Summer hung heavy in the air. 10-year-old Maya dreamt of escaping the stifling heat. One day, she stumbled upon a hidden grove, sunlight dappling through leaves. In the center, a group of kids built a towering ice cream sundae – scoops of every color, rivers of chocolate sauce, and a cherry crown. A girl with a mischievous grin beckoned Maya closer. "Welcome," she whispered, "to the Secret Sundae Society. Here, every day is an adventure in deliciousness." Maya dipped her spoon in, a wave of cool sweetness washing over her. It wasn't just ice cream; it was a passport to a world of friendship, laughter, and endless summer.

This place has been taken over and is now some kind of bar/eatery or general hangout of groups of men, always outside. Not a place I would venture into. They had some big bash there one afternoon blasting music out. Never seen or had anything quite like it on Preston Road in all the years i have been here. It used to be a nice area, not anymore.

love the deserts from here I always order on ubereats and i’ve been in the shop once before. great service and great cookie dough. i’m glad they have corrected the times that they are open because there have been occasions where it said open and i went to the store and it was closed. the manager was very lovely and helpful when i went in :)

Please avoid this dessert shop, they sent completely wrong item, infact the staff is so rude and he is not picking up calls nor reply. They charge 10 pounds for small stupid piece if pastry with no icecream nothing and even felt no sorry for their mistake and this is completely avoidable place i will tell. Please dont use this. There are much better place than this as the product is not worth it and nor the staff is.

Best place for dessert of you are around Preston, Kingsbury and Kenton area. Ambiance was good. Lots of seating area, outdoor too. I would cost again.

Convenient location near us - decent service and the desserts are nice.

Have been back several times since original review - still fantastic food and lovely service from staff and the owner who is often there. Fabulous dessert shop on Preston Road. We don’t have anything like this in the area so it’s a wonderful addition. Delicious desserts and the interior makes you feel like you’re away on a tropical holiday. Kids loved it - will definitely be back.

Got a welcome when walking in and asked to scan for the menu. When I explained that I did not have a scanner app and ask for a menu, was told she did not have any. When asked what was on offer no much enthusiasm came from that girl who was busy cleaning behind the counter. I started asking about waffles and crepes and what she was making but again no feedback. Told her we were having ice-cream in and not take away, but got takeaway paper ups and wooden spoon. The green chair I sat on was broken and stained and the table could have done with wiping. Very disappointed with the experience

Felt very welcome and friendly staff! The deserts were so well presented and finshied mine in no time!! I am a regular and that speaks for it self! Definetly 10/10 for sure.

I ordered a milkshake and the man who took my order seemed very upset I felt like I did something🤷🏼‍♂️. I had to wait 15 minutes for one milkshake but the milkshake tasted alright I guess.

The mango shake is amazing, especially in this heat. The owner is very approaching and comes across as friendly. The place is very clean and inviting. I would recommend this place to try out for takeaway or eat in. I will be trying out the rest of the range of shakes from the menu.

Wembley is a place of many high quality desert places, sweet Eden happens to be the best one by far. Mango milkshake is 11/10. If ur in wembley this is the place🔥🔥🔥

Went for takeaway milkshakes. Apart from being a good size, it lacked everything else. They didn't have the Ferrero or twix options which was disappointing. We ended up going for the Kinder Bueno and Snickers milkshake. No exaggeration but they both tasted more or less the same when we tried eachothers - mostly of vailla ice cream. The portion of the shake is too big and one chocolate bar just isn't enough to get the flavour in there. You can tell from the colour of the shake compared to others we've have from Treatz which have been much better in taste. Would not recommend.

Went for gelato, and the gelato was very nice, we ended up buying a second serving as it was so good! Place is really nice, staff are friendly and gelato tastes amazing.

Very disappointed with their service, order via Uber eats, received the wrong order, tried to call them numerous times but no answer, Uber gave my refund, however would have like to have sent a replacement. Note to owners No matter how busy you are, try to always answer the phone, we tried to call before placing the order to clarify dietary requirements None the less, very tasty waffles indeed! Customer service needs to be improved on

I went with my family, the young boy working there had a bad attitude and upset us, giving us dirty napkins. The young girl working there was so slow preparing our deserts, some overdone. It's a shame, we are regulars, but won't be coming back.

Losing track of the times I've been sent the wrong order via Uber Eats. This was a direct delivery. In either received the wrong item or they make the item a different way.... I order the same thing everytime. This will be the last I'm afraid.

Fantastic place for desserts.. their mocktail was great too !!.. it has a nice vibe to it.. their faluda Kulfi is a must try !! The best one I've had !!.. the quality of the dessert is very good ... Will defo visit again . The staff and owner are also very friendly !! Must visit place !!

Stopped in after going to a concert at Wembley. Good service and excellent pancakes. Milkshakes were especially good. Thoroughly recommend

Poorly run place. Really sad given how nice it was to see a nice local desserts cafe. There were several instances of disappointment: they ran out of a few of the options, there were no napkins or toilet paper, the state of the toilet, the undercooked waffle and cookie dough and the changing music atmosphere (music, then really loud music, then no music). The best thing was the ice cream that came out of a tub. The service wasn't welcoming. Just felt like the staff don't care. This place needs a competent manager. Shame.

Had a lovely experience employees were kind and approachable the whole scene and vibe was great! Really great atmosphere to be in and the food was beautiful to look at and in taste. Will be coming back very soon !

I went to this place last night with my wife and another couple, the couple we went with recommend it, so we thought let's give it a go. WHAT A MISTAKE Firstly I was over charged, didn't realise until I got home, I had a cheese cake and 3 scoops of ice-cream,, I was charged £2.40 for each scoop, but it should have been a total of £6.40 for 3 scoops, over charged by 80p I know it's just 80p but that's not the point😡 I asked for the ice-cream to be put along the side of my plate with the cheesecake, but when it arrived the ice-cream came in 3 separate tubs, so I had to scoop it all out onto the plate myself The girl who bought it over was so miserable, no customer service what so ever, my wife asked for a waffle with no white chocolate, but was given the waffle with white chocolate, the other couple, one of them asked for hazel nut ice-cream, with her waffle but was given plain vanilla 😡 To top it all of, from where we were sat we heard the staff talking and then the girl used the F word in her conversation with the guy behind the till, Very bad customer service overall Definitely not going back or recommending this place.

The dessert itself was OK. However the loud clubbing style music was a complete dampner for what we expected to be a calm relaxed atmosphere..... very off putting in afraid.

We popped in for ice-cream. We were greated with a warm welcome from the 2 young lads serving. The ice-cream was delicious. Will definitely be going back there.

I am highly disappointed at the customer service I received when I came into sweet Eden. I ordered a modern classic waffle and I was highly shocked at what I received. It was all gooey and when I kindly went to go address the young man with a man bun who worked there about the lack of satisfaction I had with my waffle he rolled his eyes and told me to “go away”.

Amazing service great staff and the food was delicious. Best waffle I’ve ever had!!

Good food, but the service wasn't great. It was 4 of us visiting and we were first presented with only 3 plates. Upon requesting another plate, they just gave the plate without any cutlery. And eventually we had to get up and get the cutlery ourselves because the person serving us was busy on his mobile phone.

Been coming to Sweet Eden for the past year, never a point where they have let me down employees are very kind, generous and willing to go an extra mile for positive customer service. When I last visited I had a waffle, dressing was uniformed looked good to the eyes! I could straightaway tell they put in alot of effort on my order.

Been ordering from and eating in Sweet Eden since it opened as live locally. Even met the owner on opening day. Never had an issue with the food until today! Ordered, via Ubereats, a salted caramel cake and was given a chocolate fudge cake which was stale and dry. The slice was half of what we've normally received. The ice cream that comes with it was rock hard and icy. Also ordered a waffle which was floppy and not cooked through properly. Standards have dropped.

Absolutely delicious! Phenomenal customer service. Managers and staffs are very welcoming, friendly and serviceable. Aesthetically pleasing for pictures and videos too! I’ll definitely recommend this dessert restaurant 😁

Just left sweet Eden visiting for the first time for paige’s 7th birthday...... What a lovely place and excellent customer service ... And the waffle was lovely and strawberries and chocolate drizzle all around the waffle .... As living down the road will definitely be a new spot for me and my daughter...... beats Westfield any day as the service was excellent.

I ordered two scoops of ice cream which was delicious. Nice generous portions, plenty of options if your looking for a quick desert in the area. Nice customer service from the owner aswell. Smiles all round.

Where to start. I'm from Italy and I went into this shop by looking at instagram posts. I was so attracted to it that I went with my family, 4 of us. I arrived around 10pm and the front was very nice and the smell was very good. As soon as we entered the shop everything started badly. no one to welcome us. a staff asked us to sit wherever we wanted (we didn't mind). we sat down in front of their counter. we waited about 25 minutes to be told that the order was done at the counter while we were in front of them. Well, it's not a big deal, I went to order 3 waffles and milkshakes but the manager didn't tell us the milkshake machine was broken. The service was done quickly but several omissions: on the pictures you can see they forgot to put the scoop of ice. I asked for tap water, I had to ask again to get some and on 2 cups when we are 4. I went back to tell them that you forgot the scoops of ice cream and 2 glasses of water and the manager gave me an excuse saying that an employee was missing, that's why they forgot, but it had nothing to do with anything. If you are the manager you have to do the waffles properly and serve what the customer asks for. The ice cream scoops are served in small portions and the 2 glasses of water have not arrived. I ask for a third time. We finished eating and it still didn't arrive. We finally left with 2 glasses of water for 4. I have never seen this in my life for tap water when we wanted basic milkshakes and it was their fault. All of this of course they were not overwhelmed. There were about 15 customers and there were 3 staff. It's a shame as the waffles were very good.

My friend ordered a waffle and got it in less than 5 mins, I ordered a cookie doe and its taken 25mins dining in service. Ridiculous service and they should have lower ratings. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not go here.

If I can post zero star I would of , I had such a appalling experience with this shop I ordered 2 cakes and they where rock hard they had sold me the display cakes they do. I went to the shop and the manager refuse to give me a refund or at least make the cakes again I showed him a video of them and he just turned his back on me and pretend I wasn't there I have also tried to contact on insta as that what the website goes to but no reply and I have email them but got a we will contact you in a few days but never heard back . I am furious that this chain has treated a customer like this MY ADVICE DO NOT GO THERE . So the manager has just posted back a response none of what he said is true I went there politely and no one said the police was getting called your manager Ahmed khan was being disrespectful toward me and didn’t even take the time to listen to us that why we were getting upset . Furthermore I tried to also show him the video of the cakes but refused immediately.

Delightful desserts, decor is really unique and beautiful and the staff are always smiling and helpful.

Sweet Eden recently replied to my post today which I posted over a month ago to reflect my disappointment on an incorrect order. They said they couldn’t find my order and yet have 20/20 vision 🤣. Well you might need time management skills too if it too you a month to respond to my comment.

Poor service, the workers complete their job to the best of their ability but are treated very rudely. Wouldn’t recommend going here, there are plenty of other dessert places in Preston

AWFUL DELIVERY FROM EDEN! Ordered the crepe and it arrived soggy, the yoghurt on top was off, there as water in the box and as you can see from the picture, it was not edible! Called and spoke to Jay who was really unhelpful and didn’t make an effort to sort this out. He simply said “speak to Uber”. This wasn’t Uber’s fault as this is how they have sent it to the delivery guy to send to us. I also ordered the Nutella milkshake which tasted nothing like Nutella - it was more like a plain vanilla milkshake. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Would not recommend ordering from here ever unless you want desserts that arrive in a disgusting state looking like it's puke and smells like gone off dairy. Ordered the pistachio royale crepe and nutty ferrero rocher milkshake and safe to say the crepe was in edible and milkshake didn't taste anything like chocolate. I have never been so disgusted at the way the crepe arrived. Called to speak to the manager and spoke to someone called Jay who wad very unhelpful, the line was awful and despite knowing that the fault was from their end and not Ubers he persisted that I take it up with uber which I have but that does not negate their responsibility in ensuring their products are in an edible state before leaving their restaurant. I will be calling the manager Alam tomorrow to try and resolve this but if it is not resolved then the power of social media is big enough to highlight this awful place! For someone reason I cannot upload the photo but wouldn't want to subject anyone to being sick upon seeing it either!

Seems Brilliant from the pictures. In reality they are OK. They are aiming to please the same market as ELAN Cafe in Central London. Sub-Par to lots of other places. Interior is mediocre and not the “luxury” they are aiming for.

I was really hoping this place will turn out four stars or more, but good would do. The choice of egg free options is rather limited. The sit in area needs a lot more love and care and clearly looks not well looked after. Desserts themselves are ok, but the pricing reflects a certain ambience one should expect - it doesn't quite land well.

Heard a few good things about this place. So we thought let's give it a GO On entering we had move to different seating areas as there was a foul smell coming from "out or order" toilets. We ordered from the menu but not really impressed with the choices. We ordered what we thought would might be good but to be honest they looked great but to be honest wasn't up to scratch. Rely improvement is needed.

Soo annoyed I ordered usual milk chocolate chip cookie dough and this guys thought I was a fool sent me white chocolate chip DRENCHED in chocolate sauce. Try take me for a mug. First time I went was really good. The vegan pancakes were nice and fluffy all laid out on the plate rather than stacked and generous amount of chocolate. However second I went they ran out so had waffle instead wasn't as great as pancakes and third time the pancake we ordered was vegan and they put Ferrero Rocher on the plate so we had to ask if it was vegan the staff had to go and ask and it was not. It shouldn't be in a vegan order and not safe if someone has allergies to dairy.

I normally order from this restaurant as it normally caters for my allergies. Tonight very disappointed the white chocolate just taste like boiled milk with nothing else. I have a nut allergy and did not receive the right cake, the one that I received triggered my allergy. I'm very disappointed to be honest. Never got a call back so had to ring Uber eats

It's a great concept which needs a lot more investment in staff and appliances. We waited almost an hour for our whole order which was brought one at a time instead of the entire party being served together. This meant some in the group were eating while others were waiting. The management was nowhere to be found and the poor staff were on the receiving end of everyone's frustration. The couple on the next table decided to leave as after 45 minutes no one had even come to take their order!! I would give them at least another month to get their act together before visiting.

I dont know if it was the ambiance, the decor, the sweet smell or the friendly attitude of the owner. But i loved this place. I tried the recommendation of the waffle with granola and summer fruits. It went down a great treat. Light and fluffy waffle, granola, a little chocolate and topped with lovely ripe fresh fruit, there was very little not to be impressed with. If am ever back in the area, i will most Definately be stopping by sweet eden again.

This review is way overdue! This has to be one of the best desserts I’ve been too. The usual favourites but with an added twist and sophistication. Deserts are tasty and beautifully presented. The shop is stunning and has a great vibe, customer service was amazing also!!! It’s a family owned business and it was very welcoming. The owner said they have a unique recipe for their in store made waffles and it truly shows!! ‘Pistachio, honey waffle’ with chocolate wouldn’t be my Usual choice but oh my this was amazing!! The molten chocolate cake was good but not as gooey inside as I’d have liked. The mocktails were delicious.

Quite frankly a disappointing experience. Our experience was the complete opposite of 'Eden'. 2 staff members who had not much idea what they were doing, only one person who could use the till, refunds issued by cash because 'we don't know how to use the card machine to refund'. We ordered 6 items, they waited 20 minutes to tell us they didn't have one of them, and then brought 1 item at a time with a 15 minute gap in between each - only until the 4th item. The 5th item was invisible until we enquired about it, but the staff members thought they had already sent it. The manager desperately needs to be there to take charge. A place with so much potential, but the disappointing service ruins the experience. Between ordering and receiving all of our dessert we waited well over an hour. The couple that ordered in front of us waited for so long to the point that they decided to ask for a refund and leave. The food was good and the decor was nice, but save yourselves the long wait and the trouble.

Portion size was generous and the waffles we ate were so light and delicious. Great customer service too. Will definitely come back again.

It was my first time going to Sweet Eden, I wanted to take my boys for some dessert. I did a google search and immediately Sweet Eden stood out due to the lovely decor and good reviews. We drove from ruislip hoping for a treat of all kinds...we were not disappointed the host was so friendly and explained everything...menu was very easy to navigate for my children to choose... My son had a Oreolicious Sundae and he said " i thought it was excellent and would like to eat it forever". Sadly the HUGE size of the Sundae stopped that dream 😋😋😋. I thought the Gelato was very creamy and rich in flavour...definitely going to come back to try the waffles as they have been recommended...😁 Glad I made the trip and the kids will be on their High ($ugar) this evening... Gave me dairy when I said I was vegan! Was throwing up for hours! Absolutely avoid this shambles of a shop

I have been to this marvellous, delicious and on top of all, fun! Establishment. I have been here many times, each time I come the food tastes better and the customer service couldn’t be sweeter. I am now a regular customer, picking up my delicious coffee every morning!! Other desert shops just are not as good as this!!!

I've been here twice now. The first time we went I was not impressed by the service and the staff were just taking so long to make our order and there was a stock issue as we had to amend orders to accommodate what they had available. However, we tried it again yesterday and it was much better. The service was good (it was different staff) and we really enjoyed the desserts). I don't think the waffles, cakes, crepes are anything different to other places but I did like their selection of ice cream.

Very nice dessert place! Fresh soft crispy waffle and crepe. Place was tidy and clean. Service was great. You can see from images the crepe had bit much toppings on but otherwise tasted good. The gelato ice cream was good, stay away from the mint as it was really strong mint flavoured (unless you like that then 👍). Also the soft serve ice cream with the waffle and crepe wasnt that nice (grany & icy). Prices were bit pricey for the location and what was served but otherwise would recommend.
