Went there due to. reviews. Disappointed. Chips needed longer but were at least edible. Fish was nothing special and not a fan of the batter. Perhaps visited at wrong time?

I stick by this being the best in Kiddy! you won’t be disappointed.!! fish and roe that we order is perfectly cooked light in batter, portions are good for sharing and the staff are warm and friendly... no waiting either!! Tasty, great portions and simply cooked right!! thank you :)

Nearly a year on nothing has changed. Always top quality. Always smiling girls. Always great value. Nothing bad I can say and I have 15 awards and 3 medals in cooking. Love Sutton Park Chippy and so does my kids. Always great quality and value for money.

Visited tonight with my two small children to be welcomed by Santa and a sack of toys. My 6 and 8 yr old nearly hit the floor when Santa gave them two presents whilst I ordered my mixed meat kebab and chips and my children's food. It's all about attention to detail and this chippy definitely has the X Factor. Great food always, smiling staff and even Santa can't keep away. Well done guys and Merry Christmas!

As a quick fix tea time treat we ordered 3 fish and chips and a roe and chips all with a portion of curry sauce as always good tasting food cannot fault it at all, Staff friendly

This chip shop has to be the best in the local area. Fish and chips are fresh and hot and more than generous in their portion size. Staff are friendly and helpful. We live on the other side of town and it’s well worth the trip for the quality of the food.

Good chippy with a large selection of food and it is nice and local staff friendly if we are having fish and chips takeaway this is where we usually go because of the choice

So we came down from Huddersfield to visit family and we thought we would try Sutton Road Fish and Chip shop, and well.... WOW! Staff are awesome and the food is just brilliant! Couldn’t even finish it! Would 100% recommend!

This is our local chip shop, the staff are very friendly, the shop is very clean + the food is always fresh + hot, the portions are plentiful + the batter is crisp + not greasy. Good value for money.

No matter if you are dining in or getting a take away the hospitality and professionalism here is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is excellent. The owner and his staff always have a smile .. what more can you ask for in a Chippie :)

Haven't tried this chip shop for years. Very nice fish and chips and a very nice batter on the fish not heavy or greasy. Chip shop was busy which is a good sign. Went to captain cod a few weeks after visiting this chippy and realized how disappointing the food is at captain cod and lack of interest from the staff working at captain cod. Recommend Sutton road every time. Keep up the good work.

Popped in for an order after a busy day. Lovely meal and nice staff. Just what was needed after helping friends move house . Bet the become regulars here.

My partner and I live local and go here about once a month. It is a little more expensive than some local chippies however it is always delicious and worth every penny. We usually have a Large Chips and two large cod. We would highly recommend trying this Chip Shop, always served with a smile!

Our first ever visit here on the way home from the Safari park. We was not disappointed, service was spot on, price was very good. Most importantly the food was perfect, it was all fresh and the best fish and chips we've had in a very long time. Shame we live in Milton Keynes. This would be a regular treat for our family. Every time we visit the safari park we will also visit here.

Very good quality food but the times and rates of prices they put the chips up is getting beyond a joke now small portion is £1.80 and large is £3.00 yes they peel and cook them and have staff to pay and gas elect but...

In my opinion, and I know it's subjective, but I find this to be the best fish and chip shop in Kidderminster.They consistently provide food of the highest quality and the staff serving are delightful.Highly recommended!

This is our local fish and chip shop and we are glad it is as they are so so good that if it wasn't our local I would be driving to it . It's worth the drive. Great service with a friendly smile. Owner always says help. Nice new refit as well. Good value for money and never had a need to complain.Well do all . Be prepared to queue on a Friday night.

Staff were very friendly, quick to serve and the portions of chips were LARGE. I asked for two small fish and a child's portion of chips and a carton of mushy peas.The fish had golden crispy batter and the flavour was very good,the chips were not greasy and beautifully fried.The mushy peas are a very bright green in colour, they taste good but are a bit too bright in colour for us .Overall excellent and will call in again in the not too distant future

Quite simply as the title says. Chips always cooked perfectly, golden and crisp. Batter on fish is perfect, not too thick. Doner kebabs are enormous.

This is a good Chippy and thr food is well tasty, but I do find the service a little slow and the food a little pricey for the size of portion. Well worth a visit if your passing and need some good scran.

Regularly drive across town to have these fish and chips. The fish portions are huge and the chips are not too greasy. Would definitely recommend!

Drive across town and past numerous other shops to visit here. Portions are huge and the quality does not suffer. Staff are friendly, the fish is crispy and fresh and the chips are moreish. The huge queue says it all

Obsessed with their chicken strips! So good! Food is always spot on and the shop is spotless. My husband loves their donner meat.

This is my local chippy but if it was not I would still make the effort to get my chips from this shop. Excellent staff, excellent hygiene and always top quality food.

I've lived in Kidderminster for years and have only just come across this chip shop and I can seriously say I won't use another one again. My Husband never finishes his plate from any other but he does now. Chips are cooked perfectly and the cod is large, tasty and wrapped in crispy batter, what more could you ask for. Even the curry sauce is really good, slightly spicier than normal. The staff are very friendly too!

Luckily for us we live in walking distance have never had a bad meal, great food would def recommend

Fantastic food & the staff are always friendly & welcoming.. I usually take my little girl here on a Thursday after nursery & they always give her a lolly (I think that's why she keeps wanting to go there!).. Chicken Nuggets & Chips is the best around & the curry sauce is delicious..

Stopped off here tonight on way home from work.Parking is a nightmare for starters, the shop is at the end of a long road of semi-detached houses with a pub next door - There is nowhere to park due to residents, I had to park on double yellow lines after driving round for a few minutes looking for somwhere!Queue was out the door and it took 10-15 minutes to get served - Always a good sign I guess but DID NOT appreciate it when someone came into the shop and shouted 'Chicken Burger George' - They then went and sat down on the window ledge. When it came to my turn to be served, the male colleague served the man and his son who had blatantly queue barged (obviously regulars) and I had to wait some more!No complaints with the prices, the female staff member's attitude or the quality of the food........but the queue barging really grated!

popped in on my way home one dark winter evening and had a really great meal. The food was fresh and not dripping in grease. Staff were friendly and the place looked clean.
