Food was amazing! In a different league to the others in Brentwood!

Chow Mein overcooked and oily and the spring rolls looked like they were run over by something on the way! The rest of the order was tasty

For a first experience it was excellent. The only disappointment was the Udin noodle dish - it was perfectly cooked but had no flavour.

I specifically asked for no peppers and got peppers so couldn't eat my meal :(

Over 2 hours late and food was cold. Called the restaurant but they didn't care. Won't be using this place again.

So ordered, and got our delivery time for jut under an hour, half an hour longer than estimated time I receive a txt to say sorry for delay of 10mins. I wouldn't have minded, but after waiting so long and starving too, the food finally came! COLD! Soggy spring rolls, and the other meals ordered.. chicken chow main, were plain, and the chop suet was sweet and sour which neither me or my partner even like! So Disappointed that we are now having to cook at 9pm.... a waste of time and money too :(

Quick delivery and food was very tasty, minimal grease. The chicken balls are enormous - each one like 2 stuck together! This place is better than the other Chinese takeaways I've had round here.

Usually always love food from swan, I order from there specifically for the duck as it's the only place nearby who serve it on the bone. However today there wasn't enough meat to fill 2 pancakes which was disappointing, it was mainly fat. This is a shame as not usually the case.

Unfortunately will not be using this take away again food arrived Barley warm, the chicken curry souce was very runny consistent, noodles over cooked and there was so much oil in the egg fried rice it was translucent! There was nothing fresh most of it went in the bin.

Duck not shredded, quite tough. Satay Chicken was wierd. Wouldn't order again.

The guy who answers the phone is not helpful at all other Chinese call you if there's ambiguity this guy just doesn't care and I'll never use this restaurant again due to his poor customer service.

Lovely food best to order via delivery as obviously it is hot on arrival. Friendly deliverer. The duck isn't great as their is a slight lack of meat but you can order a brilliant meal without it. The ribs are amazing and overall the food is so good. Best Chinese take out ever

Very nice Crispy Duck and the satay was spicy and delicious. Just feel that the portion sizes could be bigger.

Never again. After being a constant customer have to say the management change has ruined the taste. Old soggy food. Uncooked dough. Terrible taste. Going to go with someone else from now on. Clients from the courtyard.

Always order from them. Food normally great quality, hot and fast. But noticed when ordering at peak times (Friday or Saturday nights) it takes longer and is less hot. Also I read their paper menu today and it's cheaper to call them and order it rather than using the app! Cheeky!

Enjoyed the meal. It arrived earlier than expected.

Duck was so overcooked it wouldn't shred. It was also burned in places. The cucumber and spring onions were not fresh. They had curled up. The crispy chicken was drowned in sauce so it wasn't crunchy. I will not be a returning customer. Delivery was great though.

We waited over 2 hours for our foor! The restaurants phone was engaged all the time so we could not find out where the food was. When the food arrived (no appology from the driver) it was horrible and tasteless. Never would we order from them again.

Waited for over two hours with no way of being able to speak to the 'restaurant' (it was constantly engaged. On two occasions it rang but i was immediately hung up on) eventually had to cancel less than one star

Although the food was good we were told that on ordering at 6:45 it would be delivered at 7:30 then we get a text to say it would be a further 50 mins. 8:25 arrived and no food on calling the swan we were told it would a further 20mins as busy then when we wanted to cancel it was 5mins. Delivery service is unacceptable.

This is definitely the best Chinese take away I tried in the area so far, and probably ever. The food is very good, portions are very generous and deliveries quick. It's a notch up the usual take away in terms of ingredients and quality. Highly recommended.

The aromatic duck was overcooked and dry. The chips were overcooked and hard.

Quick delivery and half the meal was good Forgot my drink that i paid for, refund? Crispy dumplings were soggy and inedible

Food was great, however the chicken ball meal came smothered in sweet and sour sauce which isn't stated on the menu. Restaurant quickly rectified it & sent out a plain one. Would order again 100%.

Only issue was the 1 hour 35 minutes for delivery, all of the food was just as good as normal apart from the chips they were extremely dry and not edible I guess they were probably cooked long before our delivery time. I will order again though as usually they are very quick and the service over the phone was still very good and apologetic

45 mins late, phoned 4 times and every time they said they would call me back after they called the driver that never happened

Just eat said 20.05 delivery. Restaurant said 20.25 then messaged to say running 20 mins late (it's good they message at least) & it came at 20.45. Long wait. Food pretty average. Not bad though.

Had a lot of work staff to feed - 90 minutes to deliver seemed a bit long but food was excellent and everyone happy.

Ordered for a second time - the meals for one are indrecible value and so damn tasty both that night - and for lunch the next day. Wont bother trying anywhere else ... these guys are great!

We order regularly from the Swan about 3 times a month however this time the quality of food was not acceptable. Nothing was particularly hot, the chips tasted pre heated, the prawn crackers were stale and the spring rolls were soggy. As our preferred Chinese we were very disappointed.

Amazing as always. Honestly think it's one of the best Chinese takeouts. Though I would say I've ordered the salt and pepper squid several times and though the flavours are beautiful I do find the squid to be very dry. Also Nor me or my family are a fan of the beef in the house special chow mein it's far to chewy.

Me and my boyfriend use just eat a lot and this is by far the best Chinese we've had :)

Food came around the time expected, friendly delivery lady, good quality food. Especially impressed with the Peking duck which came cooked on the bone, as opposed to the tasteless, mainly fat and skin, shredded duck served by other restaurants around here. Will definitely order from here again just for that!
