about frozen fruits. I thought that to start with by first experience then second time realized it is fresh food but in contact with frozen icecream they freeze up! I have seen it being cut in front of my eyes. Can't complain at all. always top notch for me!

The restaurant was 2 hours late in delivering our food I phoned up asking why and they gave me several excuses as to why the order was late. The food wasn't the best and the cheesecake was plain not what we ordered. Terrible service from the company

Ice cream doughnut was perfect top quality ingredients and that kick of the sweetness taste in it I tasted and aswell as the salt. Ice cream was cold as anything first time having it that cold outstanding couldn’t ask for no more and cake was perfect with that strong taste and that tasty sweet filling. nice delivery person aswell I would like to mention and you 100 percent deserve something which I shall get that very soon ready to give to d p on my next order best dessert shop in tividale 👍

Waffle sticks was 10 out of 10 the ice cream 💯as it always is of that sweet taste exactly what I needed the delivery driver was very thoughtful of giving me a free chocolate cake was that rich taste of the chocolate fudge and was also warm with the melted chocolate which had that nice taste and you can tell it’s freshly made of looking at it delivery is also fast as it’s always been since day 1 been ordering from here. I Recommend people to order from here and main thing your seeing is views. 👍

Delicious low sugar pancake which is what I needed with the top ingredients they put in their which I can see of when I’m having it with the chocolate sauce was outstanding they never let me down whatsoever I’ve got to say ice cream 💯 thanks for reading my notes and getting the ice cream from the machine 👍

Amazing customer service my sister's milkshake was missing they instantly sent it to me with a lovely lotus cheesecake to make up for it. And despite the mishap the food still arrived on time. Definitely 5 stars

cookie dough burnt, one was like rock, came in plastic containers so appears precooked then just microwaved with toppings added, items missing, no answer when calling just eat refunded order.

The arrival time was pushed back 3 times, food turned up and was cold, the snickers milkshake had a sicky after taste, we waited over an hour for 2 cookie doughs and 2 milkshakes! Won’t be ordering again

Have not received the order. Have been waiting for nearly 2 hours and now been given the message to 'enjoy our food' yet there is no dessert been delivered to enjoy. I am extremely unhappy especially after paying so much money for the desserts. I would like a refund.

The Oreo milkshake was absolutely vile I don’t recommend ordering the milkshake at all everything else was lovely the cheese cake was too die for but the milkshake was like sewage water with chocolate around the cup it was runny and didn’t have no thickness to it DO NOT ORDER IT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I’m dissatisfied with my milkshake and would like a full refund due to it being awful I couldn’t even stomach it , dread-full taste and the consistency was like water that’s the only way to describ

Please update the closing times on this app, I drove a lengthy commute to get here after seeing the great reviews to have a good dessert and upon arriving u was devastated to see that it was closed even though on this app you registered your closing time as 23:00. (I arrived at 21:00). I am very frustrated at how easy it is to change closing times yet people refuse to do it and it costs people like me a lot of money on fuel.

Well what can I say about this ice cream parlour? Firstly, the items do not match the photos the reason given is the previous Manager added the photos from the Internet. So don't expect what's in the photos. The banana sundae I had was banana flavour where there was icicles in the ice cream with half a banana chopped up and plonked on top and stuffed into a large plastic beaker. After 10 minutes or so I decided to wait for it to turn into a milkshake and the only thing I can say is that it was cold. McFlurry for me next time and at a quarter of the price it's a no brainer.

I've come all the way from Manchester and the kids wanted dessert. On the way back this was local to me. I have to say the staff and manager gave fantastic customer service, going above and beyond. They even came out to the car to help with the bags. We got waffles, crepe, cookie dough and milkshakes. It definitely hit the sweet spot. 👌

Shop is spotless the 2 lovely ladies keep it lovely & clean , very professional there shakes are to die for so are the cheesecake and cakes . Unfortunately the boss is rude to the workers . Don’t be put off by this as the food is amazing.

Came across this shop by mistake today 17/5/22 The 2 young ladies are super friendly and greeted.me with a warm smile The first thing you notice is how extremely clean the premises are. The choice on the menu is fantastic I ordered the waffle with Nutella sauce the presentation and taste is 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Three times we have been here and can honestly say it's lovely, it's tasty, good portion and I love the cremy icecream you get with the waffles, it's like a mcflurry. The sundaes are great, strawberry is my favourite ❤. Glad we got such a great dessert shop down the road. Keep up the good work.
