I like this place tbf, not too bad at all! Strawberry sundae is my fave!

Very bad service had a bad experience, delivery service is very poor not recommended they missed items and not to deliver on time and once they delivered late and my sundae was all melted and staff is very rude they always lied and managers are also rude and liar.

Never ever order from this place they hands r disgusting girls do aching and use same hands for food and customer service is unbelievable they r next level rude and no quality food was not made properly a cookie dough over cooked milkshake average not good and cake totally dry

Went in here late on a Friday night (11.15ish) and ordered a Jammie Dodger cookie dough for me and a Terry's Chocolate Orange cookie dough for the boyf. It was delish! Very generous portion of soft serve ice cream on the side too. Update at Google's request: ever couple of months I drive 15-20mins just for their Jammie Dodger cookie dough. Parking is atrocious, but totally worth it

Excuse me??? I’m shocked that this place’s reviews are not the best. So I went there hesitating what I was gonna see. But there were two very lovely ladies. They were so sweet like the shop’s name 😍 Nice to sit inside too. We ordered waffles. They said everything’s halal too. All good. Car park too. Also not too expensive like they said in the comments. Come on guys, nothing is too cheap nowadays anyway and this is a great service with reasonable prices. I’ll go again 👍🏼

Excellent food. Excellent service. We always order our desserts from this place and have never had a problem with their food, each time the food has been perfectly presented and tasted delicious. However we ordered through Uber, and when it arrived we were missing half of our order. We then called the shop to which they were very polite and helpful. They apologised straight away and explained that the food was ready the Uber driver just didn’t pick the bag up. They then went on to deliver our food themselves and even included a few things extra. We really appreciated this and now will be ordering through them rather than Uber. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you everyone at sweet shakes :)

Lovely little place in Halesowen, the milkshakes 😜 and mojitos are loved by my kids. The staff here are always attentive. I have ordered online a couple times too and delivery service is super speedy and the drivers are friendly too

Frequently order from this place on just eat, the desserts are always delicious, and the delivery is always on time. Definitely recommend

Very rude staff didn’t even wvwn attend to me after waiting and trying to raid their attention not only that owner/manager was rude I’ve even had as part time worker tell me that they don’t treat their staff well and under pay them (cash in hand)

Ordered a simple double chocolate cookie dough on uber. Delivered in 20 mins. One of the best cookie doughs I've had in a long time. Other shops it's too sweet or too hard or too soft. This one was spot on! Will be visiting soon with family. Thank you

Ordered chocolate strawberries and received 6 strawberries. The price was £6. Total rip off not sure how they feel ok about giving that to a paying customer. Needless to say i wont be returning.

An atmospheric place, to enjoy alone or in company, the seats are comfortable, the girl who served us was friendly and cordial, the waiting time was not long, since they took our order it took about 10 minutes to prepare our request, Personally, the ice cream is a bit tasteless, it doesn't have much taste, it's simple, it doesn't have much taste to tell the truth, the strawberry cream and the crepe were good, it's not a bad place to go to have a treat

Went here tonight it was fantastic. Lovely polite young ladies with a great smile on their faces. Service was spot on. The food was incredible freshly cooked presentation spot on. Every mouthful was delicious. Great job their doing.

I can’t comment on the food.. only the service.. we got sick of being ignored even though there were 3 members of staff on and the place was empty..they were clearly prioritising online orders. I would not go again - shame as it’s very local.

I wasn't happy with something that was delivered to my sister from me, I called the shop and explained the situation, the lady was so lovely and as I had told her it was my sister's birthday she sent some donuts over as a goodwill gesture. The Strawberrys and Donuts were amazing.

Ordered for the first time last week had 2 orders since THEY DO NOT DISAPOINT Amazing deserts and service thank you.

Everything tastes freshly made. Croffle was perfectly crispy and flaky. Wonderful. The brownie croffle was in crumbly chunks which made it perfect with the croffle as a topping. Tasted lovely. The concrete cake was divine and the hedgehogs too. Very satisfied. Copied my review from just east because I was that pleased.

Good looking shop and menu, but the quality of food suffered and was below sub par. For the standard prices I didn’t expect below average dessert- Milkshakes (Different chocolates) all tasted the same, chocolate fondant looked liked a squashed beazore. It was probably made by some teenager (shoutout to my friends who are there as slave workers) Overall just MID.

The deserts was fabulous, the aroma of the sweetness hit my sweet spot.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. The worst dessert I've ever had. I ordered through the uber eats app, where originally it said 20mins.. 40mins later no sign and was now delayed.. further 30mins on and it was now sent out. To which It arrived cold cookie dough and waffle. Both was freezing cold. Cookie dough was like rock and the ice-cream was like milk. Absolutely terrible would never order again. When trying to call the shop no answer

Great and delicious dessert probably the best one I've had in a while.

Generally the shop is done out to look clean and modern. The food was really good and the price point about right. The staff were absolutely fine but could have been a bit more welcoming. I noticed that they never said goodbye when we left, or asked how our food was. I gave it 4 stars as I felt it could be improved. Don't get me wrong it was better than average but the decor and layout could be improved. Some pictures on the wall and maybe some TV screens in the seating area advertising their products. Lacked atmosphere. We would recommend it and go back ourselves :-)

20 minutes order took over 90 minutes

i would never order or eat in from here again! one staff in particular was very rude think her name was sanyah! Spoke very rudely and abruptly to me, barked at me like a dog when I asked how long for my desserts even though it had been more than 2 hours. Desserts am awful too! what a waste of my good hard earned money! i don't normally leave reviews but was such a bad experience i have to!

Just give it 2 stars because of the good service. Young people work in this store, good service but not good shakes need to work on that I guess.

I ordered food via Uber eats and left specific delivery instructions, i asked for the food to be brought to my room due to a sprained ankle and I couldn’t walk. These requests were completely ignored, the driver couldn’t even be bothered to leave the food with reception who would have happily brought it up to me. The company has taken my money and kept my food, how disgusting. Avoid this place

Ordered over £10 worth of food and ice creams and opened the cheesecake box to find a bitesize cheesecake that was melted. I wouldn’t normally complain but for £3.50 i expected more. So I rang up the store and a woman answered and was extremely rude and repetitive. Then when I began saying I wouldn’t order from the store again due to this she began saying well that’s up to you and before she could finish I hung up. I have dealt with a rude woman at this store before but believed ordering would be different. No apology or help. Did take a picture of the cheesecake but couldn’t upload with this review.

I left a review on just eat, not realising I ordered the Belgian waffles instead of the American waffles. Completely my fault as I ordered the wrong ones but even the Belgian waffles they were hard and overpriced as I can get them from Tescos for very cheap, paying £7.50 for that is a scam. It was the same as the French toast it wasn’t as bad and was very soft, but I could buy a loaf of brioche bread for £2 from tesco and just throw on some strawberries and chocolate. It’s just overpriced for something so simple. Milkshake was alright

They make very nice waffles and the cookie dough are the best I would recommend the fudge cake

Disgusting service! Girl who answered phone did not have a clue what she was talking about kept going quiet. Rude no customer service skills! Delivered totally wrong order asked what we needed to do with it when we paid £17 for an order we haven’t received she said that’s up to you! Avoid like covid vile staff vile company

Smallest crepe I have ever had from a takeaway desert shop - not worth the money, plus took hour and a half deliver.

Donuts are very dry and they look shop bought with some melted chocolate on top and the milkshakes are very bland. Differently not worth the money.

Can’t comment on the food but misleading opening times by the business . Travelled to Halesowen on Friday especially to have the peanut butter stack I saw on menu online , anyway got there after 3 and parked, walked there to find it closed . Disappointing

One of the best customers service they sold me 3.5 for £20 of lemon gelato. I felt relaxed and mellow after consuming it . Was a bit surprised when the store manager asked me to take his number after .

Decent if you want a nice treat, the icing sugar they use makes the lips and gums tingle though, and my eyes went a bit bloodshot... In fact the memory of my visit is a bit hazy but I felt great?! Lost some marks as their very busy with lots of young people constantly in and out of the doors and staff constantly on 2 or 3 mobile phones at any one time Not bad overall

The decor needs refining a little (it's new and I'm sure they are working on the finishing touches). It's a real shame that there are no toilet facilities. The staff were very friendly, however.

Sweet Shakes has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious variety of desserts, beautiful presentation,I recommend to everyone! Prices are reasonable compared to other places ive been to, welcomming warm atmosphere and a lovely aroma. From presentation of deserts, the taste, the packaging is at a high quality of standard which i never expected. I would like to thank you for your lovely service all round.

Just had a late night dessert with my partner from here and it was out standing ordered through just eat. Had 2 milky bar waffles and 2 milkshakes even though one was forgotten it was amended with in minutes great service from the staff and delivery drivers polite and punctual even gave a complimentary gift of an extra dessert for the trouble of forgetting the drink. Pregnant partner very happy thanks guys lol 🤟 will definitely be ordering again 🤟

Highly recommend trying the waffles, they were crispy and light, portion sizes were very generous too! Staff were friendly and welcoming. All the desserts we ordered tasted fresh. Overall, great dessert shop. Would come again to try more!

Been everywhere for a good strawberry milkshake!! Everywhere I've been I've been dissapointed! My husband went to sweet shakes yesterday and OMG the best milkshake I've had!!! Would highly reccomend! Going back today for another one and may try something else off the menu. Such a good variety to choose from. Very happy customer 👍🏻
