I ordered a kebab with rice and I reversed no rice

Food was ok but I didn’t like the bread. It was square, not enough and way too thick. When I ordered a kebab I thought I was going to get hot doner meat in a white pitta, covered with salad and sauce but sadly this wasn’t the case. The bread was the biggest letdown; very thick and very cold.

Food was great, but very stingy with the sauces.... Even though I requested extra. Sauce pots are tiny.

I've only been once before, and it was ok. However, the mixed donner wrap I got today had the structural integrity of the first house in the classic children's story "The Three Little Pigs"— which, if you recall, was easy pickings for the story's antagonist, The Big Bad Wolf.

Small doner 8£ rice salad Turkish bread 🙀

Saw the person take the Shish skewer, he put half of the pieces of meat on my plate, ate a few pieces out of it and put the remainder of the few bits into his friends bowel. Thinking about it now, the dude was probably collecting scraps from everyone’s plates to feed his little friends for free. Cheap cringe worthy behaviour.

Well I hats of to this restaurant they are the definition of how to treat customers I ordered on just eat ordered said delivered and I stood outside my house no sign of driver waited 5 mins still no sign of driver but shows delivered I called the restaurant to be fair angry blaming them explained its just eat who took the food but not only did they replace my order after going there to prove I had made the order they were very kind and apologies all around with that said food was 10 10 thanks

I don't know what has changed since all these bad reviews, but the need to keep it up. Let's start with the interior: Large amounts of improvement have been made with everything clean and your choices made very clear. I'd also like to mention: if you can see the shawarma isn't cooked and ask for it, and they say it isn't cooked yet, don't take it. - It needs more time to fully cook. There is plenty of seating although I wouldn't class the place as a restraunt instead as a eat your take-away in, if you know what I mean. Staff: The staff are so friendly! Always offering sauces and checking what salads you want as well as recommending the best meals. I think they may need another chance from earlier- make some excuses for them. Food: Now this is the most important part- and they tick every single one of my boxes. Portion size is perfect, taste is on point, plating is completely expected. They know what they're doing. I hope this review helped you getting a better inside into the truth of Preston Kebab- arguably the best place you can get a kebab in wembley.

I didnt gwt any food and it says its been delivered

Has potential to be a decent place but they just dont care. Ordered cheesy chips which turned out to be a portion of chips with a slice of burger cheese on it. They forgot to put my sauces on. The chips were cold. When I called them to ask what happened, the guy didnt really care and wasn't bothered at all. Very frustrating. Same experience has occurred a couple times now so dont think id be ordering here again.

Ridiculous the driver collected my food on bicycle I live 5min from Preston kebab and then he went on a tour and I received it one hour plus its cold I want a full refund not credit to this account

I came here with my son and we sat in to eat. The staff seemed friendly but one asked if I wanted sauce and I took a moment as I couldn't hear him properly which made him a little frustrated. Whilst we were eating, another guy kept going behind the counter, not sure who he was and two of them decided to smoke cigarettes at the back door. Unfortunately, the smell of smoke penetrated the restaurant which was quite off-putting. Would I eat there again? I'm not sure.

We have ordered mix kebab 3 times frist time almost good as on photo it shows grilled papers but we did not get any second time same no grilled peppers and only one tub of chilli sauce but no garlic sauce we thought maybe third time lucky we will get what it shows on the photo but this time nothing was good oily rice no grilled peppers no proper nan salad was watery so that was our last order no more

A large lamb donor ordered. Got it home, a 3 minute drive. Meat was mostly cold, and kebab is not “made” you have to make yourself.. only the piece of bread given is far too small for the amount of meat and salad, so had to finish the rest with a knife and fork. Whatever happened to the self contained donor you could eat on a bench on a night out??? This is just donor meat and salad with a side of bread Waste of £10 really.

Visited twice since new ownership. 1st time kebab was small portion but nice, chips were missing from the order so had to go back luckily i checked order in car outside. Today the kebab was even smaller, few bits chicken and salad only the bread was missing! If you order from here please check your order properly before you leave.

It is useless to write a note at your order what they should not put in my order .they delivered me totally wrong than what i asked for.

This place use to be good I paid 19 odd pound fir mixed shish and rice it came Cold barely any rice thre it in the bin was like eating rubber disgusting 🫣

Following yesterday’s visit to the Preston Kebab House, I ordered 2 Large mixed doners; per my attached photos, you will see what that means for them large doners; there were not even 6 bits of chicken. As I usually try to support local businesses, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Visited this place many times over the years. Always felt it was good spot, nothing amazing. Recently I came to the area, after being away for some time and wow. It blew me away. I tried the mixed doner wrap. The size was very generous for the price. Filled me up. Taste was better than I remembered. The gentleman who served me was polite. It’s unfortunate I don’t live closer. Will have to try the other items on the menu, hopefully will add to my review.

I ordered chicken meat they put lamb meat and this is the second time this happens. If you order from them it would be a 50/50 chance to get what you pay for so better don't bother

I bought a lamb kofta. I noticed the skewers were still frozen: I thought these were made fresh instore. Also the man cutting/preparing the salad didn’t wash the cucumber nor any of the salad items he cut them straight out the wrapper. How disgusting of them to treat good paying customers. This place has been here for years so they must have been giving us all unwashed salads for years. Portion sizes are extremely small. And they literally give you the tiniest amount of salad when I paid around 8.50 for my lunch. Fix up! They also only take cash no card payments which in this day and age is ridiculous. I have been a customer for over ten years and so lucky I noticed this dirty behavior.

I have lived in Wembley for 51 years. I warned my daughter not to order from this place. For decades, they consistently get your order wrong, do not listen, and have some kind of mental block about chips. They always forget chips and leave them out of your order. Cash only in 2023 (HMRC, please note) However, worse than anything else is the quality of food. Poor presentation, tasteless, dry, days old salad, greasy, and the smallest portions you can imagine. Look elsewhere if you want to spend your hard earned money.

I have eaten here over 15 years and the food is delicious Big portions and friendly staff Even when everything has not gone smoothly a little word to the management ALWAYS sorts it out, I have offered constructive criticism and it has always been well received LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!

I got the lamb kofte, the chicken and lamb shish, and the chicken and lamb kofte. I can honestly say not one of them disappointed. Never got so much flavour from a kebabe. And I can no longer say lamb shish is tough, I literally pulled it apart with my fingers. Delicious. The guys on there too are brilliant, the presentation was immaculate and seasoned to perfection. We'll be back.

Amazing food and the interior upgrades were 100% worth it, everything looks very nice and the size portions are big enough to satisfy. The staff are nice too.

Meat usually is good, today over cooked and tasted different. Like the meat was cooked on the grill. Will now look to order from elsewhere.

Got a takeaway today. Placed an order, popped out to run an errand and zip back. Takeaway was all packed. Good. Asked if they had included the add-ons I wanted. However, this is now several times that they were not included. Besides take cash only (who does these days). Probably some HMRC tax evasion racket going on. Lesson: Make sure you get what you have asked for before paying.

That was nice food but the sauce wasn’t good

First kebab I’ve had since moving to London and I was slightly disappointed. Donner meat just wasn’t up to scratch, they added sauce to my wrap- which I didn’t request nor like. Chips were almost refried and box hadn’t been closed properly, so emptied into the bag. Food was generally cold temperature too. Also asked for PEPSI was given a bottle of FANTA with the RRP on it- so paid £1.11 extra for them to avoid VAT charges. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Wrap was soggy, didn't like the fact that you can't have options on what to have in the wrap salad wise, i.e. no lettuce etc, doesn't even state that it comes with salad or if you can choose if you want any type of sauce with it, but that's the ordering system on JE.

Buy 2 wraps and get just one this is the real deal well done guys, now 1 person eat and one is just smeling other food

We always enjoyed Preston kebab straight from the shop but this time received some very dry scraps of meat. Clearly best not to order for delivery.

Great food after a day out at the football, was exactly what we needed. Fresh, great tasting and healthy to boot.

Food was fresh and it came on time. My only complaint would be that the donner kebab was cold when it arrived

Dangerous. The guy could not get his lighter to work to fire up the heat grill. Tried to speak with him, but sadly did not speak English. Served me with cold, slightly uncooked chicken kebab, which was loaded with cold grease and funny smell. Left with sick feeling. No more eating there. 4 hour post update. Unwell with stomach pain and nausea.
