We celebrated a 70th birthday with a meal at The Swan Inn. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the staff made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend it.

We have recently moved to Broadway and it was my wife’s birthday on 19th April, my wife has mobility difficulties and myself so we ordered a takeaway the food was great 👍😋 but I would like to thank the staff especially Joe? Who arranged a taxi for me and also enclosed a card welcoming us to Broadway and wishing my wife a happy birthday 🥳👍

A member of staff distracted us mid-meal to try and feed our dog something which he clearly didn't want... we tried to be polite but they just kept going at him and the dog inevitably barked/growled back. Was just a horrible situation as the staff member was subsequently visibly furious with us, and was particularly rude after one of us went to apologise further in person (I don't really blame the dog, he was clearly not wanting the attention). It was just really unprofessional and completely ruined our meal which cost over £100 for a special occasion.

Had a lovely meal today. Our server Ben was very accommodating to our needs and extremely friendly. He recommended food choices and drinks which were incredible. Would definitely go back.

A Fantastic Experience at The Swan Inn – A Hidden Gem in Broadway We had the absolute pleasure of visiting The Swan Inn in Broadway this past Monday while in the area visiting family, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. Being from out of town, we were on the hunt for a lovely country pub to celebrate a family birthday meal—and The Swan Inn delivered in every way. From the moment we stepped inside, we were met with warmth and charm. The atmosphere was cosy yet refined, and the food was nothing short of delicious—easily some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were served by a young lad named Thomas, slightly tall with dark brown hair and a beard. His professionalism and attentive nature truly made our visit extra special. Thomas went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after, taking the time to inform us of all dietary requirements—something we really appreciated, especially as our 9-year-old son has allergies. His knowledge and care gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy the meal with confidence. Thanks to Thomas, the whole experience was made 10 times better than we ever expected. What a great lad! We’ll absolutely be visiting again the next time we’re in the area, and we sincerely hope Thomas is there to welcome us back. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience! Our waitress, Tash was on the ball... Tom bought out the wrong food to my table but Tash was quick to rectify the issue! Props to the chef!! The halloumi burger was top notch!!

Really nicely decorated and very cosy place. Usual tap beers and a couple of real ales available. On the expensive side. Wheelchair friendly with good access. Guinness was wonderful. Staff were friendly and polite. Enjoyed my visit.

Decided to pop in for lunch and was served by Tash. What an asset to the team! She went above and beyond, making my experience truly a 10/10! Food was delicious too, will definitely be returning!

We always have such a great experience at the Swan! We’re locals in the village and find the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. On our last visit to celebrate a family Birthday, we were served by the lovely Tash, who was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Tash really is a credit to the team at the Swan. We really recommend the Swan to any locals or people visiting the village 🌟

Called in on way home from work to have a pint was served by Thomas tall fella slight beard absolutely brilliant service had a good chat with him about football and how he's travelled alot the food looked good so had the burger did not disappoint was amazing will definitely be calling in alot more now price wasn't awful for location either wonderful place well done all

We had such a beautiful day at The Swan Inn, made even better by the wonderful service we received from a lovely young lady named Tash. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. When our little one had a bit of a meltdown, Natasha stepped in so gently and managed to calm her down—something we were so grateful for! Her warmth and professionalism really stood out and made the experience feel extra special. The service overall was fantastic, and thanks to Natasha, we’re already looking forward to our next visit. I recently dined at The Swan and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I ordered the Seabass, and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and attentive! Our waitress Molly made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

Visited the Swan twice in our weeks holiday, once for a Sunday roast and then again for a weekday evening. The vegetarian roast was delicious, hard to find a good roast sometimes for vegetarians, my husband said the beef blade was divine. A few days later we return for Steak and risotto. Again the food delicious and top 5⭐️ service from Lauren, so attentive.

My mum and I had amazing fish and chips, with such friendly service from Tash. Thank you so much to you all. We will be back soon

Been here before and loved it. Loved it again. One of our group requested another egg to replace a rubbery one served, which was duly carried out without question and had his bill discounted. Fabulous range of drinks. Attentive staff.

We stayed at the Lygon Arms and ate at the Grill by James Martin for our 25th Wedding anniversary. The food at the Swan absolutely blew it out of the water, so much so we went back again and ordered the same dishes. Cannot recommend highly enough. Price per person including wine £40 ish

Pre booked and asked for a quiet table. Put on a table next to 3 other tables when plenty of corner tables. Plates on table were used and had food remnants on them which puts you off eating immediately. Restaurant was cold so we had to keep our coats on Ordered a desert that only 5 minutes later I was told I can't have it, staff should be aware of things unavailable Shame as food generally good

During our recent holiday in The Cotswolds we were looking forward to a nice lunch after a walk to the Broadway Tower. Luckily a couple was leaving so the six of us had a table by the window. Although it smelled a bit musty when we entered, we had a lovely extensive meal here. Definitely recommended!

Higher end bar and restaurant. Comfortable seating in a well lit space. Food is priced on the higher side. Good bar service and great drink choices. Lovely place to rest when visiting Broadway.

Pub is situated in the village,has it's own fairly small carpark, pub has a bar and restaurant, good selection of draught beers, service is friendly, food excellent, slightly above my price range but still good value for the quality,my pizza was homemade and very nice, fish and chips looked good, Good sunny outside areas,Recommend a visit 👍

Fabulous lunch in a gorgeous pub. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, both in terms of accommodating us as a walk in or friendliness. Will definitely go again but would suggest booking to avoid disappointment as very popular.

Greeting from whom i assume may have been the manager was less than welcoming. She told us the table wasn't big enough for a potential food order but offered no alternatives. We took the risk and it was fine but made us feel a little like we weren't welcome. I've been in before and other staff were always helpful and friendly so maybe just a bad day.

We had 2 roasts today and my sister had to send hers back the parsnips not cooked and the staff were good and replaced the meal and I didn't like having a big piece of chicken on the plate it would of looked much nicer if the meat had been sliced nice and the beef was hard and the belly pork was nasty just fat .I couldn't eat it. It was a shame it was for my sisters birthday. And we eat out alot . Sometimes smaller amount and nicer meat is the way to go , sorry to say we won't be eating here again

We were up last weekend from London for two nights, ate both nights in the restaurant, what a great time we had, food was first class, Sunday roast was excellent especially the roasties! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, well done, we will be back!! Rodge & Gail Brown

First time there yesterday and it was an experience, honestly! The food I had was cooked, seasoned and presented perfectly! The cider my boyfriend and I tried was gorgeous! The service was also really good (served by Harry). I highly recommend this place!

Unprofessional customer service, they served me and my friend 4 cocktails which were not cheap. We then wanted to order one more for each one of us and they refused to serve us without a valid reason. We’ve spoken with the manager and he also refused without explaining what the reason is behind this. I feel extremely upset for being treated this way especially as it was my friend’s birthday. I will never come here again.

Had really nice evening on valentines. They fitted us and the dog in and really nice three course set meal great value and very tasty. Would return.

Really enjoyed our lunch at The Swan. We were from Banbury joined by friends who had travelled from Salisbury, so we were all very happy with the food, the service and the surroundings. Will definitely be returning.

Went for Sunday lunch today with inlaws and thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday lunch sharing option for two. Great value for money, more than enough food for two and equally great service. Would recommend and we'll be back again.

Really enjoyed our visit for lunch here. Great cask beers and lovely food. Open fire in the restaurant contributed to a really good atmosphere. Probably best to book as we went on a Friday lunchtime and it was packed. The locals and tourists had spotted it was a good place to visit.

Food was overpowering and if you like sharing your food with a strangers dog then this is the place for you! Not good by any standards and overtaken by the canine fraterninty.

Quite a busy restaurant, booked for a table of 4 and managed to knock the light down, as it was ill- positioned (in my opinion) the food was good but not "gastro" service was good, and (again in my opinion) worth a visit.
